Staff were very helpful - helped me store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out as my flight was not until slightly later into the afternoon. Probably the only negative was that the inside of the room was slightly dated.

- Sachiyo (9/5): 大変快適でした。 - 夫が出張の為会社が予約したホテルを別途予約しました。 ネット予約で喫煙ルームしか予約出来なかったのですが当日禁煙ルームに変更して頂き、夫と隣の部屋を用意して頂きました。 フロントの方の配慮にとても感謝しています。 お部屋も明るく広く清潔で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 スリッパは購入でなく、アメニティとして用意して欲しいと思いました。

- Dom (7/5): Decent place to stay if you find it for a good deal, very close to the metro and convenient locations. Other than the sh - The property is vey close to the metro station, and the room was clean. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. The breakfast onigiri is also well prepared. And finally, the surrounding area is very quiet, which i like a lot. My biggest criticism is the shower system. This could be my own room, but the water is either too hot or too cold. While showering, it tends to randomly go in one way or the other, disrupting your shower. And the hotel in general was very cold at times, which makes the shower situation even more uncomfortable. And the breakfast is okay, but the coffee is basically water 😆.

Little self serve coffee shop across the road. Very friendly staff, excellent service. We used as a one night stop over post flight prior to catching bullet train to Nagano. Unfortunately beds were too firm for us.

- françois (10/5): Répondait parfaitement à nos attentes - Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour à Tokyo. La chambre est petite, certes (standards de Tokyo) , mais très fonctionnelle, et bien équipée (frigo, bouilloire), bureau . Micro-ondes, fontaine à eau et distributeur café, etc, au rez-de-chaussée en accès libre. L'accès libre à la salle du petit-déjeuner, pour y dîner par exemple, est bien pratique et nous a dépanné un soir de fatigue (il est facile de se procurer des plats préparés dans les kombinis à proximité, ou avec plus de choix même très tard au supermarché Maruetsu Petit). Le check in se fait sur machine avec l'aide efficace du personnel, toujours très agréable. Ne parlent pas tous forcément anglais, mais les traducteurs et la bonne volonté sont là. Les petits déjeuners : la salle est un peu tristounette, mais les produits sont très bons, bien mieux que ce qu'on espérait. Nous y avons mangés les meilleurs onigiris, préparés frais, de notre séjour. 3 soupes au choix, toast, croissants, 1 jus de fruits ... Laverie au rez-de-chaussée. Pas de stationnement possible si vous arrivez en voiture de location, comme nous, mais beaucoup d'offres de parking payants dans les 300 m, le temps de décharger les bagages avant de rendre la voiture, c'est OK. La clientèle est une clientèle d'affaires essentiellement. Bonne insonorisation entre les chambres. Les chambres à lit double sont, si j'ai bien compris, toujours placées donnant sur le côté de l'hôtel(1 seule chambre à lit double par étage) : bien dans les étages hauts (nous étions au 13ème), mais donnent sur un autre immeuble en vis à vis, en dessous le 8ème étage. L'accès est sécurisé (ascenseur utilisable avec clé de l'hôtel uniquement) Au final, cet hôtel a constitué un pied à terre parfait et pratique pour notre séjour à Tokyo, en restant raisonnable côté prix. Le temps d'attente à l'ascenseur unique peut être un peu long à certaines heures.

Our room and the common areas were spotless. The breakfast included three different soups and eight varieties of musabi. Staff helped us call a taxi to the hotel. An excellent value at $107 per night. Our room was compact.

À notre arrivée, la chambre était très propre et le personnel a veillez à ce que nous soyons bien installés. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Les chambres sont un peu petites et nous avons du mal à trouver une place pour poser notre valise.
