- KISHIDA (6/5): 自然の中の滞在 - ジャグジー付きの部屋にしたが、スキーのあとに体を温めてほぐすことができて本当に良かった。 バーで食事できてよかった。バーの雰囲気も良かった。 山の中のロッジなので仕方ない部分はあるがテントウムシがかなりの数部屋の中にいた。虫が苦手な方は宿泊は厳しいと思う。30匹以上は部屋の外につまんで出したが、それでも次から次へと湧いて出てきた。 部屋の中に暖炉があったが、前回使用した燃えカスや半分炭化した木材などそのままで、掃除されていなかった。 トイレットペーパーの替えがなく困った。フロント代わりのバーも閉まっていて新しいものをもらうことができなかった。 朝食は簡素なものだったので、マフィンなどもう少し質を上げた方が良いと思った。また、日曜の朝は朝食会場が変わっていた（前日はバーの中だった）が、特に事前に渡されている文書の案内にはバーとしか案内がなく、従業員からの案内もなかったため、困った。また、ようやく見つけて入った時には食い散らかされた後で何も残っておらず、従業員もいなかったため、朝食を食べることができなかった。

Breakfast wasn't great, we got yogurts but a couple of them were pass the due date and there was not enough water in the coffee machine for three of us, we had to bring the coffee pods to our room. The cleanliness could have been a bit better in our room.

The second room had a very poorly made bed (initially thought someone was in it!). Dirty towels on the floor. Third room was okay. Also had dead bugs. Housekeeping was poor. No staff on site.

Beds were cozy and clean with lots of pillows. Lots of storage for gear. Nice hot shower which was pleasant after a cold, rainy hiking day! The kitchenette was super handy. Pub food was good! The staff are very nice and easy going. Plenty of parking. Considered a cold plunge in the pool but decides against it lol! The continental breakfast was not what I was hoping. The room could have been vacuumed and wiped down a bit better but overall clean. I thought the room would have a blow dryer but it did not which I only say to make sure others come prepared. Advertised having pinball but I did not see a machine which bummed me out a little. Our fridge was turned to the coldest setting and all of our food froze solid. Make sure you check! We would stay again as these are all little things...

- Sandra (3/5): Quality was lacking for the price they charged. - Good location. Comfortable beds The rooms had carpet, despite listing photos showing no carpeting. We were able to hear every word from everyone else int the hotel as the walls were no thinker than paper. The kitchen lacked basic supplies such as paper towels, hand towels, and dish soap. Although I did not use the kitchen, several plates still had rice grains on them from previous guests. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and still contained hair from prior occupants. I requested extra blankets due to a drafty room, but none were provided. I contacted the host through the app and received no response. I also arrived early intending to eat at the on-site restaurant/pub that was advertised, only to be informed that everything, including the bathrooms, was closed until 3:00 p.m.

There was a fireplace but no means of lighting the fire. We found out that the pub was closed and breakfast not served only after booking and paying for the room.

Bedding was clean, the bathtub, the sink and the toilet were clean. The breakfast was great. Room 8: a chair in the bathroom with stains and dust. The poof (small chair) in the hallway with stains. Both are not suitable to be used. A lot of dust on the baseboards and blinds, the head of the bed only dusted in the middle with dust accumulating on the sides. The common area downstairs is very dusty around baseboards and around the legs of the pool table.

Three super minor, small issues: a pan was rusting through, the bathroom fan was broken, and our blinds were stuck. Only blinds no curtains. Loved having an actual kitchenette. Bed was comfy. Plenty of storage. Very quiet. Good wifi. Great location. Would come back!

I did not see another person there mid week, mid summer when I went.

The only downfall was our TV would not work in our room and the manager came and tried everything to fix it but unfortunately was unable to. She was very apologetic and offered us two solutions; a 10% discount or to move our room. We choose to stay and enjoyed a quiet evening and got a good night sleep.

- Debra (8/5): Catskill seasons inn - My efficiency room was just what I needed. Kitchenette was excellent for coffee and a simple breakfast. Dishes and cups were not as clean as they could be. Microwave could use a good cleaning. Bathroom was fine. The fire pit is a nice touch except people were around the fire pit talking loudly till late in the night, which is disturbing if you are trying to sleep. Perhaps instituting quiet hours would be helpful. Overall a fine stay.

Service was from 8-10am, if u come after 9, there isn’t food. On my check ed out day, we come before 10, there wasn’t anything left including water for coffee. And you could find staff around. I would not recommend.

- suzanne (4/5): - I will start by saying that I arrived shortly after Debby came through the area. When I arrived the power was out. I was greeted by the friendly bartender who checked me in. She stated numerous times that I would be given a FULL refund for my stay if the power didn't come back on that evening. She said usually the power only goes out for a couple hours, and they were expecting it to be back on later that afternoon/evening. We were able to make due with out lack of power (we are typically campers)... but when we woke up in the morning... we discovered they now had no water! Which is a sanitation concern-- no showers and no facilities. There was no staff on site to talk to, just a number to text... who said to expect a response on Monday (it was Saturday morning). There was also no continental breakfast as promised- not even items that didn't need refrigeration. We ended up leaving for a nearby motel who had power and water- so we could use the restroom and get on with our day of hiking in the surrounding area. I've have since been given a 1/2 refund for my one night stay (full refund for the other night I was supposed to stay) despite being told I would be given a FULL refund by the staff.. I've reached out to the manager 4 different times and he has not returned any of my messages. I was only trying to follow up on the FULL refund I was promised. Very disappointed in the management.
- Julia (8/5): Great stay: pet friendly, clean, comfortable, nice pool, bon fire and amazing staff! - I loved the hotel for the following reasons: staff was very friendly and accommodating, their pet friendly policy did not include any pet deposits, food at the restaurant was great and having a pool, bon fire and a trail out back was amazing. The only issue was that one of our bedrooms did not have AC and it was very hot and stuffy during the night for us. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this great hotel! 😀 I think all bedrooms should have an AC unit during summer
- Juan (1/5): Check the weather before booking - The lady at the front desk was nice I booked 2 nights to stay here with my family. When we arrived at the hotel it was raining really hard. There was a storm going on. Therefore, the hotel had no power. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. She apologized for the inconvenience and told me that the power would hopefully be restored soon. My family and I were tired, but we waited for a little bit, but ultimately decided to book a last-minute option at another hotel 45 minutes away from this hotel. I was told by the young lady at the front desk that we were gonna get a refund and we left. Long story short, a couple of days after I received a text from the hotel saying that I would get a full refund for the first night and a 50% refund for the second night. I replied to the hotel, emphasizing that the situation of them not having power wasn't my fault. I was actually expecting a full refund. They replied back to me with a "it wasn't our fault either." Do yourself a favor and check the weather for the days you are booking before you book at this hotel. They do not have a backup plan if they lose power, and well, you already know what will happen if you decide to get a refund.

My boyfriend went to the area where the said breakfast was supposed to be, which I believe was the game room. What he found were a couple of plastic dispensers of cereal, a small keurig to make yourself coffee, some salt & sugar packets & a couple of tiny vanilla yogurts & that was it, nothing else. A real continental breakfast , which was andvertised and an Iron in the room.
- Preeti (5/5): Passable - There was one incident that left a bad taste which they should really think about. This was breakfast. We were almost through with it, and were just about to take our tea/coffee, when this lady came in saying she was going to clear up since "breakfast ends at 10", and that we should help ourselves with whatever we needed. I asked if there was any English breakfast tea available. She said she would check, took away the coffee pot with her without even checking if we wanted any coffee, and simply threw it away! She then came back saying there was no tea. When we asked her about the coffee, she said she had thrown it away, and again said "breakfast ends at 10". So we were left with neither tea or coffee!! We have travelled all over the world, and have stayed at a range of places - from 5 star to modest BnBs- and never have we ever experienced this kind of rudeness before! To take away the coffee from right under our noses while we are still at the breakfast table, and remind us multiple times of the breakfast hours! We understand time limits, but that does not mean you chase away guests that are still at the table, or refuse them a cup of coffee! I would have made a fresh pot of coffee. Thank goodness we were at least spared the humiliation of being asked to leave the breakfast room with our unfinished food because "breakfast ends at 10"! If it hadn't been for this less than pleasant experience, we would not have minded paying the $500, and we could have also overlooked the deficiencies in the accommodation - like the non functional air conditioner in one of the bedrooms, or the absence of the bathroom lock/bolt, or having no drinking water in our rooms. If you really care about improving and making things right, I would strongly recommend treating guests with respect, as well as a lesson or two in hospitality and customer service.

- Donna (8/5): Good Choice for Central Catskills - Friendly check in. We were upgraded to a much larger room without asking which was wonderful. Clean room, a good night’s sleep. The outdoor pool looked very inviting but we did not use it. Great for a short visit.

Picked this based on the customer reviews, which are usually more spot on.

They didn't offer any solution for this. Plus, they seemed to give a damn for it. We went to bed without dinner, nor even a piece of bread.
