Gyöngy (9/5): - Nagyon szép, tiszta, modern apartmanok, a szállásadó nagyon kedves és közvetlen, mindenben a segítségünkre volt. A medence és a környezete is gyönyörű, tiszta, rendezett. A medence vize egy kissé hideg volt, de még pont jól esett napozás után belemenni. A környék csendes, tökéletes a pihenésre. Az erkélyről reggel gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre, este pedig a naplementét lehet csodálni. Ez nem kifejezetten negatívum, csak más értékelések között nem olvastam erről: mivel ezen a környéken többnyire all-inclusive szállodák vannak, így csak messzebb lehet boltot/éttermet találni. (A legközelebbi kisbolt is nagyjából 1-1,5km távolságra volt) Mivel Kréta felfedezéséhez mindenképpen kell autót bérelni, mi ezzel egybekötve vásároltunk be a Lidl-ben, ami autóval kb. 5 percre van. Igaz Niki, a szállásadónk azt mondta, hogy autóval vagy taxival érdemes bemenni a városba, mivel messze van, mi szinte minden nap gyalog tettük meg ezt a távot és nem is volt vészes.

Flavius (10/5): perfect stay :-) - a really nice accommodation, we had two bedrooms, one big kingsize bed, in the other room two separate beds, all very comfy. living room/kitchen with a sofa, table and chairs, all appliances you need stove, oven, big fridge, even dishwasher. very nice clean bathroom with shover, washing maschine. the facility has a small fitness room, a nice pool, private parking. about 800m to the see, not quite in the center but restaurants can be reached by foot. for our needs it was perfect, we'll looking forward to visit again. really nothing to mention

Lior (10/5): - Great work hospitality. Nikki kindly helped us with everything we asked The place is clean and all facilities are in great quality like a 5+ stars hotel. The suite was perfect for a family of 2 grown-up children. Is it close to the beach and restaurants, 2 minutes drive to the best beaches in hersonissos, 5 minutes drive to the port area. Nothing to say here

Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great experience staying at Elysian. Niki was extremely helpful, giving information about car rental and local attractions and did her best to help us, even if we arrived very early at the location on the check-in day. Apartment was very clean and well-equipped, within walking distance to the sea. We rented a car in order to see places around Crete and nearby beaches.
Douae (10/5): Exceptional - The host was so nice and so sweet. She really gave us an immediately feeling that we’re home. The suite was super modern, clean and cosy, so was the pool! I really loved our view too, especially in the night We are obviously planning to come back 😊 Nothing to say, everything was perfect!

Niki, the host, was absolutely lovely – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, new, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The whole place has a fresh and stylish feel. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!
Izabela (10/5): Exceptional - The place and hospitality were truly exceptional. It was peaceful, calm, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The kitchenette and bathroom were fully equipped and very functional, and the apartment itself was spotless. The swimming pool was clean and ideal for older kids (around 140 cm tall) to swim and play. There's also convenient parking on the property, and the nearby beach is perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. A special thank-you to the manager, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful towards our son. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again.

Amit (10/5): The perfect place for family summer vacation. All with vary carring stuff led by the amazing Niki - Great place for families that want to explore the middle and east of Crete. Very close to Hersonissos & Heraklion. Great great stuff led by the amazing and the one and only - Niki that take care for all our needs and give us the right tips for our vacation. The room fully equipped with washing machine, clothes rack, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, hair comb ect’. The pool is also amazing. We had a great time in here every evening. (and the sunset is stunning!!) In short, everything a family needs for great vacation. And the price really fair. We had a great time. Thank you Niki 🙏🏼 Really nothing. Just need way to get into the area (3-4 minutes for the main road)

Debbie (9/5): We will most definitely return to stay here again, with the confidence that we will have another great stay! - Our family have just returned home from these suites and had a fabulous stay! The suites are immaculately clean and finished to a very modern and sleek standard. There are only 8 suites on site which made it perfect for us (with older kids). Of all the other visitors there were another two families with younger children, which was fine as everyone was very respectful of noise/splashing etc whilst still having lots of fun… there were no sun lounger fights in the morning like that of the bigger resort hotels. The room had all you needed for storing and preparing food, and also the added bonus of a washing machine, clothes airer and iron (& board) so you could pack fairly lightly for your stay. This would definitely be my choice next time as arrivals at Heraklion airport was quite manic. we would travel with only hand luggage to save that extra stress. I would highly recommend hiring a car. There is absolutely plenty to see and do within walking distance but there is so much to see and do around the island. Please take the owners recommendations for a visit to the taverna harakas up in the hills…. Wow…. What a lovely meal in an amazing old Greek village setting. The hosts were so very hospitable and approachable during our stay and even brought us some lovely fresh melon to snack on by the pool and I would personally recommend the negroni from the cocktail menu. Much of the beach space on Crete is pebbly and quite rocky in the water too, the beach at the bottom of the road is quite pebbly, however if you head just a little to the left there are free sun loungers for use at one of the cafes and it’s a bit more sandy there too. Not a complaint by any means, but as it is such a small personable place, the bar wasn’t too well stocked to suite everyone’s needs like you might find n a bigger establishment and you can’t take your own drinks etc to the pool side. To be fair though. We just would sit on the balcony of the room for a chilled drink and return back to the pool. The whole 10-20 metres away that it was!

Very tastefully decorated and everything of the best. If I had to complain about something small it would be that We had a TV in our lounge as well as the bedroom and as a foreigner it would have been nice to have an English Channel. We love watching the news and there were only Greek channels available on the TV.

Dash12345 (4/5): It's really just ok and staff not friendly at all - This place is ok, looks modern. The location was quiet, a bit out of the way but close enough to town to be able to enjoy both the quiet and the bustle. It's important to know that the beach is 450m away and not 180m as stated and there could definitely be some improvements made to the level of service and quality of accommodation. I won't be staying here again. ***I see the response from management and honestly I'm appalled! I don't want to respond to each thing but I will say this. We kept to ourselves, did not ask for any extras (unless you include 1 blanket and 4 chairs for 4 people (not stools!)). There were no complaints from neighbours or bad behaviour as you state. I don't know what you are talking about and can see you're trying to make out like something is wrong with us. You can answer the issues and we may disagree but to attack us this way is untrue and unkind. Please see my other reviews to see that I know very well to give credit where it's due. I'm so sorry to have had this experience here but lucky we stayed at 2 other places which were wonderful after this one! The beds were uncomfortable - sagging in the middle - and need to be replaced. We asked for ONE extra blanket and were told we could not have it. We wanted 4 chairs on the balcony and it felt like a bit of a fight to get it. When we arrived there were no pool towels and blanket had to be replaced because it wasn't clean. There aren't nearly enough loungers at the pool when busy. Gym closes at 6pm which was disappointing for us and staff leave at 6pm also. We really found the service and friendliness not great and far from everyone's reviews of amazing hosts.
Yuriy (9/5): Great stay, highly recommended - If you are looking for a relaxing, quite laid pack holiday far from crowds, this is the place to stay :) we stayed with 2 kids - 10 and 15. The suits are rather new and comfortable with kitchen appliances, air conditioning and sufficient amount of towels. The pool is great! The staff will do everything to make your stay comfortable :)

You are near Heraklion but not too close, and some beautiful beaches are around. Swimming pool is a good extra to enjoy your trip. Nothing, everything was great

Edgars (10/5): Amazing and relaxing - Exceeded our expectations. Located in quiet area. About 5 min walking distance to sea, tavernas, grocery and beach stuff shops. As we used rented car, there is private safe covered parking lot. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Kitchen area are with all needed appliances (dish washing machine, microwawe oven, coffee machine, espresso machine, tea kettle, etc). Every second day they fill up fridges with provisions you need for breakfest.Most vegetables and fruits are from their own gardens. Every room has a balcony. Washing machine for your clothes available in each room. Nice pool with sea view. We and our children realy enjoied it. Pool bar available where you can order some cold and hot snacks. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We felt very privately and like at home. There are only 8 rooms in two buildings so you never feel any crowds. Definately I can recommend these premises for people who like quiet atmosphere. Hope to come back at first opportunity. Everything was fine and exceeded our expectations.

Anderson (10/5): Simply amazing!!! - This apartment complex is simply amazing, I cannot rate it highly enough!!! The suites are spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean. The freshest fruit and vegetables, pastries, bread, yoghurt, cheeses and juice are delivered to your apartment so breakfast can be enjoyed at your leisure. The bed’s are so comfortable, with beautiful cotton bedding. Fresh towels for both the pool and showering are delivered every other day, or sooner if you request. The pool area is also spotlessly clean, with luxurious sun loungers, a gorgeous pool and excellent poolside bar. However, the absolute best part of our stay were the staff. The housekeeper is meticulous in her keeping of the rooms, and will provide you with everything you need for your room and more. The manager (and of course her gorgeous little dog!) simply cannot do enough to make your stay as perfect as possible. Between them, they have provided the absolute greatest service we have experienced at any hotel across the world! They truly are the kindest of people. As a family party of 7, ranging in age from 13 to 75, we have all agreed 100% that we would return here in a heartbeat!!!! There was not a single thing to dislike.

You definitely need a car or some transport. The eggs, bread in the apartment were a good idea but we would've liked breakfast served.

Alles ist sehr hochwertig, von der Zimmerausstattung bis zu den Eingangstüren. Wir waren im Zimmer Elektra und hatten zusätzlich noch den Garten zur freien Benutzung mit dabei. Der Süßwasser Pool war war ausreichend groß, immer sehr sauber und wohl temperiert für eine Erfrischung zwischendurch. Das Frühstück war für die 8 Zimmer umfassende Anlage ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack gab es immer ausreichend zu Essen. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und bei allen Fragen zu Ausflügen oder Restaurant bekamen wir einen sehr guten Tipp genannt. Zudem war der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen kostenlos, was für ein toller Service! Herzlichen Dank für 10 wunder erholsame Tage!!!

Colin (10/5): Lovely modern apartment - The suites were lovely, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and regular daily cleaning and towel change service which was a great bonus. The location is great, with lovely sea views. We did rent a car to explore nearby beaches but the village centre is a very short cab ride so it works very well for a night out if you'd rather not drive. We had a great time and would love to go back!

The location is perfect to reach Hersonissos, the beaches in the north and the east, and even locations like the Cretaquarium or the Aqua Plus Waterpark easy by bicycle, electro-scooter, or even by a walk. The hotel and suites are built on high construction standards and very beautiful. The attractive pool area is perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoy drinks from the bar. Our brand new apartment was very beautiful and comfortable, and left with the nice kitchen and living area, stylish shower including washing machine, cosy bedroom with very comfortable queen-size bed, as well as the large balcony no wishes open. The every day cleaning service left it ready for us daily in very clean condition as if we just moved in. Enclosed parking opportunities for cars in the hotel area fenced all around to provide best protection and safety, and even charging options at the grilling area for my electro-scooter, and of course the very friendly and uncomplicated personnel and service completed our perfect experience. Absolutely to recommend for everyone looking for a high standard accommodation to experience and explore the area around Hersonissos.

sam (10/5): Lovely place to stay - The hotel / suite was amazing, very clean very well organised, all staff members were very courteous and friendly , the owners were also very welcoming, ideal for a family holiday with children or couples on a break who are looking for a self catering serviced apartment suite. Our apartment suite had its own patio opening to a grass lawn with sea view ideal for our little one. Hotel has it's own pool yet about 1 minute walk from the nearest beach. The area is very quiet and relaxing, hotel is located about 5-6 minutes drive from the local vibrant town or Horsonissos. Area offer loads of activities and things to do but we recommend hiring a car. As a family had a great time at VIPS and we highly recommend it.
