• Abbe (9/5): Surprising Commodious and very comfortable accommodation by MIA. - Very spacious room, air-conditioned, plenty of closet/drawer space. VERY COMFY BED. VERY CLEAN ROOM/BATH. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Strong WiF BUT PERSONAL VPN IS RECOMMENDED. Shuttle service to MIA, to which the hotel is in very close proximity to. The staff are very friendly AND THEY RESPOND TO EMAILS. Secure luggage storage after check-out. Breakfast is ample. Nothing we didn't like BUT COULD IMPROVE: (1) security of WiFi with minimum of providing password to connect. (2) Breakfast is ample BUT PLEASE SERVE FRESHLY PREPARED and not factory-made omelet, OR freshly made scrambled eggs.

Prices are high, but unfortunately that seemed consistent across the area. I won’t book a cruise out of Miami again simply because the hotels are way more expensive than Ft. Lauderdale.

• msschlesinger (6/5): Ho Hum stay - Stayed here 1 night before our cruise on NCL. Shuttle service from the airport was very good as the Miami airport is very confusing. We were first told to come out and look for the orange van on the curb, but since we exited at Door 4, all we saw was taxis. So we called the front desk again and was told to wait across the third island by the hotel shuttle area. Checked in and the room was okay, seemed awfully dark and could have used a floor lamp. Very confusing on how to use the TV as there were two remotes and nothing seemed to work. Called down to the front desk and was told to aim the remote towards the microwave. In any event it worked. The breakfast the next morning was mediocre at best and talk about crowds with lots of families with rude children all over the place!! The bacon hardly tasted like bacon. Have had much better breakfast at other hotels and other Hampton Inns. Upon checking out never was asked how our stay was and barely a thank you for staying, so with all that being said, if we find a need to stay near Miami airport again would definitely choose a different hotel. Upon checking out, the woman in front of us was trying to check in early after flying on a all night flight, and they wanted to charge her over a 100.00 to check in at 9am. What a rip!!! This was for a room that was ready and available. No customer service!!

Our english is very basic but he was super patient and helped us a lot. He also has a great sence of humor, which made us feel welcome right away. Really apreciate his kindness. Thank you Michael!

The rooms weren’t too clean and it just looked like a beat up room, they need to change their dirty carpets and remodel I paid over $400 for a night just bc it was Valentine’s Day? I identify myself as a woman and there wasn’t no luxurious rooms. Sincerely I would rather stay in other facilities nearby. Rooms not updated, room not that clean you can tell they don’t clean them well and it just doesn’t look like a brand new remodel hotel , carpets looked dirty.

I arrived almost at midnight, exhausted from traveling, and he welcomed me with such warmth and enthusiasm. When I mentioned it was my first time in Miami, he offered to write a list of his favorite local recommendations. There was a line behind me, so he handed me my key and attended to the next guest — but the next morning I found his list had been slipped under my door overnight. Excellent suggestions too. That’s the kind of thoughtfulness that makes all the difference!

At 1:30 a.m., more than 15 exhausted and frustrated passengers from a delayed American Airlines flight stood in line, hotel vouchers in hand—vouchers his system was temporarily unable to process. It was chaos. People were tired, upset, and just wanted a bed. Michael remained calm, professional, patient, and genuinely empathetic. He manually recorded our information and even offered his personal email so we could send photos of our vouchers for processing once the system updated. He physically checked each room to confirm availability and personally walked guests to their rooms. Around 3:30 a.m., when it became clear that there were more passengers than available rooms due to miscommunication, Michael went above and beyond in a way I have never witnessed in customer service. Rather than turning people away, he personally escorted the remaining guests—including families with young children who had been left sleeping in the lobby due to American Airlines inability to staff their flights—to surrounding hotels to secure them accommodations. Hospitality is not an easy job, especially when facing a crowd of exhausted, frustrated travelers in the middle of the night. Yet Michael never lost his composure, his kindness, or his smile. He stepped up when people needed someone to take control—and he delivered. Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear name tags and a smile. West arrived at the hotel at 1am and michael had thee most amazing energy and smile we ever had the plessure to meet he truly goes above and beyond for his guest ive personally watched him help bring luggage tonthe airport shuttle (which is free) on the van and help them sit to have breakfast if it wasnt for him our trip would not be this amazing thank you again michael we will come back to miami now because of you.

• monicaeF3012FK (2/5): Terrible - Be very careful with this hotel. My family and I made a reservation for two nights from January 16th to 18th. When we arrived at the hotel, they had sold our room. And all they said was, "We're sorry, there are no rooms available." 😮 It was midnight at that point. They told me there would be no charge. Then I found out through my bank that they had charged me a total of $833.94. Today I called the hotel, and they calmly confirmed, "Oh yes, we did charge you," without offering any explanation. They just told me to call tomorrow and speak to the manager named Jairo to get it resolved. 🤨🤔 What a complete lack of integrity and honesty! I hope they can refund the money. This hotel is full of abuse of power. Be very careful if you are going to book this hotel.
• doron david (7/5): - החדר היה גדול ומרווח, חדר האמבטיה גדול, ריהוט מודרני ונעים. המיטה גדולה ,רחבה ונוחה קרוב לשדה התעופה,למי שצריך לטוס ליעד נוסף. השטיחים והריצפה בחדר היו דביקים, המקלחון זרם בינוני-חלש. ארוחת הבוקר לא מגוונת, אין גבינות, ירקות ונקניקים. ליד המלון אין מסעדות קרובות בכלל, המלון מרוחק מהמרכז.

• gregbA9924AA (2/5): BEWARE!! - BEWARE!! Upon arrival we were told that the hotel had overbooked and since we were with a “third party” we would be sent next door to the Red Roof Inn. We were given a DISGUSTING room that was not comparable to a Hampton. Upon telling the front desk we were informed we would have to file a complaint through the third party, which we did. The third party company tried multiple times, including using pictures we sent and the Hampton refused even a partial refund. We contacted the Better Business Bureau and the company refused to respond to them, or us. They are most likely, using overbooking as a scam to send third party reservation guests to a cheap hotel and pocketing the difference.

• Barbosa (8/5): ótimo custo-benefício e proximidade ao aeroporto - Café da manha estava muito bom... diversas opções de comidas, algumas frutas, iogurtes, ovos, bacon, Paes.. e uma maquininha de fazer waffle que as crianças adoraram. o serviço de transfer oferecido do aeroporto p[ara o hotel nao funciona bem. Esperei mais de 30 min e nao passou nenhuma van que conduzisse até o hotel. Nao dá para confiar nesse serviço.

• Elizabeth (8/5): - The staff was friendly, the breakfast was decent and the free shuttle to the hotel was very helpful. Also, despite its proximity to the airport, the room was quiet. The television didn't work and there was nowhere nearby to get a decent dinner.
