Et l’isolation phonique, car on a eu la malchance d’avoir des voisins affreusement bruyants dès 6h du matin, plusieurs jours de suite

AC in each bedroom. Bathroom is worn, rusty and outdated. It should be renovated. There should be more space in the bathroom for towels and toiletries. Kitchen elements are dated and rusty.

• Martina (9/5): Appartamento con buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Appartamento di buona dimensione, c’è molto spazio. È dotato di aria condizionata (solo in camera) e molti ventilatori e pale a soffitto, non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo. La cucina è ben equipaggiata. Doccia grande con bel getto d’acqua calda. Il bagno non ha molto spazio dove appoggiare i propri effetti e dove appendere gli asciugamani. Vengono forniti solo due asciugamani per la doccia (uno a testa) e solo uno per il viso/mani. Non vengono forniti teli da mare, sarebbero stati utili. La posizione é buona, ma senza l’auto non è molto comodo. Non c’è uno stendino o altro dove stendere asciugamani e vestiti bagnati, solo nell’area comune ma all’aperto, non utilizzabile a causa di frequenti scrosci di pioggia.

Miami Beach is fabulous and loads of lovely cheap local food options, a great supermarket and fruit and veg stalls for self catering. Wonderful stay thank you! 😊 Shower was tepid with little water pressure.

Right behind the beach is the main street with all the bars, restaurants, and shops. So everything is very close by. The hosts are friendly; on the first day, the owner drove us to the supermarket in her car. N/A

The shower head wasn’t working properly, which we were ok with, but when we told them, they immediately replaced it with a new one. This was my second stay here and we will be back!

The owner was available to 24/7 if needed. Our apartment was cleaned regularly with bedding and towels replaced every 3rd day Their was a leak coming down the wall in one of the bedrooms, which was sorted out ASAP

• Samantha (10/5): - I had a lovely stay at Clearwater Apartments. The studio apartment was spacious and had all the equipment I needed. The owner was absolutely lovely, always checking that I was okay and well catered for, which made me feel very comfortable. The housekeeping team were excellent, especially the head housekeeper, Michelle. She was wonderful—kind, caring, and always made sure I had everything I needed. Her attention really stood out. The apartment itself was beautiful and in a great location, just a 10-minute walk to Miami Beach. Taxi fares were very reasonable too, costing around $20–$25 to get back from Miami or even from Massey supermarket. I will definitely be staying here again. I’m also very interested in learning more about their other apartments, as I would love to stay there in the future. Highly recommended. Nothing to report. Owners were on hand to help if there was a problem.
• yanet (10/5): Comfortable clean close to the beach and town - Alvin the host- was incredibly helpful and friendly.from the moment we arrived he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed- he made sure he showed us the area and offered to take us grocery shopping,this place is walking distance to surfing beach and regular beach. The apartment was big and had everything we needed. Good internet. Very clean. Nice porch and walking distance to bus station and amazing fish market- the beach was incredible,,

• Artur (7/5): Dobrze wyposażony apartament w odleglości którkiego spaceru od centrum Oistins - Apartament w okolicy krótkiego spaceru od centrum Oistins. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne jest do krótkiego pobytu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu. Bezproblemowy odbiór oraz oddanie kluczy. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Jedyna uwaga to wrażliwość czujnika dymu - przy robieniu tostów w tosterze czujnik się włączył co mogło obudzić innych mieszkańców w innych apartamentach (nam to nie przeszkadzało bo wstaliśmy wcześniej :))

• Kai (9/5): Great location - The property was in a great location - approximately 15mins walk from Oistins, nestled along the coastline and less than a 10mins drive from the airport. There were only 2 of us but this could easily sleep four. I would happily stay here again.
• jose (10/5): - El lugar es agradable y muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo necesario para que puedas tener una estancia larga, el lugar esta muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros tiene una playa para surfistas y a menos de 2 minutos de auto consigues enterprise y Miami beach, son dos playas realmente buenas, los dueños son personas muy receptivas y atentas, la verdad les doy un 10/10 Realmente nada, todo estuvo bien, aunque si puedo acotar que es necesario sea en este hospedaje o en cualquier otro recomiendo alquiler de auto pues el sistema de trasporte público de la isla no es muy bueno

• Sophia (7/5): Great location for exploring and lovely hosts. Served it's purpose. - Location was good, it was handy for getting about and exploring. We only used it as a place to sleep and refresh and it was great for just that. It was clean and had the basics. AC worked well and host was lovely Studio was smaller than anticipated and in need of an update or modernisation especially the kitchen area. Fortunately, we were driving around most of the time as I didn't find it particularly inviting to hang out in even though it had all the necessary amenities and toiletries.

• Josefcan (9/5): Good and economic in Oistins - Nice studio in quiet residencial area, about 15 - 20 minutes walk to Oistins Fish Market with shops, bars, restaurants and a bus station bringing you for little money to Bridgetown as well as to the airport). 10 minutes walk to stunning Enterprise (or "Miami") Beach. Bright, good bed, a/c and Wifi. Nice welcoming, the reception lady showed me the surroundings and brought me in her car to the fish market. The provisorial kitchen corner is a bit poor, old and sparsely equipped.

The Hostess gave us a ride to the grocery store which was very kind of her and gave us a chance to orientate ourselves. The apartment itself was quite minimally outfitted - so salt or pepper, no coffee filters, limited number of dishes and cutlery.

• Valentyna (9/5): Lovely, we’ll stay again! - We loved the location, small terrace, wooden ceiling, lots of pots and pans, AC in the room, fresh bed sheets, staff is kind and a nice lady suggested us beach towels, you can hang your towels/ clothes outside; soap/shampoos/body lotions are available. We’d stay again with pleasure. A few things to improve: we used the toilet and at some point the flush stopped working. Luckily my friend used her skills and fixed somehow lol. The bathroom door is very noisy, old and loud. Take earplugs cause the sink pipe does loud bubbling noises sometimes. The door can be closed only if you lock it with keys.
• Adrian (9/5): If it is clean, quiet and comfortable that you are looking for, then this is it. - Check in was pleasant and the lady was personable ........very helpful with information. Apartment was spotless, no dust bunnies under your feet or any residuals from the previous occupants, kitchen and utensils were clean, linen and towels not only looked clean but smelt like it. Last but not least, the brief interaction we had with the apartment attendants was courteous and helpful especially in assisting with getting transportation.

• David (10/5): My stay at Clearwater Apartments, Enterprise - The walk along the coast road to catch the ZR or Public Transport bus is scenic. However, if you're a senior citizen, be mindful of time of the day you choose to do so. The heat can be a challenge. Be extra cautious when walking along the narrow coastal road to and from the property to Oistins, with local traffic. You need to share this roadway with local traffic. Commuting to and from the property to Oistins by hired taxi or ZR can add-up. On future stays, I definitely prefer a 1 bedroom apartment instead of a studio.
