I h - Very nice area , apartment was so comfortable, very good A/C . Excellent host . Only suggestion would be bedside lamps as the ones in main room didn’t seem to work .

• Ingrid-Elizabet (9/5): Really spacious and nice apartment, with great host and superb location. - The location is perfect, close to all amenities, the beaches and restaurants, but tucked away from the main road so away from noise. Really spacious, great air-con in the bedroom and dining area. Washing facilities on site, access to private beach club is a short walk away with pool, shower, changing and dining facilities. Seta is really helpful and so is the host. Two bathrooms were a bonus. Really clean and tidy. I liked everything, the bed was a little squeaky but comfortable. I would happily stay there again.
• Imran (8/5): - Thr location is great along the West Coast. The pool access area is nice with the pool, a restaurant and bar and a spot for bathing in the ocean. We stayed in the 2 bedroom which was more than big enough for our party of 3. Kitchen had all the facilities to make breakfast before heading out for the day. Apartment was clean and has enough towels and beach towels for our stay. Collecting the keys on site was easy and communicating with the owners was simple and accessible. The apartment could use a bit of updating but otherwise it was a great stay.

• Hrisi (7/5): Nice, but avoid ground floor unit - Flat was very clean and had most things you'd need for a comfortable stay. Great location, too. The flat was on the ground floor, positioned in such a way that there wasn't much light. There was a utility room outside our ensuit bathroom sharing a window, which made the bathroom and the room feel very stuffy and a bit uncomfortable in terms of privacy. The washing machine is not in the flat but in an outside utility room. Because of all the above, it felt quite overpriced for what it was. The property manager was nice enough, though we didn't need much help as we come often to Barbados. We'd stay again but definitely not in the same unit.

I had everything I could want. I loved that I had use of the nearby Beach House pool. Location is convenient, with a short walk to local supermarket, beach and shops. I found the bed and sofa were hard. I was really pleased to have a pool available for use but it's not on site, a walk of 15-20 mins away.

• Natasha (1/5): Beware #7 was a death trap - The condo is very spacious and has all the dishes and cutlery needed. There is a firestick for the TV, but we kept getting an error when trying to log in. On our first night there, the door was difficult to open. I was told it gives "a little trouble, but works." Upon entering, I was also told the jacuzzi had a broken drain stop and I would have to use a flathead if I decided to use it (this was not disclosed prior to my arrival from the US). I had to keep a knife in the window to use the jacuzzi. The next morning, when my dad came to visit, my mom could not get the door unlocked. The lock was faulty, and my entire family with 2 children were locked inside. My dad (over 70 yrs old) had to climb over the 2nd floor porch to get inside the condo to get the key. He then had to climb back over to unlock the door. I contacted the property, and a locksmith had to come out to change the lock. The pool access is NOT on the property, but a 15-20 minute walk away at a different location. Our pool access card did not work after taking that walk. I finally had enough and reached out to cancel my stay and relocate. The owner became extremely upset because I refused to stay in those conditions with my family for 3 weeks. I had to ask the owner to stop texting my phone with inappropriate conversations related to me wanting to leave. I was finally able to cancel after a one week stay (informed them on Sunday I wanted to leave and got there Friday around 12:30am). The owner stated only an emergency would suffice for cancellation. I was told my booking was nonrefundable and that I was charged $1300+ US, which was half the cost upfront. I told the owner no one in their right mind would stay in this place with all that has happened and that as the owner I am sure was well aware of these issues but still rented out this condo. I left to another location and was charged for the days I stayed. The jacuzzi was fixed the day before I left.

Mosquito window screens need a little tightening up / minor repairs, though I add I saw no mosquitos on this visit. Good idea would be to fit one on the balcony door. Comfortable beds and decent bathrooms. Very clean property. Needs a better ironing board and better steam iron. Also a dishwasher. Otherwise very well equipped property with excellent aircon, parking location and nice sunny balcony.
• Yosha (10/5): The BEST CHOICE EVERRRRRR!!! - THE PROPERTY: is home away from HOME. Everything you need and use at home is there for you. Making it PERFECT if you’re a traveling family. THE HOUSEKEEPER: is the sweetest and made herself available ANYTIME WE CALLED. Even if it were for advice or any question we had UNRELATED to the property. One day I wasn’t feeling well called her and she brought her pressure monitor AND checked my pressure! THE OWNER !!! OMG!!! Was always reachable and made certain exceptions for us that I KNOW for a FACT would not have been done at ANY OTHER PROPERTY. THE MANAGEMENT & CASHIER: were more concern with our comfort and enjoyment more than the finances it brought them. WHILE ON FINANCES: I guarantee you WILL NOT FIND another property with all these pros in such prime location for the cost!!! They are the MOST reasonable and trust me I SEARCHED. Absolute VALUE FOR MONEY. Anytime I come to Barbados this is my place. I feel like part of the family now 😄 Not having a pool on site but that DID NOT MATTER because the beach house access pass was a GREAT PACKAGE BONUS. We enjoyed the stroll down the street to get there. And it was a 3 for 1 as you had access to the pool, Resturant AND private beach.

• Linda (3/5): Poor - Spacious apartment. This was our second stay in Sandy Bliss. Main problem is the traffic on the road which it is directly on has got much worse, is very loud early morning and into the evening. Lots of sirens (emergency services) too.

The only point that could be improved would be precise instructions of where to collect the keys for the property. Fortunately after knocking on doors we found a very helpful guest who was able to point us in the right direction.

• Jarvis (8/5): Great stay would have loved the pool on site though - Lovely spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Dish soap and sponge provided. Would have been nice to have cooking oil and salt/pepper provided. TV was logged into Amazon fire stick so could watch lots of movies. Air con was fantastic. Apartment was cleaned regularly and fresh towels given. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy to walk to the super market and beach, if you didn’t want to walk back there is a taxi rank outside the Massey store. It cost 30 Barbados to get back to hotel with shopping. Access to nearest beach is a bout a 10 min walk down the hill. The pool is not on site. It is about a 20 min walk away from the apartment- it’s actually quicker to get to the beach. This was disappointing. There is not outside communal area or private area. The jacuzzi was out of order which was a shame.

I didn’t do enough research before booking.Suzanne in Miami was superb. On site, when there, the team were helpful. The location for an 82 and 67 year old was too far away from access to pool, beach, shops and restaurants.
• David (8/5): Very good - Good size accommodation close to beaches and shops circa 10 minutes to both. Staff were responsive to requests. No designated outside space for the ground floor appartments.. We had to request chairs to use outside and then we could only sit in the car parking area.. The main bath/ jacuzzi was not working and from the appearance it hadnt worked for sometime. So this should have been fixed or not advertised as a feature in the property.

The beach and pool was further than expected. 20 minute walk. The beds were not comfortable. No condiments , salt & pepper, sugar etc.

Jacuzzi tub was out of order and was one of the reasons I booked the apartment in the first place. Other linked facilities were not fully stated. Unfortunately I was ill during my stay so never got a chance to miss these.
• Stacey (10/5): Lovely apartment close to facilities and bonus club passes. - Great spacious property, clean and great facilities. Club pass was a great added bonus. Repairs were made quickly when issues were reported and Staff are lovely. WiFi and fire stick are a good addition. The front door on apartment 1 sticks, the wet weather has made the wood expand. So you have to slam it shut which isn’t nice for the people below or in the apartment. The booking offered a free child space but there wasn’t actually a bed for him. We made a makeshift bed with sofa cushions. I’m a seasoned traveller to Barbados due to family living there. A local map to the beach and the club might be useful for people not familiar with the area.

The area was quiet and peaceful, adding to its charm. Being in close proximity to the beach and shopping centers was wonderful!

Everything we needed was within walking distance and was quiet. The housekeeper and hosts were responsive to our needs. The place was very roomy. Assess to the Beach House was easy and much appreciated... even to just pop in to use the facilities and fill the water bottles. Some other items, like containers to store leftover food and sharper knives, would have been nice... but we certainly managed.

• Robert (8/5): Very satisfied chilled out place, had Netflix etc very good - Hi I was self catering which was ok because there was a supermarket along the road called Massey's. Cleaner was nice friendly and let me stay longer due to flight! You get an access card to a private area beach house along the road a bit! Nice cold pool, you have to get along there quickish in the morning to get a sun bed though lol.
• Linda (7/5): A good choice if you're looking for a basic, good value holiday with access to a beach/pool. - Decent 2-bed apartment with the basics for living for 4 weeks. Good shower, strong wifi, linens/towels changed twice a week. We enjoyed the terrace - cool in the mornings and a warm breeze in the evenings - but it did look onto the road (see below). The manager, Seta, who lives on site, was fabulous and always responded quickly to any requests. Access to Sunset Crest Beach Club is a real plus! This block is on a busy road so the traffic wakes you at c 6am. In addition, during our stay, the air con in the apartment below was not working properly and very noisy throughout the night. It was being fixed but had not been completed during our stay. The apartment could do with a few more basic items (eg. we had to ask for a kitchen/vegetable knife as there was not one) and a better oven (it took ages to cook!?)

Really good location 10 minute walk to Payne's Bay beach. Close to main coast highway where frequent buses to Bridgetown and beyond but far enough not to be affected by traffic noise. 15 minutes walk to Holetown supermarket. Can't think of anything 😃!
