• Koen (6/5): Eenvoudig maar goed met twee minpunten - De ligging Het rolluik in de derde slaapkamer was defect waardoor de straatverlichting die net aan het venster stond, fel naar binnen scheen. Wat putjesgeur in de slaapkamer. Hierdoor maar een 6/10

• Aneta (6/5): Wilgoc - Lokalizacja apartamentu jest w porządku – blisko centrum i w spokojnej okolicy. Mieszkanie jest duże i przestronne, co jest dużym plusem. Niestety, ma też poważne mankamenty. W środku czuć wilgoć, okna są uszkodzone, a okno od tarasu w ogóle się nie zamyka, przez co w bardzo łatwy sposób można dostać się do mieszkania z zewnątrz. Dodatkowo prysznic przecieka i woda zalewa przedpokój. Szkoda, bo przy odpowiednim remoncie i lepszym utrzymaniu mogłoby to być naprawdę dobre miejsce na pobyt.

Ho trovato scarafaggi sia sul terrazzo che in bagno, motivo per cui non ho potuto godermi il terrazzo durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, mi è stato fatto notare che sono uscito all’alba, quando in realtà sono semplicemente andato a vedere l’alba in spiaggia, senza disturbare nessuno. L’impressione generale è stata di poca cura negli spazi esterni e nella comunicazione con gli ospiti. La struttura ha del potenziale, ma servirebbe più attenzione alla manutenzione e un approccio più accogliente verso gli ospiti

• Brendalam (5/5): "Convenient Location but Cleanliness Issues" - We have visited Valencia a few times and chose this apartment for its proximity to the Oceanographic Museum, which was ideal for our plans. However, reaching the city center, including landmarks like the cathedral, requires a long walk or public transport. It took us nearly an hour to walk there with two children. The apartment fell short in terms of cleanliness. The terrace was unpleasant, with water leaking from upstairs and debris seemingly dumped by neighbors. Noise was a significant issue. From the master bedroom, we could hear noise from a nearby bar until midnight, as well as creaking sounds from the neighbor’s bed. The boiler only provided enough hot water for two showers, which was insufficient for our family of five. We visited during winter, and the beds were only equipped with thin duvets, with no heating in the bedrooms. We also encountered a small cockroach in the living room during our three-night stay, likely from outside as the apartment is on the first floor. Additionally, the building has no elevator, which could be a challenge for some guests. Lastly, the dishwasher was not functioning when we arrived, and it was filled with stagnant, foul-smelling water.
• Piotr (8/5): Very good - Me and my friends stayed in the apartment for 4 nights as we've been to Valencia for basketball tournament. It was only 3 of us so we all had our own room which was nice. Frankly, the apartment was too big for us 3 but I consider this as a good thing. We didn't cook because we were outside all the time and ate out but the kitchen is fully equiped. Walls and the sofa are a little bit ungroomed, BUT for this price you won't find a better spot if you're looking for a comfortable, affordable place. Highly recommend.

• Jamie (4/5): Good location, poor quality accommodation and rude owner. - The location The black mould in the bathroom and all over the shower cubicle. The lack of decent facilities in the kitchen, including no kettle. The broken sofa bed The lack of locks or latches on the bedroom window. The electrical wires stuck to the back of the main door with sellotape. The attitude of the owner when i raised these issues with them.

We had to boil water in sauce pan each time, even though said would be included 1 pillow per person Thin bed covers, was chilly and heating took ages to heat up!
• Mateus (8/5): Good price benefit Appartment in a good location in Valencia - Good location (in between the beach and the old city center), nice and functional kitchen, air conditioning in living room, roomy shower and bathroom, "automatic" check in (no need to personally pick up keys) No air conditioning inside the rooms (sleeping with an open door solved this)

• Michael (8/5): Apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. Good location for aquarium and science museum. - It was about a 15 minute walk to the Aquarium/Science museum. The downtown area was about another 20 minutes. The apartment was nice but tight for family of 5. Great shower, good kitchen, all the rooms were fine. We did not hear any street noise. Good A/C. clean nice apartment. General comment, you need a smart phone to travel in Spain but essential for this apartment. This is a keyless place. There is a code to punch in the door and then push a button on your phone that is emailed to you to open the outer gate and then another button on your phone to open the door to the apartment. It worked fine, it was just a new experience. the parking is a problem if you try to find on the street. It seems people never move their cars and if they do, they are filled in minutes. There was a large muddy "field" about 2 blocks down that was half filled with rain(?) water that we were able to squeeze our small car in. We left the car there for 3 nights and there was no ticket and nothing happened to it.
• Ninon (9/5): perfect location in a perfect city - The localisation was great, the apartment large and comfortable. It was quiet at night. The kitchen was well equiped and the beds comfortable (the mastress of the main double bedroom could be better) More plates and cutlery would be appreciated to be able to use the washing machine. As we had to wash dishes, a drainer would be welcome. There was no salt, no sugar, no oil or vinegar, that would be nice. Some plastic plates and glasses could be usefull for the kids.
