Oona (8/5): - The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! They also offered us coffee for free in the mornings which we did not expect :) The place was quite dirty. The floor was dirty and it would've taken courage to step on it without shoes but thankfully the place offered disposable slippers. There was also breadcrumbs waiting for us in the bedsheets. Also while we were offered coffee for free, it was quite confusing what was complimentary and what was not (we were offered croissants on the first morning and on the next we had to pay for them). There was no sound insulation whatsoever.

Lale (10/5): Tirana är en sprudlande stad! Ett genuint välkomnande från det albanska folket ♥️ - Hotellet var perfekt, personalen var toppen och väldigt hjälpsamma! För mig som funktionshindrad i rullstol hade det inte kunnat bli bättre. Det fanns hiss, rummet var rymligt och tillgänglighets anpassat 🤩🤩🤩 Nära till allt, konditori och affär fanns precis utanför hotellet. Endast en kort promenad till centrum, Sheshi Skënderbej. Perfekt plats för att upptäcka stadens arkitektur, kultur och historia, omgivet av sevärdheter som Nationalhistoriska museet, ryttarstatyn av Skanderbeg, Nationaloperan, Nationalbiblioteket och klocktornet. Albanska folket är enastående, gästvänliga och hjälpsamma. Som turister blev vi bemötta med värme och genuint leende. Vi lämnade landet med en mycket positiv bild av folket. Finns inget att klaga på eller något negativt alls!

Michael (5/5): Insgesamt eher mäßig. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und proaktiv. Das Bett hatte eine ungewöhnlich gute Matratze. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Belieferung mit Essen über Wolt funktioniert problemlos innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten. Wir bekamen nicht das Zimmer, das wir zu buchen geglaubt hatten. Das Zimmer blieb nur mit fortwährend laufender Heizung warm, der Fliesenboden war eisig. Kein SmartTV, kein Wasserkocher. Wifi oft unbrauchbar, SimCard mit unlimited data empfehlenswert. Nach 2 Tagen insgesamt eher frustrierend, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Tirana ist eine Stadt, in der es sich empfiehlt, Unterkunft eher in zentraler Lage zu buchen. Wer gerne viel läuft, wird sich daran aber nicht sehr stören.

yon (1/5): Hôtel plus que décevant ! - Seulement la sympathie de la personne de l’accueil. Tout le reste était loin des standards attendus pour un 3* Chambre au sous-sol sans fenêtre ni balcon, avec une forte odeur d’humidité. Pas de ventilation (VMC), baignoire et douche au pied du lit. Chambre très différente des photos du site (moins lumineuse, moins spacieuse, pas moderne). Problème de disponibilité : on nous a dit que l’hôtel était complet alors que d’autres chambres étaient libres. Bruit de portes la nuit et rouleaux de papier toilette déjà utilisés. Rapport qualité-prix incohérent !

The space of rooms was large and very clean. The only thing that wasn’t great was the Wi-Fi, but traveling in Albania, it seems to be typical. 😅 Besides that, it was great!

Erik (10/5): Worth it - Reception team was amazing everyone spoke English very well, the espresso bar in the lobby has all you need whether you like coffee or tea reception will take care of you, the room itself was very clean, and the view from the balcony was nice especially on a sunny day, a bakery & juice spot is located nearby for affordable yet delicious snacks, the location is a bit of a walk from the city center but very easy to use taxi service like BlueTaxi if you don’t want to walk, the WiFi worked fine, there’s an elevator and overall the area felt safe, a huge thanks to Nik for outstanding service and making sure everything was good for me would return for a second time to this wonderful hotel

Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant stay - Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and a good size, which was perfect for our family. However, the bathroom was quite small and a bit tight, which was a bit of a challenge. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, we had a comfortable stay and would consider returning in the future.

Meget støj fra en stor trafikeret vej i nærheden.

It takes around 20 minutes by walk and 10 minutes by taxi to the city center. It doesn't offer breakfast which is a big downside. Apart from that, all the receptionists were really helpful and friendly. It makes you forget about the disadvantages of the hotel. Housekeeping was okay too.
