- Ralph (8/5): Ordentliches Hotel im Zentrum von Nis - Ordentliche Zimmer, Betten groß genug. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer aber etwas beengt. Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel dieser Klasse nicht gut. Vieles sah aus als ob es deutlich zulange auf dem Buffet liegt, und Spiegeleier gehören nicht in eine Warmhaltebox gestapelt.

We were charged a parking fee for the hotel parking, we taught it was included in the room price. The charge was 10e even though the city parking was right across the street and the daily parking fee was 3e All in all the charge was nothing it just surprised me.

- Cristiano (10/5): Magnificent breakfast, the real attraction of this hotel. - the hotel is in the center of Nis, they offer the best breakfast! really delicious. the bed is comfortable, the tv is big and full of channels. our room was next to the street and in the late evening is a bit noisy because of the car traffic.

Day of my check out the housekeeping staff was playing around, being loud, which explains why my room was not cleaned . The kitchen staff left tables dirty, there was no silverware available except some sparse silverware left on tables. Staff was not around this morning to request assistance with the lack of silverware.

- Saša (7/5): neću više nikada korisiti usluge ovog objekta - Neverovatno da se parking u hotelskom krugu naplaćuje i to 1200 rsd po danu a pri tome je cena preko puta u garaži je 800 rsd po danu. Inače zaposlena na recepciji nije naglasila da se parking naplaćuje. Zbog ove nelogičnosti sa parkingom ne bih preporučio korišćenjenje ovog hotela. Radije predjite u hotel Ambasador koji je preko puta, ne naplaćuje usluge parkiranja, cena ispadne slična a razlika u kvalitetu svega je dosta bolja.
