• Freya (8/5): Amazing short trip at the villa! - Easy communication, the aircond was not working in the small room due to power trip but they came and fix it while we were away for dinner and came back to it fixed. Kitchen was fully equipped and all appliances work. Very nice with personal pool as well. Very clean villa. Would be nice to have basic amenities readily available. Our place does not come with toothbrushes.

• Vasile (10/5): quiet and privacy - We ended a long vacation with this beautiful villa – a perfect choice for those seeking peace, privacy, and comfort. The villa has three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a yard, terraces, and the highlight: a spotlessly clean swimming pool. Everything was extremely clean, modern, and smelled great. It truly felt like home. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the main attractions like Porto Phuket or the beach – but that’s exactly what we wanted: quiet and privacy. We loved it so much that we even asked if it was for sale – unfortunately, it’s not.
• Jeffrey (5/5): There was initially such a miscommunication about where to collect the key - The location was great nearly 7/11 and shops. Privacy because every morning when we want to leave, we always have someone sitting on the floor outside in front of villa 66 ( green outfit), and at some point when we sunbathe outside, we get spilt from the water outside that the gardener tried to water the plants into where we sunbathe by the swimming pool. We think it is not suitable how the gardener waters the plants that far from the top of the sky ( it is possible ). When we looked at the trees outside, only short and small trees needed water. So we think that intrusive. When the cleaner came to clean the villa, they did not give us any notice. That is the real problem. You should have given notice before you arrived. And it seems like someone is spying on you or looking at you. I would not stay here again. There was initially such a miscommunication about where to collect the key and how the electricity charge is more expensive than normal because they make money on top of it. You would probably rather stay at a hotel or resort where you can have breakfast, including the price you paid, and have daily housekeeping. The villa still has a housekeeper come in only 1 time during your stay, but you still have to pay when you book the villa anyway. No no no

• Angeli (8/5): Nice place with nice people and house has good vibe - Nice house with outdior shower and pool. Comfortable and clean rooms, looks fresh. Check in and check out went smoothly. There where not enough dishes for 6 persones. There was only 1 small loundry hanger, we really missed bigger or more of them. Pictures on the Booking.com didn’t add up villa what we cot. All other things are accetable, not the one which matters the most are pictures on the booking site! We specifically booked the biggest villa (we checked pictures) but we got probably the smallest one.

• Greig (7/5): Nice and relaxing but lots of hidden extras and interruptions, we will not be back to trichada villas - I enjoyed the spaciousness of the villas. The pools and the villas were very well presented. Beds were very comfortable and the family spaces were amazing. There seemed to be some type of worker there every day. Whether it was cleaning, pool maintenance or gardening work, we were never left to enjoy the stay and family reunion without interruption of some sort. The lack of ceiling fans in the bedrooms was also a little problematic as you have to run the aircon all of the time to keep the kids cool at night. I also didn’t like the fact that the electricity was calculated and paid for as an extra at the end of the stay, surely a luxury villa should be all inclusive of the price. $200 AUD is a bit excessive for a 10 day electricity bill.
• Robert (8/5): Great holiday and stay, would recommend, if booking the villa check it has all appliances. - Lovely villa and we had a great time staying there for 3 weeks. Well serviced and looked after and the Pool was great. Our friend's villa had a dishwasher and tumble dryer and our villa did not which was disappointing. Also the gym in our community had broken equipment and we were not able to use gyms in the other community even though our friends were staying there. This was a shame.
• Mozah (8/5): Nice and good - Big and comfortable rooms with nice pool. Near to airport No welcoming complementary. High price. In booking it showed around 6000 Bht, but there were charges reached over 11,000 Bht. So checkout before you pay the email you will receive about payment

• M (9/5): Superb - Absolutely amazing villa, perfect for family, great location and very safe. Will definitely be coming be back. I think the area generally has bugs like little ants on the tables etc but could do a better job with that issue in my opinion. Also they charge for electricity which I've know come to find out isn't technically allowed on short stay and is 5x the government rate.

• a (4/5): Nice villa but terrible service - Pro - Clean & big rooms with all the equipment provided - Quiet location and about 35 minutes drive to Patong Beach - Villa is relatively new Con - No on site staff we got a email on the check-in date that notified us our booking had been cancelled because of a leak in the roof and suggested we go to a sister hotel on the other side of the island. We were running late to a wedding so that was not an option. We then called Expedia and they reinforced that there's absolutely no other villa available in the estate and our best option is to move in somewhere nearby, which, turned out to be false as we managed to get hold of a staff /cleaners from trichada and check us into an available villa. 15 minutes later the cleaners knocked on our door and said they gave us the wrong villa and asked us to move into another one which we were fairly disappointed with the management and we were promised to be able to have late checkout on the last day. Then the miscommunication continued the following day when we got back to the premise and saw a villa cleaner standing in front of our door steps and informed us that we had to check-out at normal time the following day...... The villa is actually very nice with with this poor level of management and lack of communication between the Villa owner and cleaners and between expedia and villa management staff, we don't think we would like to stay there for the 2nd time.
