• Maurizio (10/5): - La location é assolutamente al.centro di tutto quello che serve ed a 3 minuti da Nai Harn beach. a 60/70 metri dalla strada principale quindi silenziosissima. La struttura é recente,, pulitissima gli alloggi sono tutti o quasi appartamenti con angolo cucina divano erc di ampie metrature con anche ventilatore, bollitore e vettovaglie .Quelli al prano superiore hanno un grande terrazzo vivibile con lettino, sedie e tavolino. All'ingresso c'è il posteggio privato per moto al coperto ed il cortile con piante palme etc,davvero bello! Il proprietario estremamente cordiale, presente e disponibile come lo staff. Nulla.

Good location. We're coming back in a few weeks time. I'm a fussy person, I genuinely don't have constructive criticism to give on this occasion.

They are extremely kind and caring people. I ran into an issue and the owner helped me out with a second doubt. The cleaning staff were friendly, kind, and empathetic. The room was always clean, with fresh water given every morning and daily cleanings. It also had functional AC and wifi which was very important. Nothing it was perfect.

I was traveling with a small dog, which was accepted, and the stay was very comfortable. Very quiet location and close to everything you need: 7-Eleven, markets, massage, and beaches. It's very important that you can rent a bike on-site. Thank you, John, for the hospitality. N/A

• Russell (10/5): Simply Wonderful - Coconoi, is a Very well kept venue. The attention to detail within the grounds make this place so welcoming, matching that of the host. The entire place is super clean! If for some reason your missing something ..you only have to ask. Note. the house maids are wonderful. It would not be a fair review if I did not mention the Hard Bed!!! But I was offered a topper.

• Gary (9/5): Clean comfortable apartment operated to a high standard by friendly, helpful staff and owner. - A spacious, clean apartment located in a quiet area just a few minutes away from restaurants, bars & massage etc. As with most accommodation m the Rawai area,, it is advisable to rent a motorbike or car to get to the beaches & see and do everything this area has to offer. Nothing would happily stay here again.

• Jeff (8/5): Great value; easy stay - The room was large (fridge was huge) and modern, and the sheets were glorious (what is that great material?!). We kept extending our stay to spend more time at a comfortable place with good wifi, in a cute town with lots of yoga, healing and health food. Only downside: mattress was really hard - I (only half joking) wondered if it was just a box spring! And the couch was pretty uncomfortable too (but most people don't stay in a room as much as we did!)
• Christopher (8/5): Good Value for money - My apartment at Coconoi Residence which was cleaned daily was modern, bright, spacious. The residence are located in a quiet residential area of Nai Harn not too far from some nice restaurants and a 5 minute scooter ride to the beach. John the host is friendly and helpful and does everything he can to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend staying here.
