• Alissa (7/5): Family Friendly - This Apart Hotel was in an excellent location. The beds were comfortable and daily cleaning was an option. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. The pool was good to cool down but very busy. Staff were lovely and always ready to help. Wifi was not great No living room area, we missed having somewhere comfortable to sit. Street traffic could be quite noisy,

• Palwasha (6/5): - We only stayed one night to be close to shopping. The hotel is a bit old but clean and necessary things are available such as towels, sheets, kitchen utensils etc. However, the staff needs to put a few bottles of drinking water until the guest have time to fix it themselves. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Our flight was in the evening and we have to check out at 12:00. They let us leave our bags at the reception until we leave to the airport, which was very kind of the hotel manager. This is a perfect place for those who want to live near the city / like to shop.

• Andrey (10/5): Amazing Apart Hotel in the central part of Alanya. - We got the wonderful impressions from this apart hotel in Alanya. The staff of the hotel is absolutely amazing, polite, mannerly, helpful and friendly. It was pleasure to live in this hotel. Another important point for us - constant cleanliness during our accommodation. We had all required kitchen staff for comfortable living. During our stay we hadn't any problem.
• Tracey (10/5): We had a great time and highly recommend Narcis Apart, you won't be disappointed - We stayed at the Narcis Apart Hotel for 10 days and it is in fantastic location, just two minutes from the main shopping area and harbour, the beautiful cleopatra beach was a 10 minute stroll away. The apartments were cleaned every day and we had fresh towels daily, the apartments have everything you need for your stay. The pool and pool bar were excellent and you never had to fight for a sunbed and the staff were always polite and smiling. The pool and pool area was pristine and the food from the pool bar was tasty and delicious. The internet and TV worked perfectly unlike other apart hotels in Alanya, I have always stayed in apart hotels in Alanya and the Narcis Apart is one of my favourites, thank you for having us, we throughly enjoyed our stay and look forwarded to seeing you soon,

• sb (8/5): Excellent service - We went in group of 15 people and it was our first trip. I have to say the location of the hotel is fantastic, the shops are around but quite no noise. The staff are very helpful and polite. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Organised our exclusions. Made us feel safe and homey. The accommodation were well presented and clean. I would defo recommend the hotel to people.
