- Carlos (10/5): Fantástico - Todo fantástico muy buena ubicación cerca de Termini a pie o con el bus 71. Cerca de zona viva con muchas opciones de comida como la Pizzería Fórmula 1, la recomiendo. Las instalaciones impecables muy cómodo y con espacio muy amplio. Confirmo que la propiedad es como las fotografías del anuncio ( Añado fotos que tomé para mayor veracidad ) amplio, grande y limpio. La atención de los propietarios Michaela y Maurizio excelente!! , atienden de inmediato cualquier duda por WhatsApp en Inglés italiano o español. Sin dudas repetiría en esta propiedad. Todo excelente

- Salkhayev (7/5): Long stay in Rome - Host was nice and kind. Online check-in instructions were clear and easy. Location was nice, there is a bus stop nearby which takes you to city center (20 min) and main train station (5 min). There is 24/7 supermarket nearby and a lot of restaurants. We didn't hear music noise from the bars which are located in the entrance. Apartment fits 3 people easily. There were washing machine and washing capsules which is very helpful when you stay longer period. One side of the bed was not good, it was aiming down. In general, from the photos apartment was looking new or newly refurbished, but it was old apartment. In that sense it didn't meet our expectation.

- Donin (9/5): HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE! Very good contact to the owners (quick answers to our questions) - Location is very good. Not too far from Roma Termini train station (it took us a 17 mins walk). The surroundings are more than OK: in the internet you can read a lot about how dangerous the Termini area is. Well, there are indeed some homeless people but they were never a problem for us. A lot of graffiti on the builidings... The studio is VERY nice. Coffee machine AND good (really good :)) coffee in the studio. And it was quiet!!!! What a nice surprise! A supermarket is close (300 meters). Not much to complain about. The bathroom is a bit small but for 3-4 days it's OK. Also, even if relatively close to the station (and metro) it takes 15-17 mins to walk each way.

- Julia (10/5): Everything you need for a reasonable price. - Everything you need for a weekend away. The bed is very comfortable, I love extras like the washing maschine. The check in and check out are clear and the host is friendly. This is our second stay here and we'll be back next year. There's only one plug socket in the kitchen which means you can't cook and make coffee/tea at the same time. An extension cable would be helpful.

- Stephen (8/5): Our stay in the apartment was, cosy, clean, easy and uncomplicated. - On our arrival the look of the area seemed a little unkept due to the rubbish on the streets and the graffiti. However, the building and the accommodation were very clean. The apartment was perfectly located with a selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all very close by, bus stops only a few minutes walk away and the Termini 10-15 mins walk away. We felt very safe in this location and found the locals to be very friendly. I was surprised at how quiet the apartment was, with little to no noise from either neighbours, or the outside. And for us the air-conditioning was a god send. Nothing to report!!

- Colombo (1/5): Bad - The communication with the host The building where the apartment is located is old in very bad condition,when entering to the apartment the walls are broken and mortar has fallen off.Inside the apartment everything feels of the lowest quality possible, specialy the sheets and bed covers.We had paid for three nights but despite that we stayed only 2 nights and got ourselves another hotel,because we could not bear the odour from the toilet and the sewage of the building.We definitely do not recommend that property, may be the worst experience ever!!

Only the location is a very dubious neighborhood, but as I first in Rome, I didn't know the location is not ok! San Lorenzo is not a good neighborhood to stay!
- Emmamce3277 (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location. Worth a look around the corner for Todis supermarket for a huge range at very reasonable price. Apartment was fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Great communication with Michela from the moment we booked until the moment we left. Bed was incredibly comfortable and despite usually being bad sleepers we both slept so well. A good tip is to go 2 blocks for the supermarket rather than the corner shop as the prices were more than doubled in the corner shop below. Supermarket had cheap, fresh, quality ingredients and we enjoyed several homemade meals. Michela was the best host and can't recommend highly enough There really isn't anything negative we can say about our stay.
