• Alvaro Vasquez (9/5): Un hotel con una de las mejores ubicaciones en Miraflores - La ubicación del hotel y su recepción de 24 horas, muy próximo al parque Kennedy por lo que es muy fácil conseguir transporte a otros puntos de interés en la ciudad. Tuvimos que hacer check out a las 5 am porque teníamos que tomar un vuelo, y la recepción estuvo disponible a esa hora. No hay mucho que agregar, sino que hubiera una opción con desayuno incluído, pero el hotel tiene ese servicio con costo aparte. Fuera de esto, fue una muy buena estadía.

Estuvieron prestos a todo, en área segura y cerca de toda la vida de Miraflores. Nos tuvieron las maletas aún después del check out y nos ayudaron en todo. Todo bien

• Juliane (9/5): Muito bom, voltaríamos a nos hospedar. - O quarto é amplo e confortável. Muito bem localizado, se você não tem problema em caminhar da para fazer bastante coisa a pé. Única coisa que achamos bem ruim é que em pleno 2025 e estando localizado na capital de um país, não aceitam pagamento com cartão, apenas dinheiro. Fora isso não tivemos nenhum problema, gostamos de tudo.
• Facundo (8/5): Good location and value for money - Good location in Miraflores. Plenty of places to eat and shops nearby. Within walking distance from the coast (probably a 20 or 25 minute walk). You can take the airport shuttle bus in front of Plaza Kennedy which is within walking distance from the accomodation. Room was spacious and it was cleaned every day. There is an elevator.

• Fiona (9/5): Comfortable, central friendly place to stay - Amazing location in Miraflores, close to the central park and all kinds of restaurants bars and cafes. Also a short walk from the sea. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable for a stay of several nights. You will hear some traffic noise - however, I think it's unlikely you will find somewhere this central in Miraflores without that - and it's manageable

When I asked when breakfast was, they told me that there was no breakfast. It was a bit cold there, but that's probably normal in this season.. the staff was good..

When i asked the hotel staff they told me that 2 bed room is not available though the booking.com request was for 2 bedroom. And i need to pay extra to get another bed room. Very poor response and service where 2 bed was asked and promised but delivered a 1 bedroom.

• David (10/5): If I come back to Miraflores, I'll probably stay here. - The room was huge (not the bathroom, though) and well appointed with night tables, a table with a chair, and a wardrobe with clothes hangers. The fan worked well in spite of being a wall mounted fan (and not a ceiling fan). The temperature in the room was good throughout the day in spite of being quite hot outside in the afternoon. The WiFi worked great in my room. They stored my luggage until it was time to go to the bus terminal. Nothing that I can recall (although I am writing this three weeks after my stay). If there was an issue, it wasn't serious.

El anfitrión, Jacinto el gato, muy atento de los huéspedes. Todos los demás también muy atentos. La ubicación estratégica, cerca del óvalo Miraflores y avenida Arequipa.

Very well situated in Miraflores, 5 blocks from fresh food market and 5 blocks from major supermarket. Huge variety of restaurants close by. Many handicraft markets close by also.

• Gene (8/5): Very Clean - Nice hostal in a area that makes getting around Lima fairly easy because the main bus routes are close by. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The staff assisted us with directions for laundry, bus routes and speciality stores. The place is spotless clean, bed is comfortable and housekeeping is daily with fresh towels. There is an elevator so you don’t have to carry your bags up over stairs. This is a very good budget option.

The boy from reception doesn't speak English much but he would help with anything. Hotel is very clean, much better than pictures. Private bathroom. Definitely stay again, no doubt. A small room we stayed at but enjoyed it.

• Carmen (10/5): Excelente hospedaje - Es un lugar estratégicamente ubicado en Miraflores, a pocos minutos de del corazón de Miraflores y las principales avenidas que comunican con Lima, con un precio muy bueno. La atención del personal es muy buena, incluyendo al recepcionista Jacinto, un gato muy simpático :) La habitación doble muy cómoda, la cama es perfecta para el descanso, tranquilo, televisión y wifi muy buenos, limpieza adecuada, baño correcto. El desayuno (de pago) bien despachado. Recomendado completamente por su ubicación, calidad y precio. Estuve más de una semana sin inconvenientes. Como recomendación sería bueno que el hospedaje brinde el servicio de guardaequipaje.
• jose luis (2/5): Me colocaram para fora!! - Reservei esse hotel pelo site e chegando lá, a 1 hora da manha, o hotel disse que não tinha minha reserva e também nenhum quarto disponível. Disse ainda que não conhecia o Hotel.com e me colocou para fora do estabelecimento sem qualquer auxílio com ligação, conseguir outro local para ficar ou chamar taxi. Foi uma experiência terrível!! Mesmo com todos os documentos em mãos como confirmação da reserva, email do próprio hotel confirmando a reserva, me colocaram para fora.
