• Christopher (10/5): Have no fear just book here! - I had such a wonderful time while skiing here. It was directly across from the Audi stadium and you can pop right down the to gondola from there. The owner Francesgo and his wife Frederica were extremely nice and very caring, I actually got a head cold on my last day and they were very nurturing. Kevin was my main man behind the bar and whipped up some cocktails form me after skiing. The dining hall staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast was incredible and its impossible to leave hungry. I spent most of the day on the mountain so usually had lunch up there. BUT, dinner was a four course meal for only 40 Euros and it was 5 stars. I know we all have options when vacationing but if your looking around and don't know where to stay, this was a phenomenal vacation for me and I truly hope to return to the same place some day. NOT A DAMN THING

• William (10/5): It was a lovely hotel in every way and we will be returning to it. - This is a wonderfully run family hotel, Frrederika and Franscesco are the perfect hosts and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food in our opinion was exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The small spa is extremely good and the treatments were very professional and enjoyable. Nothing.

Very highly recommended! Nothing. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel where I felt so welcome and so comfortable. The food surpassed expectations and the location was great- just a short walk from the bus stop.
• Robert (10/5): Great family run hotel - The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful, and was always offering assistance with one thing or another. This included giving me a ride to one of the ski lifts, as well as helping me find a nearby gym, and getting me in. Nothing in the hotel. Business hours for some of the establishments in town were inconvenient.

The staff are so welcoming, the rooms really comfortable and the food is awesome. Breakfast is a very generous way to start the day, whilst dinner is as much fun as the brilliant skiing in Madonna. Hotel Diana is heaven!
• Marianne (10/5): - The hotel is small and exceptionally well managed by the owners Francisco and Frederica Stefanie, who are true service people who do their job with a smile and always a kind word. They work hard and are always available to make your stay a good one. The front desk person, Sylvia, helped me in ways words cannot express. My passport and license was kept by Alamo at Malpensa. I called the hotel and Sylvia made all the arrangements to get my passport delivered because Alamo failed to offer ways to return it to me. By the time I got to the hotel I was in a state of panic and exhaustion. The staff attended to every need I had, from the lost passport to picking me up after I could not find the hotel due to exhaustion. My dining experience was exceptional and the dinner menu never failed to make my evenings memorable. The pastries were my favorite part of each meal and knowing I couldn’t resist trying a few was one of my fondest indulgences this past week at the Hotel Diana. I recommend this well managed and comfortable hotel at the highest level for exceeding my needs and going beyond the typical experiences I have had traveling over many years. If I go back to this area, I would never look at any other place to stay because they this one does everything with their hearts and personal touch. I felt safe, cared for and pampered here. They exceeded every expectation I didn’t even know I might have and a review of 10 is not high enough to describe this wonderful place.

The owners are genuinely warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful with advice on hiking in the area. We were given a very high level of service. The dinners at the restaurant were excellent and they have a good selection of wines to choose from. Breakfast offered choices. It was all good!

Bisogna portare l'auto in un parcheggio pubblico( ci sono pochi posti riservati al Diana) e poi fare una ripida salita a piedi per andare a riprendere l'auto.
