• JayHay90 (10/5): Clean and comfortable - The room was spacious and very clean. There are lifts to each floor and modern facilities. Snacks, tea, and coffee were provided in the room which was a very nice touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and we were even able to weigh out baggage before our flight after checkout. Overall excellent service.

Nice room and bathroom. Everything clean. Location is 15 min from old district, but worth ride in ecchange for peace.

The staff said that the items on tray were free and I could eat them if I wanted. but at the end when I wanted to check out i thought I had to pay only few redbull from minibar but no, they charged me all the items from the tray as well while the tray itself has tag in it that it is free of charge 🥱

• D (2/5): - Dont be fooled by the 2 hour rate, i thought i was booking for the night and it was a good rate considering my plane landed in hanoi at 1130pm and didnt check in till midnight. Far from the airport, so the taxi fare is quite high. Only to find out when i checked in i only booked for 2 hours. By this time it was 1230am and had to pay in total 550, 000 dong to sleep and check out by noon. Only hotel i have ever seen on expedia that lets you book for 2 hours. Terrible location, went fir a walk in the morning and nothing but busy traffic and smog, nothing interesting in tbe area

But overall very nice hotel. Big C and Vincom Mart are within walking distance, altought to cross the stree is a little hard. You can call grab bile.

• Junghoon (10/5): The best hotel for business trip in Ha Noi. - The Blue Hanoi Inn City Hotel where I have stayed is the one of the best hotels in Ha Noi for business trip. This is the fourth check ins so far. Here are the following reasons why I love to stay here. 1. Wonderful breakfast. What they serve is not ready made. They serve real hand-made foods. From appetizers to main dishes, the food begins to be cooked after they order at the table. 2. Newly remodeled interior The building looks old, but the room condition is best: Shower booth is a good quality, satisfactory amenity as well as wifi internet service. 3. Digital TV This is the strongest reason why I like this hotel. I have an account of "Netflix" I could watch movies and dramas that I had watched at home in Korea. 4. Drawbacks. Of course, there are some drawbacks for business trippers. -The hotel is located in Trung Hoa, a downtown in Ha Noi, but the address is not familiar to people, even to Uber drivers. -The hotel outside is not pleasant, though the hotel has the best facilities. Right next to the entrance, there are some street markets selling meats and fishes. It is not critically bad, but it is not pleasant. In Summary I strongly recommend the hotel for business trippers. -Best hotel service (direction service has been covered by the receptionists. I appreciate for their kindess) -Great hand made breakfast (Oriental food & Occidental food) -Convenient room condition.
