The only way staff was able to handle this was to have me check out and back into the same room after the first night. Very frustrating.

• Jimmy (1/5): I cannot see us going back - The pool was OK. Outside everything was neat trash got picked up every day. Inside about the same my motel room was not cleaned. It had crap splatter in the toilet. We did have clean towels, but the floor was dirty. You could actually see things on it. We just hope that they clean the bedding it looks somewhat clean, but we was pretty grossed out later. After seeing the crap splatter on and in the toilet. Because it was prepaid, we didn’t wanna make anyone mad and get kicked out. So We went the store and got cleaning material ourselves and cleaned the room. The pool and the Astroturf grass

They went above and beyond. Hampton was very clean and well maintained by all the staff. Location was close to shopping places and restaurants. Due to weather conditions (snow) the parking lots was also maintained well. I don’t have a single complaint!

• Dezarae (8/5): - The outdoor fire pit area was an amazing time. Front desk clerk Cheyenne was beyond amazing!! Will definitely be back. Very uncomfortable bed. I didn't have a bathtub in my room. And the room was not as nice as other Hampton Inn properties I've stayed with before. Maybe the college town scene does change the quality.

• johnNY7102 (10/5): A Great Visit - Stayed here overnight while driving home. Right off Route 79 so easy to get to. Several restaurants nearby. Very clean and bright. There was a minor issue when checking in, not the hotel’s fault. But they were able to quickly address it, gave us an upgrade at no extra cost. Was able to provide us with a shower chair, which was helpful. You do see several medical helicopters heading to an area hospital. Hotel highly recommended.

• Lee (8/5): Only has a Tesla charger. - The hotel was advertised as having an EV charger. It does have a Tesla charger and I was able to use my adapter but after a half dozen attempts I could never get it to charge. Fortunately the was both Ford and Kia dealerships next door with ChargePoint chargers that I could use. The staff was slow and not very helpful.
• Paul (7/5): Good place to stay horrible breakfast - Room was nice clean and quiet. Breakfast I not a great variety of the hot breakfast. My scrambled eggs looked like they were swimming is water egg juices. On multiple days. Pastries were dried and old. I think the juice machine was the best part. Small pool. About twice the size of a hot tub.

• Thomas-GenevieveH (10/5): A very clean and nice Hampton - This was a very good Hampton property. The hotel is very clean, with quite a few higher end amenities. As an example, they have an out door fire pit, outdoor patio furniture, a giant black bear statue (which is kind if neat), and a larger kitchen area. The staff are very attentive and helpful, and they kept everything in order during the morning breakfast rush. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are spacious, although the A/C is a bit loud when it clicks on and runs in the middle of the night.

• Julie (7/5): I - Great location with lots of places around for eating and shopping. The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good coffee available all the time. It was 8:30 in morning on day we were leaving and although I had the still enjoying room on door house keeping came in luckily he didn’t come in far I was in the bathroom with door open check out isn’t till 11 so he shouldn’t have even came in
