Alexander (7/5): I'll think twice to go back. - Location, parking. Food was good in the restaurant ànd set in a very nice cave. Staff was friendly especially the guy who served us b'fast which was very good. Was a little dissappointed after seeing photos on the website. Dirty linen, shower very small and water either very hot or cold could not adjust temp. Shower head needs changing to a new one.

But they give us a wooden room with lights not working, shower cubicle very small (less than 60x60 cm) power points not fixed to the wall and a broken toilet seat. When I complain they give us a much better room. Then when I do the checkout they ask me for 180€ extra. They don't tell us before. This is not fair for us that we pay 180€ more than the price agreed with you. I believe that these money will be returned to me. Thanks

Als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der Städte an der Ostküste oder historischer Orte hervorragend geeignet.

Mitch (10/5): Fantastic accommodation in central Sicily. - Accommodation is in short supply in Vizzini but A'Cunziria certainly don't have this approach. Lots of effort has gone into ensuring the place has all the comforts you would find anywhere else in Italy. The rooms are large and spacious, and the property itself is lovely to walk around in. Brekkie went down a treat too - it is large and has tonnes of variety, with some local delicacies thrown in.

So disappointed that he knew how much I had paid and embarrassed to get to know that they asked for another payment.

The restaurant it’s like a stone cave is stunning and food is excellent and very good value. Fausto in reception was fantastic he helped make our stay memorable. He was very accommodating, helpful and professional. Thank you A Cunzaria we definitely want to come back. Nothing it was a great place to stay. Best place we stayed in Europe
Anita (7/5): Lovely restaurant, great staff, but accomodation was small and outdated - We had a lovely experience at A Cunziria restaurant. The cuisine and atmosphere were fantastic, and was excellent value for our money. The staff were delightful, they were attentive and friendly, and made us feel welcome. We took advantage of the pool, which was especially enjoyable given the hot weather. The accommodation was cramped for our family of four. The room was accessible only via a narrow, uneven spiral staircase. The room consisted of a double bed and a bunk bed, leaving minimal space to move around, and we couldn’t store all our suitcases inside. Furthermore, it appeared outdated and hadn’t undergone renovation like the other hotel rooms. To top it off, the toilet did not work for three days during our stay.

Great service and amazing food. - wonderful breakfast, made just for us as we were the only guests that week. more than enough food, both hot foods and pastries. the location is a bit difficult to get to the location, but that is small town Sicily. the meals for afternoon and evening were wonderful. the beds were uncomfortable, location to get around the town.
NATALINA (2/5): - Sconsiglio a chiunque di alloggiarvi. Ho trascorso la notte più terribile della mia vita, paragonabile alla notte della conversione dell'Innominato dei Promessi sposi. Ho prenotato tramite Expedia una camera doppia, mi è stato dato uno chalet con la televisione con il tubo catodico e un decoder esterno, i materassi singoli a molle della più scadente qualità, il bagno un cunicolo con una doccia 50x 50 cm. Mi è stato detto che Expedia ha sbagliato, perché a 99€ per una notte potevo prendere solo uno chalet. Ho chiesto di pagare eventualmente una differenza e farmi trasferire in una stanza, la sig.ra che mi ha accompagnato ha riferito che le stanze erano state tutte occupate, cosa assolutamente invera, infatti dal booking c'erano ancora 4 stanze libere. Inqualificabile il servizio clienti, è ovvio che tramite Expedia starò attenta a prenotare per una prossima volta, da quanto è stato riferito vendete le stanze più scadenti, infatti erano affidate al vs sito solo gli chalet e non le camere, che evidentemente sono state vendute con una pubblicità ingannevole. Consiglio al proprietario di fare una riqualificazione del personale della struttura, assolutamente scadente e degno del più totale demerito.

tatta (10/5): Authentic sicilian vacationplace - We had a wonderful stay at A Cunziria. An authentic sicilian place! Athmosphere is fantastic and the food is a journey through the italian cuisine. A swimmingpool in the fresh air of Vizzini is a big plus. Highly recommended.
