Verified traveler (8/5): 2D1N budget travel. - If you are budget travelers and not fussy about very basic place, then this is a good chalet. The chalet is clean. Take note that No toilet paper, No shower cream/soap, No shampoo provided. Only one towel provided. Night time, it's cold, you just need a fan. But day time, it's very hot, so better take aircond chalet if you don't like warm room. Location very convenient, just walking distance to the beach less than 3min. This area don't have bank/ATM Bank machine for cash withdrawal, nearest place need to drive about 15min to the next town ie.Shell gas station with ATM Bank machine. Overall, very pleasant stay for 2D1N.
Alister (4/5): Review on Basic Chalet and Cabin - I actually extended my stay for another day in this place, if I had extended and upgraded my room I would have been extremely disatisfied. 1. The RM80 chalet has a noisy air conditioner and does not have a water heater. I extended my stay for another night but took the RM100 cabin which was pretty decent. Though overall I think room price in Kampung Cherating as an overall needs to be revisited (beautiful place but the price does not match with the quality). 2.They did not clear out the trash on the day I checked in to the RM80 room, the previous tenants soap was still in the bathroom and there was something sticky on the chair outside. (Could be a honest mistake) 3. 1 towel with no toiletries given. The RM80 chalet towel, was some cheap towel that does not absorb water. for some reason the RM100 cabin had a better towel. 4. If they could change the noisy aircon in the RM80 chalet and include a water heater, this would be a marvelous deal.

Verified traveler (4/5): - I hate to give bad reviews but this place was pretty lousy. The place was full of mosquitos and ants and the toilet would not flush. The nearby beach was not much either. No hot water for the shower, bed and, pillow hard as rocks and no sheet with the bed. The people next door sounded like they were in our room as the bathroom were right next to each other. We were booked for two nights but only lasted one. The sad part was that we read such good reviews for the place. For the price, I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else.

Saiffulzalizzan (8/5): Affordable room yet worth petty - Located a bit off from road, check in was simple, no deposit required. Room & bathroom was ok. Local food is easy to get, there’s a restaurant nearby offering delicious food. There’s a cafe located at next resort serving western food and there’s live band too.
Cheng (8/5): - We liked everything about KuMimi Cablet. We really enjoyed our stay there. Awesome host. Simple and comfy stay. Peaceful. Of course, if you are expecting a 5-star-hotel, this place isn't for you. It's a really different experience from the city life and that's why we liked it so much.
Verified traveler (6/5): - The first thing I like about this property is the location. It’s perfect, just across the street to the beach, close to restaurants and food stalls. The staff is friendly, she welcomed us on the first with an open hand and let us choose which room we want. The yard of the place is beautiful, it’s in a small green garden with a big table to chill outside. But the bad part of this place is the roof of our room was leaking during the rain, half of the clothes in our bags were wet. The toilet flush didn’t functioning very well too. The lock on the main door wasn’t working. It has 2 locks, the knob and the padlock but both were not working very well. The knob’s key was in rust, very hard to open the door and the padlock wasn’t working at all, no use. All and all, the place is decent but needs some maintanence. Thank you!

If you arrive at night, it might be harder to find as the entrance is in the back. Overall it is really nice and cute. I booked a room with ac but it is monsoon season so fan was actually enough. Ended up didnt even use the ac
