• giuseppemI4729CJ (2/5): Horrible experience - It was a terrible experience!! We booked duplex studio and instead we had a small room with 3 bed. we contacted the property and pointed out that we were in a wrong room and the property after many complain offered us an extra room but asked us ( we have proof) to cancel the reservation, as soon as we refused he verbally assaulted us. The rooms very poorly,many broken furniture and the blankets had strange stains. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
• bd2334 (2/5): Disgusting room - Repulsed and threatening behaviour from owner - Mirko Capolongo was the worst host we have ever come across in our travels. He was arrogant, aggressive and displayed threatening behaviour that no guest should ever have to deal with. Breakfast- what breakfast? There was no breakfast. To get to our room, we had to climb 8 set of stairs so if you have lots of luggage, be prepared. The room was disgusting with dirty linen, full of dust with an unpleasant smell. Mirko accused us of property damage despite everyone on the same floor having the same experience. He just wanted money and did not resolve the issue whatsoever. It was an extremely unpleasant stay so please avoid staying here altogether!
• robertodM1073XV (2/5): FINDING A COCKROACH IN THE BATHROOM - Hi, I’m Roberto and I am very sorry to write this review. I booked a double room for one night (me and my girlfriend) in late July. The location is perfect and the view is beautiful. The host is (or at least I thought) friendly and helpful. I had two problems: 1. Sanitation: sheets and pillowcases were stained and there was only one cover on the pillow. But the real big problem was FINDING a COCKROACH in the BATHROOM (I have photos and videos of this). 2. Guest honesty: OK, I understand that these things can happen. I called the host to tell him what had happened (in the meantime the cockroach had entered the room: first under the bed then in the closet). The host at first didn’t want to believe me. After sending photos and videos, he said "If you stay you get 50% refund. If you go away I’ll refund the total price". I left immediately (there are cameras in the corridors that can confirm this). He hasn’t returned any calls and messages since. It’s been several days and I haven’t received any refunds. I’m really sorry, because the host seemed to be a really lovely person. I still hope that this will work out for the better.

• 981kseniad (4/5): Unpleasant stay - The room is old and dirty. Bed linen with huge holes, when we asked to change it they brought another one with smaller holes. Bathroom is awful. When you take shower the water doesn't go and you cant take proper shower otherwise the bathroom will be flooded. The walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbour going to the toilet. Breakfast is at the café outside the hotel, 1 croissant and cup of coffee.

• Verified traveler (8/5): no airport shuttle - I booked this b&b because they had an airport shuttle but once I paid, they told me that there was no shuttle & they refused to cancel the booking. The Hotel.com representative called them repeatedly but the hotel kept hanging up on him. That was very disappointing. Positives: nice sized room, very nice view of the square, great bar right downstairs so as a solo traveller I didn't have to venture out at night in a dodgy neighbourhood. negatives: false advertising on airport shuttle (my only requirement) & room could have be cleaner. Overall I was satisfied with my stay
• Verified traveler (8/5): Trevligt boende med bra läge - Perfekt boende i centrala Neapel! Läget är utmärkt, nära både den gamla delen av staden och havet samt även till tunnelbana. Boendet ligger vid ett litet torg där det finns några trevliga kaféer, barer och restauranger. Frukosten hämtar man på ett av kaféerna (dock lite förvirrande att man hämtar i ena kaféet och sitter vid andra - de samarbetar uppenbarligen). I övrigt är det rejäla rum med tyst och effektiv luftkonditionering. Bra service och lätt att komma i kontakt med ägaren. Som flera nämnt tidigare så ligger det dock på fjärde våningen utan hiss.
• Matt (8/5): Great host, comfortable room, plenty of stairs! - This was a perfect little hotel for our quick overnight stop in Naples. The host was fantastic and very friendly, transfer driver was amazing, breakfast was delicious and the room was quirky but comfortable. The 7 flights of stairs up to the room were a bit of a shock, but the host was helpful in carrying one of our luggage bags. Bed and pillows were a little firm for us, but not unbearable. Definitely good value for money, and some great local tips. It was perfect for what we needed!
• maria (8/5): Bueno - El host nos recibió muy atentamente y siempre presto a ayudar. El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado. Sin emabrgo, el apartamento esta en el 5to piso y NO hay ascensor, asi que ve preparado a subir 5 pisos. Por otro lado, no esperes un gran desayuno, fue un café con un croassant.
• Claes (10/5): Bästa läge i Napoli på toppenfint boende! - Charmigt boende i ett typisk napolitanskt hus med bästa tänkbara läge. Rymligt och rent rum med fint badrum. Jättebra service med värdefulla tips från Mirko. Frukosten intas på bar alldeles i närheten. Allt toppenbra men det är många trappsteg att gå då hiss saknas.
• Katarina (8/5): good choice minus the stairs - Located in the heart of Naples,spacious rooms and decorated in good taste.Mirko is very sweet and helpful.There are two cafes and a restaurant in the same alley.A major drawback is the 96 stairs you need to climb to reach the hotel,which may be challenging if you need to go out several times or carry heavy suitcases.Also,there is no closet in the rooms and you need to keep your clothes in the suitcase.The hotel also offers transfer from and to the airport at a reasonable price,
• Verified traveler (8/5): トラブル対応に関してはgood - 2泊予定が初日はバスルームに不具合との事で別のホテルに案内されました。すぐ隣の建物だったし同ランク程度ではあったんですが、窓を開けられず薄暗い部屋だったのが…。翌日泊ったこちらが良かったので初日に関してはちょっと残念でした。でもやれるだけの事はやって貰えたと思いますし、スタッフは親切だったので良かったです。こちらの部屋はミニバーとハンガーがあれば完璧でした。

• Verified traveler (4/5): Unmögliches Hotel in altem Mehrfamilienhaus - 96 Stufen ohne Aufzug.Wir sind 69 und 65 Jahre alt und mussten unsere Koffer bis oben schleppen wo uns der Inhaber Mitte 30 Jahre grinsend erwartete. Zimmer war ok,die Duschtasse total verdreckt ( Beweis Fotos) Frühstück gab es nicht. Was super geklappt hat, war die pünktliche Fahrt mit dem illegalen Taxi, aber 25 € für 6 km Entfernung.

• muriel (8/5): - 2 nuits dans ce B&B .belle chambre avec vue sur petite placette, idéalement située dans le centre historique de Naples, proche du métro (tout neuf).le propriétaire est très avenant rien a dire je recommande. Seul bémol 4 étages sans ascenseur, mais excellent pour les fessiers.

• bocikw (10/5): Great Room, Great Location - This place is a great deal! The room was much larger than we expected for an urban, European B&B and was clearly recently renovated. The room was clean and in a good location. The host parked our car for us for the duration of the three day trip (~10euro a day) and we walked to everywhere we wanted to visit in Naples.
• G5428OApaolop (10/5): Simply the best B&B in Naples - The flat is located within one historical building right in the city centre of Naples and is very well-refined, lighty by day and silent at night although there are plenty of bars and pizzerias just downstairs. Any means of transport is in the surroundings and you can get anywhere at anytime . this is just perfect and anything was right also thanks to the owner who was so kind and ready to satisfy any need we could have had during our stay in the vibrant city of Naples ++++
• Madalenaaa21 (10/5): Unforgettable time - One of the biggest advantage of this place is the localization => beautiful building, near the city center, everything is around like shops, caffee, restaurant. What is more the place is clean and cosy. Another important thing the owner. Really nice, he can easily tell you everything about this city: where to drink or eat, what is worth to see. And of course speaks english very well. So in one word very helpfull! Generally I strongly recommend you to stay at this place!
• acastrola (8/5): Amazing Napoli Apartment - Our two nights there allowed us to go walking to anywhere in the city, to the historical area and shopping are and also the front sea and ferry pier. The host was very kind and hepfull and always available to any question or recomendations for dinner lunch or itineray with a high knowlede of Napolitano costums and life. The room was beautifull and with nice views, as well as a modern bathroom.
