Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were complete, making it very suitable for a family stay. I stayed in a Deluxe King room and was kindly upgraded to a higher room category. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Mr. Wawan kindly welcomed us, showed us around, and explained the amenities while ensuring everything was spotless and hygienic. Every staff member we met, from front desk to housekeeping, was friendly and approachable. The hotel feels modern, clean, and very comfortable. Location is not a concern, having its own bridge to go to Plaza Ambarukmo! This will definitely be my go to hotel whenever I’m in town

It seemed that the hotel had an offer for families with children for that night/morning, so quite a lot of noisy children around. Next to the hotel was Ambarrukmo Plazza, which was a great place for shopping and food. For sure a place I will return to. However, only CNN in Indonesian.
• ANJELITA (10/5): Beautiful, warm & comfortable stay - Hotel is beautiful & Super-clean. We were greeted by such friendly & warm staff & the quality of service was as fantastic throughout our entire stay. Even packed breakfast boxes for all of us as we have an early flight the next day. But the best part of the room is the King Bed. Luxurious bedding & perfect (huge!) pillows are the perfect things to come home to after an exhausting day out exploring beautiful Jogja. Huge mall opp is a bonus & just 15mins to the airport & the city. It's away from the hustle but still close enough.
