- kazumi (5/5): 建物の安っぽさが露呈したホテルでした。 - とにかく、スタッフの対応が素敵でした。 壁の防音性能が悪く隣の客の夜中のずっと歩いてるような音やなにかの扉を何度も開閉したりシャワーの音も気になりました。次の日早かったので、夜中の11時頃の騒音はきつかったです。たまらず、苦情入れました。

- Taichi (4/5): 最悪 - いつも出張の度に利用しておりますが。 いつも従業員さんには親切丁寧にご対応してもらっておりますので、 大変満足しております。 今回泊まらせてもらいましたが、エアコンのフィルターが清掃されないのかすごい埃で、 目が充血・顔の回りが痒くて・クシャミが止まらない状況でした。 これからも利用しようと思っておりますが、このような部屋が他にもあると流石に利用を考えないと思います。できれば改善してほしいなと思います。

Breakfast for tomorrow was shown on the room TV. I expected more since it was supposed to be a great breakfast but in the morning the breakfast served are onigiri and salad and soup only. I was disappointed. They should keep the TV monitor information updated.

- Keiko (10/5): - 電話での予約確認をした時点で丁寧な対応をしていただきました。宿泊当日部屋間違いのトラブルがあったものの…丁寧な謝罪をしてくださりチェックアウトの時にも別のスタッフの方からも謝罪があり、引き継ぎがきちんとされていました。さいたまスーパーアリーナでLIVEがある時は又お世話になりたいと思います。
