Stephanie (1/5): Unhygienic! Cockroaches everywhere! - Nothing!! Remove this motel from booking.com!! These people should not be allowed to run a motel. There are cockroaches crawling around, and dampness is dripping from the walls. It is truly filthy. We arrived late in the dark with our two children and were absolutely shocked! This is truly not hygienic. You would get deathly ill here. Unfortunately, we had to incur extra costs for another hotel. The next day, when returning the keys, we immediately spoke to the staff, and they thought it was terrible. They said they had just taken over the hotel and would quickly fix everything up, promising to give us our money back. Of course, that didn't happen. They had months to do it. We even emailed them, and they cannot fulfill our request. In short, liars and money-grubbers who do not keep their promises. Ugh, how unhygienic! Ban these people from booking.com!!

gareth (2/5): Definitely NOT Paradise. - The shower was powerful and there was undercover parking. However that is where it stops! Terrible room. There were small flies in the kettle, a cockroach running around. No hanging space not even a hook. Dangerous PowerPoint. Rusted out fridge. AC was so noisy you could hardly hear each other speak. The walls were scuffed and dirty. The toilet and shower were connected by a wall that stopped 1/2 a metre from the ceiling. The shower door had not internal handle just a slide bolt latch used on the inside of a main room entry door. There was a pain of glass missing from the louvre windows in the bathroom. The bathroom had no door so no privacy when using the shower and toilet area. No seating area inside expect for 1 plastic chair.

Was not impressed. - Its location Mould on ceilings, no fire alarms, exposed power points, very loud screaming air con, wet beds as the room was left open and it was raining and I never slept at all, and cockroaches running around, paint missing.

Insalubrité générale de ce trop vieux motel .. la encore booking.com doit l’enlever de son répertoire . Les fenêtres à panneaux en verre ne sont plus étanches et même les moustiquaires sont disjointes , ce qui en Australie n’est pas anodins à cause des insectes .. la chambre qui n’a jamais été rénovée depuis les 40 dernières années est insalubre . Le climatiseur ne fonctionne plus et même la télécommande qui est d.origine ! N’est plus lisible et ne fonctionne plus. Le lit est particulièrement inconfortable et toute la pièce y compris la salle de bain sont à refaire . Le motel doit être rasé

Antoinette (10/5): Has everything one needs for a comfortable stay away from home - I loved how easy it was to contact the motel manager was at any time day or night. We arrived quite late and were surprised by how quickly our messages were responded to. It was lovely to have a clean and comfortable room (and hot shower) awaiting our arrival.

Right next to a big shopping centre and the lagoon as well as the main streets so it was all pretty walkable The windows are more like glass slats and there were gaps under the door meaning you could just hear everything outside, from strong wind and rain to people talking really loudly making it hard to get any real quiet but it is a budget place so if you take some ear plugs it really isnt that bad

Peeling paint, mould, rusty fridge that didn’t close properly, rusty microwave, cockroaches, had one crawl on my arm while I was sleeping, had to wash plates in bathroom basin, no tea towels, NO SMOKE ALARM!!

It didn’t feel very safe, I felt that maybe there wasnt enough security to the rooms, old louvers in the windows

William (2/5): Noisy and rip off - Location Was a room booked with pet service dog but when you get there they charged you 30 dollars extra. You can't use the tv unless you use your phone data giving them access to your phone. The noise from permanent people living is ridiculous goes on until midnight then they are banging doors at 4am. The sounds from other rooms is to much can hear people. You have to park in mud between broken down wrecked cars. I would never stay there again and seems booking.com deal with people that have permanent tenants and they charge you more when you get there.
