- Irish (9/5): Awesome stay!! - A very heartwarming place clean, well-kept and welcoming. I love that they allow pets inside, and it’s easy to switch rooms. All good
- Baclason (7/5): Good stay - I like the facilities and the room. They forgot to give us toothbrush and toothpaste. I just don't know if it was included or not i just realized today.
- Francis (8/5): - Clean and tidy, good staff and water cooler by the door Noise in the hallway from kids running and screaming, it echoes
- Charmaine (8/5): - Big room No toiletries, towels only. Taxi hard to locate the area

- Macoy (8/5): - affordable to stay
- Macoy (8/5): - the price
- Abelardo (8/5): Value for the price. - 1) They provide a kitchenette, a microware oven, and a refrigerator, inside the
room.
2) The Standard Suite provides a dining table, 2 chairs, and a sofa.
I have never before seen the above provided by another 3-star hotel.
3) The Standard Suite provides a study table of medium size, and a chair. Another
3-star hotel might provide a small study desk and a stool. 1) On the rooftop of Bed and Bath Suites, there is a bar that plays SUPER-LOUD music! They play their annoying music literally everyday, in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. On Saturday evenings, they ramp up the volume THREE
TIMES even louder!! Said bar will entertain its customers daily, at your expense.
2) While the hotel itself is clean, there are numerous dog feces in the streets around the hotel. Iloilo City has a law that penalizes dog owners who do not clean up the feces of their dogs, when those dogs defecate on the streets. But the local government unit ("baranggay") does NOT enforce the law.
- Macoy (6/5): - space good
- Julaidah (8/5): Very good -
- Kristina (10/5): Satisfied - Cosy Location
- Gladys (7/5): Good -
- Kathleen (8/5): Very good -
- Clara (5/5): Sugar and Spice, But Not Very Nice - We booked 2 rooms for 2 days and both had big beds and ample air-conditioning. Wifi was strong. They provided a hair and body wash per room that smelled very good. 1. Staff was the worst! Specially the lady who was in-cherge of payments in the restaurant who didn't seem to know anything because she kept saying she was new. The rest of the staff also needed better training. None of those who we asked seemed to know where our room (Bangkok) was as we asked 3 different people, including the restaurant cashier who seemed to know only 1 dialect and couldn't even speak Tagalog nor English.
2. We were 4 in our group but they gave us only 3 towels. We requested for 1 more that NEVER came. Take note, we were there for 2 nights, 3 days so they could have brought it even on the second or the third day, but no. We ended up buying from the nearby SM.
3. We requested for fork, spoon, plates and ice that again NEVER came at any point during our stay. If they didn't have ice or didnt standardly provide the other stuff we asked to guests, they could have just said so at the start. The place was called "serviced suites" so we expected we could at least ask for additional towels and ice. Again we ended up borrowing from friends who lived in the city or buying from SM.
4. TV/cable in our second room, Brussels, was not working or maybe we just couldn't make it work. With our experience with other requests, we opted not to get help anymore. We just got together in the other room we booked to watch cable when we had some down time.
So if you want a place to just leave your stuff and sleep in and will spend next to zero time in, go ahead and book a room in this place. But if you are expecting to stay for more than 1 day at a place with AT LEAST the BASIC services available, like towels and ice and a staff who knew their place of work and is considerate enough to advise guests of the limitations of what they can or cannot provide instead simply having them wait for nothing, I suggest you book with the other hotels in the area of the same price category, specially for the upcoming Dingayang.
- Cocrina (7/5): it was a comfortable stay, but does not value for the price. - Room was spacious. Employees were nice. Bathroom was big. Shower is not good. Shower head connected to the hot water has weak water flow, it takes time to get you wet. There is another shower head but the water is cold. The room looks old and does not meet our expectations considering the hype and the posts we've seen online.
- Josephine (9/5): Superb -
- Lester (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (6/5): Ok but be wary of the noise. - The room and bed were good and comfortable enough. The staff were pleasant and courteous. You can order food, have it cooked there and then and have it delivered to your room. There is also a laundry service. I was not told there was a party on the day we checked in so it was noisy. We were then told it will be just till 11pm but went on until about 2 am. The next day we were transferred to another room. For the next 2 nights there were parties so we could not sleep at once. The rooms were not sound proof. It also said serviced apartments but no one emptied our bins or checked our room. The price stipulated in for the laundry service in the room was an old one.
- Matias (9/5): Superb -
- Phillip (9/5): Superb -
- Rosana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clarence (6/5): - A lot to do. Nice staff. Good massage.
Very loud 😂. Band at night, exercise class in the morning.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Front desk is helpful in booking taxi.
- Mark (6/5): OK but could be a lot better - Nice convenient hotel with good secure off road parking
Reasonable sized room with adequate aircon and good wifi.
Hotel is very noisy - Not only the local barking dogs all night, but it is used as a business centre and visitors have no respect for guests, they shout in the alleyways and the rooftop bar area holds parties regularly.
Security is poor due to the number of visitors to different businesses on all floors.
Restaurant is quite good, some dishes are a little quirky but overall service is reasonable.
They do need to learn that when Juice is offered with breakfast, it does not mean Ice Tea, but that is all you get.
There were numerous guests with large dogs in the hotel, all using the car park as a toilet which was not acceptable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good - This was my first time to stay in this hotel. New built and the taxi driver cannot find the location, I called the hotel just to give direction to the taxi driver. They have nice room, comfy bed, friendly receptionist. Near from jollibee, 20-25 minutes walk to festival mall.
- Marc (2/5): Terrible noise at hotel - This is a mixed use building that the hotel is in and there is a nightclub with load noise and parties on weekends.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay for the price - Great location, room was comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff
- Wev (8/5): - Clean room, nice and attentive staffs. The only thing that was disappointing was the wifi signal inside the room was very weak. Overall it’s great!
- Steven (10/5): Nice hotel with everything you need. - I unfortunately arrived late but they greeted me and understood that things happen. I had a crush on the receptionist. Anyways, there's a nice convenient convenience store in front! San Miguel's is now my favorite beer. They can also make some food very good and cheap. Inside there's more stores. There's a gym that had equipment better than any hotel gym I been too. The barn serves good food. There's a hair/beauty shop. Etc! I had ants in my room but they took care of it immediately. I had a great time there. I skeptical when I tried to see it in the map but it's there!
- Bert (8/5): Breakfast below expectations and other issues - Quite good, first room had a bit of a smell but was changed to different one without any problem. Preferred standard room because bed was not against wall as it is in studio so both can get in and out easily. Chose the hotel because reviews say good restaurant but when we got there after a long trip we couldn't eat there because of an "exclusive" function so we still had to drag us to SM Mall to eat. Breakfast was too slow almost half an hour waiting for 2 dishes when place is not at all busy is wasting our time in the morning when everyone has plans, no jam or marmelade was available for my buttered toast and no black tea what a joke. Overall quite expensive for what it is. Would probably stay elsewhere next time.
- Therese (8/5): Convenient and cozy - Location is convenient and the place provides most amenities like inhouse restaurant (with good food!), salon, convenience store, laundry facilities. It is a few minutes away from SM City.
- Verified traveler (8/5): They try, but it could be nicer - Its a clean hotel with modern amenities, &free parking. You get a microwave and refrigerator in your room, plus complimentary bottles of water, which is nice. However, the room is small, & it feels small. They put a small dining area in the corner but the space is not enough for two people to dine comfortably. If you are travelling your bags will be all over, so it feels cramped. They also dont have phones in the rooms connecting you to reception, so when guests need to inquire or request something they have to go to the first floor which is very annoying. The bathroom is quite roomy but they only have a curtain separating the shower area so when two people take consecutive showers the area overflows and leads to a wet floor. Service is okay, they seem genuinely helpful, but the guy who led us to our room doesnt seem to know nor do his job very well. He just opened the door and the lights, but we had to look for the aircon remote, the tv (which was hard to figure out and very few channels) and he left the refrigerator turned off and unplugged (which we had us confused for a while if it was broken or not, we wanted to ask the main desk but we were too lazy to go all the way down). A big plus is that they had a lot of other businesses within the hotel - a salon, laundromat, restaurant, gym, working space, etc - so its quite convenient. We had some pampering done right before bed. In general our stay was okay but maybe 2000+ pesos can get you a roomier hotel room somewhere else.
- Johnny D (10/5): Great place for the price! 5 Stars on my book! - The B Lifestyle is a great place to stay! It's got decent rooms and ac and interent. But the best part of it all is the Amazing Food from the Barn Restaurant which is on the 3rd floor. It's amazing. It's really close to SM City Iloilo, only a jeepney ride away.I would love to come back and stay here again!
The only problem is, depending which room you stay in, sometimes there are parties on the top floor. You can hear it and it gets really loud. But there's a curfew so they don't stay over night.
I would highly recommend this place.
- Verified traveler (8/5): friendly staff and amenities in Iloilo - I spent a week in the B lifestyle complex. I chose it for the availability of a gym on location. The room was comfortable to stay. The restaurant had breakfast specials to choose from that were affordable. I was given some day passes to use the gym and was even able to join a class. The location is within a 80 peso ride to the smallville area for nightlife or dinner, and about a 15 minute walk to the SM. Jeepneys come by the main road if you prefer that. Laundry was super cheap and was done within the same day. I would stay there again if I go to Iloilo. It is far enough away from the loud nightlife and affordable for a clean and safe place to stay.
