• Marta (1/5): Desagradável - Ao chegar ao local, verificamos que havia uma escadaria para acessar a casa (somos casal 60+). O ambiente estava completamente escuro e com um cheiro desagradável. Diante dessas condições, optamos por não nos hospedar no imóvel. Infelizmente, o anfitrião não foi compreensivo com a situação e tivemos que arcar com o valor total mesmo sem utilizar a hospedagem. Escadaria para ter acesso a casa. Ambiente escuro e entulhado.

• manuela (10/5): Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo, in un ambiente curato, accogliente e in una posizione davvero c - Il mio soggiorno a Casa Kita è stato eccellente. La camera era impeccabilmente pulita, con un arredamento spettacolare, a tema e ricco di colori che rendeva l’ambiente davvero unico. La colazione era buona e i proprietari si sono dimostrati disponibili e molto accoglienti. Posizione ottima, comoda per raggiungere tutto. Un’esperienza che consiglierei senza esitazioni.

Możliwość zjedzenia śniadania na tarasie z pięknym widokiem. Słona wersja śniadania , tzn. grzanka , jajko sadzone, kilka plasterków salami i szynki, oraz kawałek focacci i kilka winogron jest wystarczajaca. Do wyboru kawa lub herbata. Wszystko bardzo ładnie podane. Kolorowe, jak całe mieszkanie. Śniadanie w wersji słodkiej zawierało croissanta, sucharki, dżem i nutellę oraz kilka winogron i kawalków ananasa. Mała porcja dla dorosłej osoby, szczególnie mężczyzny. Pomimo wybory słonej wersji śniadania, otrzymano słodką.

Cafe da manhã maravilhoso com atenção aos detalhes, croissant quentinho, ovo, capuccino muito bom. A vista maravilhosa. Voltaria para a estadia deles e recomendo!! Eu e minha irmã adoramos, pena ficarmos pouco tempo... agora, nks comentários quem reclama de escadas não deveria sair de casa e ir para algumas cidades que são no topo e casas mais antigas que nao tem elevador. • Sofia (10/5): - Гостевой дом находится в хорошем районе вблизи от исторического центра и от большой парковки, где всегда есть свободные места, От парковки к гостевому дому можно подняться эскалатором, что тоже очень удобно. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Гостевой дом очень интересно оформлен. Большой балкон с живописным видом на окрестности, где можно отдохнуть и перекусить днем или вечером - просто замечательный. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, В гостевом доме подают завтрак: яйца, горячие круассаны, фруктовый салат, йогурты,чай, кофе. Номер очень удобный - две несмежные комнаты, коридор, большая ванная комната. Нам все понравилось, Спасибо

• Helene (10/5): Exceptional - What a joy to have breakfast on an outdoor veranda! Jonathan was a happy and energetic host who provided an excellent breakfast and was so helpful in many ways. The B&B is a very unique and surprisingly enjoyable place to stay. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the terrific location. The stairs down were steep but Johnathan and Oswaldo helped us with bags when needed.

La camera Lena dove abbiamo alloggiato è un piccolo scrigno dei ricordi lasciati dalla mamma di uno dei proprietari.

Great views from the bedroom and bathroom. Jonathan was a gracious host. The parking. Under the impression they had parking, however it's a 10 min walk away at the bottom of a hill, then it's not guaranteed there's a space. It was free to park there though.
• sze (8/5): - It’s a great location!! Definitely the best view. Love the kitchen and patio. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only thing is toilet tends to clog easily. It could have something to do with the old style flush. Not a huge inconvenience. Everything else is so enjoyable!!

• Andrea (6/5): - It was convenient and the view off the back patio was breathtaking. Probably better for younger people due to the many steps and steepness to/from especially with suitcases. Decorated in Cuban style with many pictures, knick knacks and lots of color. Jonathan speaks many languages and was greeted by and interactions with him. Did see the other owner but never met him. The shower could use some attention & a fresher pillow. Many potted plants and flowers on the property that were very nice.
• Haimsohn (4/5): nice old town ,but problematic room with nice view - that was not any breakfast no bread no any kind off cheese or ham nothing there are not parking near the room you can stop for few minutes and then to go for a parking near the entrance off cortona

The view from the balcony was magnificent with breakfast each morning looking over the town and roiling hill it was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. The hosts were so friendly and helpful 10/10. Nothing would go back tomorrow if I could.

• Alex (8/5): Very good - Location comfort and cleanliness was top notch. Checking in was a breeze. Breakfast was tasty and had a wonderful view from the patio. Wifi never worked for us, parking was not on-site. You can drop your bags and then find parking at the bottom of the hill. Not a big problem, but worth mentioning if you are afraid of hills!

• Keith (10/5): Great place to stay in Cortona. - Casa Kita is in an excellent location just off Piazza Garibaldi. The B&B was very clean and comfortable with some colourful and quirky decor, reflecting the owners tastes and personalities. Jonathan and Osvaldo are excellent hosts and provided a lovely breakfast on the large terrace which has the most wonderful views of the countryside and the lake in the distance. We would certainly recommend Casa Kita.

• Fabia (4/5): Great location but cluttered room, dust, and noisy escalators were drawbacks. - The location is excellent, right at the beginning of the historic center. The room is cluttered with too many decorative items, leaving no space to even set down my belongings. There’s not even a place to put soap in the shower. The excessive clutter has resulted in dust everywhere, including lint under the bed. To make matters worse, the room faces the city’s escalators, making it challenging to fall asleep with the constant and unpleasant noise.
• Hud (10/5): Unique decor. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Lovely view from terrace - Bedroom and bathroom both decorated in a wonderful unique style. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Good location for bus to/from the train station. Worth staying just to sit out on the terrace (where a simple, enjoyable, well presented breakfast is served) and enjoy the great view over the countryside. The town centre is only a few minutes easy walk away. Nothing.

Veduta mozzafiato sulla val di Chiana dalla finestra della stanza. Cortesissimi i proprietari. A meno di 100 metri dal b&b inizia il centro storico di Cortona. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, si può fare tranquillamente riferimento al parcheggio pubblico dello Spirito Santo ben servito da 2 scale mobili esterne che portano su, fino al b&b.

• Alberto (10/5): Eclettico e delizi B&B nel pieno centro di Cortona - Siamo appena rientrati da un weekend di relax a Cortona e.... dove soggiornare se non in questo fantastico B&B...?! E' centralissimo, si raggiunge facilmente dal parcheggio (gratuito) con le scale mobili, e' a 50 m dall'inizio dell'area pedonale, e' confortevole, silenzioso e si affaccia su un panorama mozzafiato della Valdichiana fino al lago Trasimeno, i gestori sono simpaticissimi e si starebbe le ore ad ascoltarli.... insomma veramente un posto consigliatissimo!! La colazione viene servita in terrazza (in estate) ed e' piacevolissima. Prezzi nella norma. Andateci, non ve ne pentirete!
