• Laura (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno a Napoli :) - Stanza carina e accogliente. Ottima posizione vicinissima alla fermata Mergellina. La signora Lucia ci ha accolto con grande simpatia, cordialità e disponibilità. Buonissima la colazione al vicino bar Napoli.

• Daniel (8/5): Great option for Naples! - Great location, it's a nice 40min walk from downtown and literally 1 block away from the sea, nice restaurants nearby and bars by the sea. Well served by both Metro and Train stations and in the same street as the U.S. consulate This is a nice and a safe area (for Naples) away from the expected turmoil of the area The Lady at the reception (Lucia) was phenomenal, warm and helpful she booked my cab with a trusted person who was punctual and responsible Room was clean and tidy. Other than a couple of minor fixer (door not closing properly, A/C remote not working) all good.

Letto molto comodo uno dei migliori mai trovati. La pulizia non era delle migliori: specchio sporco, all’interno della doccia era presente un bagnoschiuma usato penso dimenticato dagli ospiti prima di noi, un solo rotolo di carta igienica

Breakfast was served at a seaside restaurant a few dozen meters away, which was very nice. Luggage could be stored after check-out. Overall, I was very satisfied. we can raise any questions with the host, they will respond quickly

Peccato per la colazione. - La posizione della struttura è veramente strategica, sia per raggiungere il centro sia per raggiungere lo stadio o le altre zone della città. Si trova a un passo dal lungomare di via Caracciolo ed è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. La camera è ampia e perfettamente pulita, dotata di tutti i confort, ivi compresa qualche bottiglina d'acqua lasciata in omaggio dall'host. Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci e in effetti abbiamo avuto, durante tutto il soggiorno (una notte, due giorni) un solo contatto con l'host, che purtroppo non ci ha dato le giuste indicazioni con riferimento alla colazione del mattino. Infatti, ci ha consegnato dei voucher colazione indicandoci un bar che, la mattina successiva, non li ha accettati perchè "non erano quelli del suo locale". Abbiamo provato a contattare l'host ma era difficilmente reperibile. Conclusione: abbiamo pagato la colazione e l'host, che ci aveva garantito che ci avrebbe rimborsato il relativo costo, è sparito. Davvero peccato per questo disservizio perchè la camera, la pulizia e la posizione della struttura ci avevano davvero entusiasmati, solo che se la colazione non è inclusa, il costo per una notte è troppo alto.

Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e confortevoli, con letti comodissimi e un arreda - Le camere erano impeccabili, il personale è detto eccezionale, Lucia ci ha accolti con gentilezza , sempre sorridente , disponile e attenta al dettaglio L’acqua della doccia veniva poco per il resto niente da dire tutto perfetto.

• Christopher (5/5): Close the consulate in a good location, amenities are not as listed. - The location The WiFi didn’t work in the room, it did not reach , could not use WiFi for entire stay. The tv was broken, a smaller tv from the lobby was installed. The room is not sound proof, other guests could be heard and lots of noise from the road. Breakfast is “Italian breakfast” even though the restaurant serves other food. Breakfast is croissant with coffee or orange juice. Our room didn’t receive room service on Saturday, the operated offered to clean the room at 1630.

• xZappi (9/5): - Ho soggiornato qua per 4 notti e posso dire che ha rispecchiato tutte le mie aspettative, dalla spaziosità della camera alla vista ecc... Per quanto riguarda la colazione vi viene dato un ticket(o più) a seconda di quanto state e si appoggiano ad un bar a pochi passi dalla struttura. Un ringraziamento speciale per la sign. Lucia che è stata gentilissima e super cordiale dal primo all'ultimo momento.
• Magdalena (8/5): Habitaciones correctas, lugar tranquilo y simpatía de Lucía - La señora Lucia es muy simpática y atenta. La habitación es correcta, con lo necesario. El desayuno muy bien, siempre en Café Napoli, delante del mar. Estando una semana pienso que estaría bien que hicieran la habitación un día sí y otro no. Almenos cambiar las sábanas una vez a la semana. En cuanto a las toallas se cambiaron una vez, gracias a la señora Lucía que me las proporcionó.

The fact we did not have internet and took all afternoon to sort it out and I had only that afternoon to go out and about in Napoli. We had only one pair of keys and no way of communication without internet; my husband was not ok to go out.

• Kristie (5/5): Good location & value for money. - The location was amazing, a 30 second walk to the marina, and 2 min from the bus stop. The room was big and spacious. The receptionist isn’t there all the time, only when you contact them. Unfortunately they don’t speak a word of English which we found a struggle too. The walls and window were thin, that we could constantly hear the traffic. Not well sign posted. No maid to restock towels & toiletries.

It’s 1 Big flat includes 5 rooms .1 main entrance . so if the other guest are coming home later Than you , it’s hard not to hear it . It’s very dark at the reception area. Should have a light on. Room Nr 5 has NO number on the door as the other room has. Be careful in the shower, it’s very slippery.

Do not use room 104!!! There was no staff on hand so we could not ask to change rooms. The bed. The mattress.

• Dimitrios (8/5): Very good - Location is great. The view was as pictured. Nice bathrooms. The central door gets locked during the night which was a nice sefety bonus. The rooms had obvious wear on the walls and finding the access to the property was difficult without the guards help. No parking tho
