• Markéta (10/5): - Výborná lokalita - klid a zároveň docela dost obchodů, barů a kaváren - metro před domem a 30 min pěšky do Vatikánu. Měli jsme pokoj s palandou - nebyl největší, ale čistý a postele pohodlné. Palanda byla rozkládácí - pro nás v pohodě - synovi je 11, ale malé dítě bych se tam bála nechat spát - u zdi dost velká mezera. K dispozici společná kuchyňka s velkou lednicí a základním vybavením.

• Teśka (8/5): Sympatyczny i pomocny właściciel. Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane z atrakcjami do zwiedzania. - Bardzo wygodne łóżka i poduszka. W okolicy markety i całkiem niedaleko małe centrum handlowe. Bliskość metra umożliwiająca szybkie przedostanie się w dowolny punkt Rzymu. Śniadanie serwowane w ramach obiektu - croissant + kawa w kafejce na dole. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Lubię jak apartamencie wszystko jest lepiej doczyszczone (szczególnie w łazience oraz kurz na szafach). Trochę brakowało mi miejsca na suszenie 3 ręczników.

• Laura (6/5): - Gera lokacija, šalia metro. 1. Tvarka nebuvo palaikoma kasdien. 2. Apie tai, kad savaitgalį pusryčiai netiekiami info nebuvo. Apskritai jų imti nerekomenduoju, nes toje pačioje vietoje pirkdami kruasaną ir kapučino sumokėsite 2-3k pigiau. 3. Kambarys tamsokas ir mažas.
• Travel_Cat (9/5): A good apartment in Rome - Breakfast was with a coupon for the Bar/Cafe next door, and was coffee and a pastry, a typical Rome breakfast. It was free. The coffee and pastry were very good. The kitchen was off the hall outside the room and was well equipped, even though not a full kitchen (no stove, for instance) but had a large refrigerator. The room did not have a "view" but this was not a problem for us as we just use our room for sleeping when we're not sightseeing. The tv got only Italian channels, so wasn't usable for us, but the wifi worked well and we used our ipad for checking the news. The owner was always immediately accessible via WhatsApp and was quick to respond. The climate control for the apartment worked very well. The shower was good. The bed was large and comfortable and four pillows were provided. I would definitely stay here again, as there are many amenities in the area and the Metro was very close by. Naturally we wish the Italian hotels and apartments would have smart tv with internet, but this is a rare thing and we don't expect it. We really can't complain about anything, as our stay was comfortable and safe.

• Travel Agency (5/5): Servicio al cliente fatal opaca lo lindo del lugar - Alojamiento cómodo y limpio, muy cerca al metro, trasladarse es muy fácil desde el lugar. Hay sitios para desayunar y cenar en el sector , cerca hay lavandería. Empezamos mal desde que el propietario dijo que el desayuno no incluía y que habíamos pagado muy barato por la reserva , como si tuviera la culpa de los descuentos que me da booking ya que soy un cliente genius hace muchos años y para eso son los beneficios!!! Terrible el servicio de checkout, nos sacaron literalmente !!! . Nos sentimos terrible la forma como nos trataron, diciendo que tenían otro cliente por llegar. Me pregunto si entregan a las 3 pm por que sacarnos de esa manera tan brusca. Le estaba dando el desayuno a mi hija cuando me dijeron que le hiciera rápido. Y lo que colmó la copa fue la forma en que nos cobraron los impuestos, me sentí acosada como si uno se fuera a robar 48 euros. Cobré y cobré . Terrible experiencia de servicio al cliente .

The apartment was very clean, they left 4 pillows for two people which I greatly appreciate. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

Inoltre la via è abbastanza fornita di negozi, bar... indispensabili per poter godere di una colazione anche a pochi passi. La camera molto pulita e confortevole, munita di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno per un soggiorno senza pensieri

• Carmo (10/5): Voltarei concerteza - Adorei ficar neste alojamento. Foi um prazer conversar com Luca que me deu muito boas informações e dicas para a minha estadia. O quarto e casa de banho estavam extremamente limpos e a cama muito confortável. A estação de metro fica mesmo em frente, o que facilita muito quem quer descobrir a cidade. De Portugal mando o meu muito obrigado e até uma próxima vez.
• Matteo (9/5): Aspettative pienamente soddisfatte. - Ho scelto di non usufruire della colazione, l'appartamento e la stanza comunque erano carini e molto ben tenuti, puliti e dotati di tutti i comfort; l'insonorizzazione era ottima (e a Roma centro può essere molto utile e non è sempre scontato); la posizione per me era ottimale a, letteralmente, cinquanta metro dalla stazione della Metro A di Baldo degli Ubaldi e quindi collegata virtualmente in maniera molto facile a tutta la città; la gestione è stata cortese e disponibile e anche simpatica (che non guasta).

Breakfast to be improved. - Good location (well communicated with public transportation); all services nearby (pharmacy, grocery, restaurants,…); comfortable bed. Breakfast was not at all a big thing… coffee and one croissant (simple, without ham/cheese). For a B&B house the B for Breakfast can be highly improved. I mean… we were hungry 1hour later…

It was my first solo trip and he took time helping me get from the airport to the hotel and then provided me with some really useful information and a map of Rome. Hotel is a stone's throw from the metro which then only takes max 15 mins to get to the city centre so great location.

• Rui (10/5): Privileged location - First of all Luca treated us excellently. very attentive, he left a map to guide us around Rome and several tips for restaurants near the accommodation. The accommodation has an excellent location, a very quiet place at night that allows us to rest and is opposite a metro station which allowed us to get anywhere quickly. the room was clean and comfortable. with TV and internet service. Additionally, there is a kitchen area with a refrigerator and coffee machine. breakfast was included and it also seemed good to us

The location is extremely convenient to Rome Fiumicino (20 min by express bus) and the subway (station right on the block). The neighborhood is a little dull, but perfectly convenient and accessible with public transportation.

• Kahon (8/5): Very good - Location great for Vatican (and other attractions). The room is neat and practical. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The place doesn't offer leave luggage and there's no facilities nearby, though I ended up visiting a museum and sorted that out. Room is on the snall side.

• Zeina (8/5): Very good - Luca the host was so helpful the location of the apartment was exactly near the metro station baldo degli ubaldi it was so comfy the bathroom was clean the towels were enough there is a coffee machine in the kitchen we asked for a breakfast, but they did not offer it's so small for a group of people PS. we were 4 there is only one mirror on the room which was behind my bed so we could not use, we kept on using the bathroom's mirror there was a closet in our room locked, for the owner, which was unprofessional since we rented the whole room not just one closet there is no extinction of the checkout time
