• He (9/5): An apartment next to the Mirador Cerro De La Cruz - The apartment is next to the city overlook (Mirador Cerro De La Cruz). We took so many pictures around that area. The apartment has everything we need. The owner and manager contacted us before we left from Santiago. The reception clerk waited for us outside when we arrived close to the midnight in the rain. It was a very cold evening. Nothing.

• Soledad (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. Los departamentos son cómodos, amplios y bien calefaccionados, el agua de la ducha tiene buena presión y temperatura. El staff es muy amable y todo estaba muy limpio, todos los dias ofrecen servicio de limpieza. La cama me pareció incomoda, el colchón blando y hundido, necesita un cambio.

• Andrea (10/5): Cabaña punta arenas - La recepción es muy rápida y la señorita era muy amable, nos recomendó lugares para visitar muy buenos. Tiene calefacción en toda la cabaña, agua caliente y te proporcionan toallas, shampoo y secador de pelo. La cocina esta equipada para poder cocinar y el refrigerador es grande, tiene te y café y azúcar. Para llegar se debe subir una cuesta y escaleras. La limpieza no era muy buena, al llegar encontramos pelos en la pared del baño y en la escalera. Las cabañas son de dos pisos y apareadas.

• Claude (8/5): Très bon emplacement - Excellent emplacement à 5 mn du centre ville . Chambres et pièce de vie spacieuses . Chauffage efficace . Calme . Personnel très serviable , notre taxi nous ayant fait défaut , on nous a emmené à l' aéroport . Merci Salle de bain exigue , petit lavabo et nulle place pour poser ses affaires . Même pour 2 personnes ce n' était pas du tout pratique ! Elle est située au rez de chaussée , et il n' y a aucun point d' eau ni de toilettes à l' étage où se trouvent les chambres .

The apartments are at the top of a short sketchy hill which some taxi drivers couldn't go up but we managed easily with our bags. Just a good thing to know!

• Rodriguez (10/5): - Me pareció muy comoda la ubicación, céntrica. No cociné en el departamento ya que estuvimos de pasada y salimos muy temprano a tomar el ferry. Sin embargo para tener cocina me pareció que faltaban algunas cosas como paños de secar por ejemplo.
• Hernandez (10/5): - Las instalaciones en general tenía todo..la atención la limpieza excelente La media cuadra antes de llegar al departamento es en subida sin asfaltar poseada en auto hay que hacerlo con cuidado si no dejas la amotiguacion....y faltaba cartel grande con nombre del alojamiento tiene uno chico en las ventanas de la recepcion no se ve desde afuera estacionamiento muy dificultoso...sino fuera por estos pequeños detalles todo sería excelente 👌

• Sonia (10/5): Un lugar cómodo y lindo - La limpieza y comodidad de las camas y baño, tenían todo lo necesario. Además de la vista hermosa desde el dormitorio principal y de la cercanía de un mirador, súper bueno. Que la calle de acceso no estuviera pavimentada.

The accommodation was clean and well maintained; it was cleaned every day and they even did the dishes, which was a very nice touch. The layout of the apartment was practical, and the view was beautiful. We were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture. The heating was easy to use and warmed up the place quickly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The sofa was uncomfortable and worn out.

• Kateryna (9/5): Great clean two bedroom apartment with ocean view. The best! - Squeaky clean, recently renovated, comfortable beds, hot water, full kitchen, couple minutes walk from downtown, beautiful ocean view! The shower head did not stay up on the holder. For some reason they use a very strong citrus air freshener, it’s overpowering. But once we took the dispenser out and aired out the place, it just smelled like clean laundry which is perfect. No need for the air freshener, the place is great!

• Silvia (8/5): A decent place to stay for a night or two. - We liked that the apartment had a lot of space for two people, and the hosts were very warm and welcoming regardless of the language barrier. They even ordered us a taxi to the airport for 1am. The showerhead kept falling down which made it a little uncomfortable to take a shower. Beds were ok but nothing extra.
