- Ana (7/5): Great location but rundown hotel for the price - The location is great, close to everything. The hotel and room itself is very rundown. The bathroom looked very old and the more detailed cleaning was not kept up with. For example, the faucets had buildup on them, as if that is not looked at by the cleaning personnel. The walls are dirty. Our room had a bee problem. I have no idea how they came inside but we found a total of 6-8 bees, one of which somehow got on my bed.

- Lozano (1/5): Pesima experiencia - No pudimos quedarnoa debido a una mala información Llegamos un dia.antes para.constatar el lugar, la persona que atendio, dijo que no podia mostrar la.habitacion, solo dijo ya saben que es "economica", pero no explico a que se referia con ese termino, llegamos el dia antes de.check in a dejar maletas y nos repitieron ya saben que es "economica"??, nuevamente no explicaron a que se referian, finalmente ingresamos, solo para darnos cuenta que era una habitacion sin vemtanas totalmente cerrada, descuidada, una Tv super pequeña, parecia una celda mas que un un lugar comodo y nos tuvimos que retirar, un fiasco total, deberian actualizar sus fotos que presentan y explicar sus terminoa de "economico", pues barato no es, pues en hotel mexico conseguimoa una habitacion muchisimo mejor por menos precio "economica", lamentable experiencia, no lo recomendamos para nada

Daarna heb ik er iets van gezegd en kregen we een kamer met raam, echter kon het raam niet open maar ik heb er maar genoegen mee genomen.

Hotel has old world charm. Step into bathroom is very steep, and dangerous. There was no hot water for showers either in the evening or morning.

Me gustó que la habitación era muy grande y eso ayudó, pues no tenía ventana para ventilar, sin embargo había aire acondicionado. El servicio de los empleados fue muy bueno, ya que resolvieron nuestras solicitudes con amabilidad y rapidez. La limpieza de la habitación muy bien, las sabanas suaves. No se escuchaba ruido en la noche. En general tuvimos una estancia agradable y cómoda. Sí arreglan el baño sería excepcional. El baño, pues es muy viejo. La llave del lavabo estaba floja y se salía un poco el agua y hacía que se mojara el piso. No tiene extractor, ni ventana para ventilar.

Abajo hay una cafetería donde puedes tomar o comer algo. Las habitaciones son muy sencillas, los colchones son incómodos, las almohadas muy duras. El baño es muy pequeño, aunque suficiente. Me parece que el costo por habitación es elevado, para la sencillez de las habitaciones. Otros hoteles de la zona, con las mismas condiciones, eran más económicos. La alberca es muy pequeña y se ve sucia el agua.

- Guest (6/5): - la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, muy centrica las camas y que no tiene estacionamiento, tienen un convenio con un estacionamiento que esta a espaldas del hotel, pero el precio se me hizo muy elevado y además no tienes acceso a tu vehículo 24hrs, cualquier emergencia que se pueda presentar tienes que esperar a que este en horario operativo para acceder a tu vehículo, por el precio que pagas se me hace ridículo que no puedas acceder a tu auto 24hrs

- PABLO (7/5): Experiencia Negativa - La ubicación del hotel, en el centro de la ciudad La habitación del hotel en el segundo piso no tenía frigobar, solo tienen las habitaciones de abajo. Habían demasiados moscos dentro de la habitación. No pudieron componer o adquirir una nueva terminal, para realizar el pago con tarjeta bancaria, solo cobraban en efectivo y con transferencia bancaria. Nos dejó mala experiencia el hotel.

Personal un poco apático al recibimiento. Solo una chica muy amable de recepción. Es la tercera vez que me alojo aquí. Lo elegiría de nuevo por la ubicación, pero creo que hay varios puntos a mejorar.

- paulbT9459BG (2/5): Place is terrible, stay away - Worst hotel n 30 years of travel. 1 working outlet that the tv was plugged in. No drawers, no night light. No blinds except a wood door. Bathroom had place to put anything and soap tray was hanging off the wall. Water pressure no existent and toilet seat broken. Asked for a different room. Nope. Explained the situation. No help. The street noise was out of control all night this a checked out the next day and was told no refunds. I had paid for 12 days.

Donaldo and Beyamin went out of their way to help us with our traveling planes. The lobby seemed to gloomy. It would be nice if they had more light and cozy furniture in their atrium area.

Parcheggio a 10 metri Lo staff che ci ha accolto di notte non trovava la prenotazione, ho prenotato due camere e me ne hanno data solo una, e abbiamo dovuto dormire tutti in una sola camera. Il giorno dopo hanno trovato le due camere e quindi è andato meglio. L’hotel è sprovvisto di ascensore e quindi fare le molte scale con le valigie è brutto. Il portiere di notte emanava un brutto odore.

- Juvencio Antonio (3/5): Bonito lugar, pésimo cuarto - La habitación muy pequeña, con humedad en las paredes, cucarachitas en el piso, si tienen la oportunidad de ir, desaprovechenla. Nos tocó de las habitaciones que están en por la entrada.

El personal de recepción y bellboys muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudarte y resolver cualquier inconveniente durante tu estancia Me tocaron muchos mosquitos en la habitación pero fumigaron al otro día y desapareció el problema. Entiendo que es un lugar que se presta a tener este tipo de insectos por las condiciones climáticas de la zona. Se agradece que resolviera rápidamente el problema

- Saul (1/5): Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on a hotel where you can actually rest. - The night shift service at the front desk was disappointing and below expectations, while the room had an unbearable, asphyxiating odor coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room. Spending a bit more on a better hotel is well worth it for a peaceful night’s rest. El servicio en la recepción durante el turno nocturno fue decepcionante y por debajo de lo esperado, mientras que la habitación tenía un olor insoportable y asfixiante proveniente del baño, que se extendía por todo el cuarto. Vale la pena invertir un poco más en un mejor hotel si quieres realmente evitarte una mala experiencia.
- Susan (8/5): A fountain not a pool - We stayed here for two nights and the best part is the location. The room was small but clean. It woukd have been nice to have the ac on prior to our arrival as Merida is so hot in the summer but it didnt take long to cool off. Not the best room for older people or those with probpems woth sreos as we had a very high step into the bathroom and had to keep the light on all nihht to avoid a fall.

The restroom was very tiny with no shower door. Water spread all around the restroom. Because its right in the middle of the busy street, it was very noisy. Maybe a different room would have been better because ours just wasn't good.
