• Smith (4/5): Overall not bad, but definitely not a clean place to stay. - The price was nice and the overall aesthetic was good. It was a super quick walk to the airport, which is why I originally booked it. I did not like how unclean it was. So dusty and almost every surface was dirty and gross. The mattress had hair and dirt all over it, it was so gross. I made sure to barely touch anything. To be fair I didn’t realize it was a love hotel… oops. Got the job done, but would be best suited for those in need of an actual love hotel.

• Emily (4/5): - NOTE: this is a love hotel- it works well for a cheap night near the airport, but you get what you pay for. The hotel is very old and run down. Also the rooms are filthy. Stains on the sheets, hairs in the bed, splatters and grime on every surface. Someone had obviously smoked in the bathroom of the room we were staying, so a non-smoking room doesn't guarantee the absence of cigarette smoke. Wouldn't stay here again.

• OKADA (10/5): - 朝一伊丹空港発の便だった為に 1人で利用させて頂きましたが、 リーズナブルに上にスタッフさまの対応もよく気持ちよく出張へ向かえました。 また出発日、突然の雨で困っていたら、 使い古しかもしれませんが、 傘をご準備頂け、その神対応に助かりました。 また利用させてもらおうと思います。

• Issei (2/5): - 出張で何度か利用してます。 このホテルはラブホテルなのでチェックアウト時にフロントに連絡（タブレットのチャットか内線電話）するのですが、この日はチャットで何度送っても反応がなく、内線電話もつながりませんでした。結局20分程、部屋を出れませんでした。 朝はフロントが１人しかいないと言い訳してましたが、自分が出たい時に部屋を出れないのは恐怖以外の何者でもありません。火事や地震の時も忙しくてドアを開けられませんでしたという悲劇が起こらないことを祈ります。
• Kana (4/5): - フロントの近くでアメニティが用意されていました。クレンジングシート、入浴剤、爪やすりなどを取って部屋へ入れます。 駄菓子やナッツ類なども少し準備されていて、こちらは個数制限あり。タイミングによってはなくなっていそうです。 606号室は禁煙ルーム。タバコの匂いはありませんでしたがシャワーの水圧がとても弱いです。 宿泊だったので途中外出はできますが、ルームキーがないので入退室どちらもフロントへの連絡が必要です。 部屋とフロントのやりとりがタブレットのみ。メッセージ機能と通話機能は一応ありますが、電話機本体がありません。 タブレットの不具合で再起動しなかったためフロントへの連絡ができず自分のスマホからホテルへ電話をすることに。 宿泊者は無料モーニングが注文できるので、タブレットで予約を試みましたがエラーで予約画面が進まないので結局、通話でオーダーしました。 しばらくしてからお届け時間の確認メッセージが届き返信するも、返信するのが遅かったからなのか直接部屋へピンポンしにきたので部屋の扉を開けて対応しました。 タブレット機能が試験中だと確かに貼り紙していますが不具合多過ぎます。サービスは悪くないのに残念です。

• Cora (7/5): Best if you fall asleep straight away - There is a bed and semi functional karaoke. There is an absolutely delicious Chinese restaurant 2 minutes away. If you turn up just to sleep, it just barely does the job. The door locking system is poor. The front desk staff are the only ones who can control whether your door is locked or not and can be accessed by a clunky tablet. You can either choose to have your door open to the world or have yourself locked in there. I give this hotel 7/10 because I was using it for an overnight stay, whereas it is obviously designed for a few hour-long stay at most.

• Alice (7/5): Entertaining but probably not for sleep or rest - The room is surprisingly spacious, especially the bathroom with complete toiletry supplies, which is very convenient. Even equipped with karaoke etc. enough for various entertainment. The reception, fish tank and snacks at the entrance make people feel very attentive. However, the air conditioning in the room is extremely noisy, making it difficult to fall asleep even with earplugs inserted... Another thing to be noticed, distance to the airport is not within walking for those with luggages.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 初ルナ宿泊 - スタンダードダブルで207号室でした。 ルナは初めてだったのですが、系列店のロータスには何度か宿泊していたので会員カードが使えると思ったら機械が反応せずフロントに電話するとロータスのカードはルナの客室の機械では非対応なのでフロントに会員番号を伝えたら大丈夫と教えて下さりました。 お風呂がスチームサウナになるのは初めてだったので良かったですが、ジェットバスが壊れてたのが残念でした。 ロータスでも共通なのですが、朝食の鮭定食が有料になったのは残念です。 和食が好みなので玉子焼きか目玉焼き定食でも無料で提供して頂けると嬉しいです。 ロータスでもバスローブがパジャマになってたので、個人的にバスローブの方が好みなので無料で選べると嬉しいです。 バスタオルも無料で追加出来ると更に嬉しいです。 部屋にウォーターサーバーが有るので飲み物の用意をしなくていいのが個人的にとても良いです。 電子レンジが部屋に無かったのですが、フロントに言えば温めて持って来て頂けるので助かりました。 また泊まりに行きたいと思いますので、よろしくお願い致します。

• あすか (4/5): - タオルは糸が出ていて、ベッドは黄ばんでいて古い感じがした。 換気扇の音もうるさく、駅から徒歩10なので、そこまで良くないです。至って普通のラブホ 期待しては行けません。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 近くのビジネスホテルよりも良い - 空港周辺にはたくさんのホテルがあるが、コスパを考えると断然このホテルです。 広い部屋で食事もドリンクも付いている事を考えると毎回このホテルを使っています。 難点はラブボなので子供連れだと行けないことと、ビジネスホテルでは空港までの送迎があるが、歩いて行かなければいけない事ぐらいでしょうか。 次回も利用させてもらいます。

• M (10/5): - 空港を利用する際に使わせていただきました。 近所のビジネスホテルも考えましたが、値段も同じくらいなのでこちらを選びました。 広さ、設備、アメニティ、食事など全てをとってもビジネスホテルじゃ勝てないと思いました。 次回もまた利用したいと思います。
• Matthew (6/5): Not built for foreigners reserving in advance - So, this is a love hotel. It says "Adults Only", you should know that. But what that means is that they are not built to handle foreigners booking in advance. We wandered around a bit before realizing we'd have to call someone to the front desk. We were able to check in, but knew very VERY little English. Also, we questioned why the reservation said "smoking" and they were able to communicate that all the rooms were smoking rooms. I did not see that on Hotels.com when I booked. No matter, the room did not smell like smoke, so no harm there. However, getting into the room, I noticed it was not as clean as I'm used to with normal Japanese hotels (I actually expected better from a love hotel) and we were missing towels and sheets for the bed. Had to dig through all the (many) drawers to find them ourselves. Other than that, the room was large, bathroom was amazing. Our one night there went smooth overall.

• pop (6/5): ちょっと残念。わ - 15時〜チェックイン可で荷物を置きに15時半くらいに到着、フロントの女性は1人で他のお客さんの対応で待たされました。 エクスペディアで予約している◯◯ですと伝えるとお待ち下さいと言われ中に入って中々出てこない。あげく露天風呂付きの15900円の部屋を予約していたのに部屋は13900円の部屋を取っているとの事、満室で、どうしたらよいのかこちらから聞かないと話が進まない。その部屋は宿泊の方ですか？と聞くと休憩の方との事。じゃあ、また後で来るので空いたら連絡下さい。と、間違っていた事に対してどう対応してよいかわからず、しどろもどろ。そうしているうちに丁度露天風呂付きの部屋の人がチェックアウトされ早急に清掃しますのでお待ち下さい、と言われ25分くらい待ちましたがそこに至るまでのやりとりが長く、1週間前に電話で外出可能か、カード払いはできるかなど問い合わせも入れていました。5時過ぎに一旦外出するときも一旦清算をしなくてはとの事でしたが、今は休憩の時間なので清算に時間がかかるとか、結局決算はエクスペディアでしていたのですぐに外出できました。 悪い方ではないのでしょうけど、もう少し理解力と接遇マナーを教育されてはいかがでしょうか。 氷を頼んだ時も突然ドアを開け置いていかれました。 せっかく露天風呂はのんびりできたし、岩盤浴もあり、空港に歩いて行けて立地も良いので残念でしたが次回利用しないかというとそうではありません。その点を考慮して利用したいと思います。 従業員不足なのかな？ほぼいつも満室です。 経営者の方に理解していただけると良いと思います。
