• Eduardo (7/5): - La ubicación del sitio es muy buena. El apartamento estaba recogido, limpio. Estaba todo practicamente nuevo. La persona que nos atendió un encanto, super simpatica y muy atenta. La cama y las almohadas no eran comodas. Las Almohadas muy muy finas. Habia mucho ruido del bar de abajo. La luz de la ducha se encendia y se apagaba cuando le daba la gana.

• Gimeno Ballester (5/5): Bien, pero... - La ubicación El apartamento olía a tabaco, aunque pone en las características del mismo que es un espacio sin humos. Hubiera estado bien una buena ventilación e incluso un ambientador que disimulara el olor. El wc, que está dentro de la habitación, olía a desagüe. En las especificaciones de apartamento también se especifica que es un apartamento interior, pero lo único que tiene interior es el comedor. El dormitorio da a una calle estrecha con un bar debajo que no cierra hasta la una de la mañana. Parece que tengas a la gente de la terraza al lado de la cama.

Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησω!!! - Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, δίπλα σε στάση λεωφορείου αν δεν αντέχετε την ανάβαση στα αξιοθέατα της Γρανάδας, με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τέλεια διαρρύθμιση και άριστη καθαριότητα! Η Μαρία είναι μοναδική στην εξυπηρέτηση!!!!
• Andrea (8/5): Great little apartment in a central location - Great central location and within walking distance to most major tourist attractions and restaurants. A small supermarket is 100m down the road for groceries. Buses to Granada train station are within walking distance (600m) and cheap alternative to a taxi. Lighting in shower and bathroom could have been brighter. Clothes rack for drying clothes would have been ideal.

• David (8/5): Práctico, limpio y ordenado. De fácil uso. - El apartamento se encuentra muy bien situado a las puertas del barrio del Realejo. Es muy accesible (ascensor) y cómodo en su distribución. Cuenta con un armario amplio y de fácil manejo. Algunos detalles de finalización y uso en cocina que seguro que son fáciles de resolver: paño de secado, recambio de papel cocina...

• María (9/5): - El apartamento es muy coqueto y la ubicación magnífica. El olor del baño, las camas aunque son cómodas hacen mucho ruido y echamos de menos un secador de pelo.

• Alicia (10/5): - Ubicación súper céntrica. La limpieza muy buena y el contacto con la persona responsable ideal, estuvo disponible en el teléfono todas las veces que la llamamos. Repetiré si vuelvo a Granada. El baño está integrado en el dormitorio y aunque no le falta de nada, pero para muchos días puede ser incómodo. Todo lo demás genial.

• Yael (10/5): Un apartamento ideal para tu escapada en Granada - Mi pareja yo vamos siempre una vez al año a Granada, y desde hace años nos alojamos en estos apartamentos, no cambiamos. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca y tienes alrededor gran variedad de bares y restaurantes . El apartamento es muy bonito, muy cómodo y nos sentimos como el casa. Seguiremos repitiendo cada vez que volvamos a Granada, sin duda. Todo perfecto.

• Mcarmen (8/5): - La ubicación era estupenda. Apartamento pequeñito pero al que no le faltaba nada. El colchón era bastante cómodo. Dispone de baño accesible para personas con movilidad reducida. A pesar de tener un patio (interior) era un poco oscuro y en ocasiones olía un poco a humedad. La puerta del baño no cerraba por completo porque la madera de la puerta estaba hinchada y estropeada.

Very clean and it had all we required. Maria was very helpful. It’s next to a great little bar too 😁. It suited us fine so no issues at all.

• Scardino (7/5): Ottima soluzione per una coppia - Ottima posizione, appartamento moderno e spazioso Scelta ideale per una coppia Non particolarmente adatto per una famiglia, il bagno è diviso in tre differenti locali (rispettivamente wc, lavabo e doccia) e il lavandino è in stanza. Nonostante l’appartamento sia curato nell’ arredamento, non è particolarmente agevole per una famiglia con un figlio piccolo a carico. Nota dolente: pavimento sporco appena entrati..può capitare, il resto era tutto pulito, però appunto con un bambino piccolo che sta a terra non è l’ideale

• Federica (9/5): Appartamento nuovo e pulito al centro di Granada - La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro e sotto casa c’è la fermata del bus per arrivare al Alhambra. La casa era nuova e pulita. Ho chiesto una culla e mi è stata data con lenzuola e cuscino.
• Valerie (9/5): Good location with easy bus access and lots of restaurants a short walk away; close to old town. - Close bus access ; although if you plan to take the bus in the morning to the Alhambra early, I would suggest that you catch the bus at it’s starting point in front of the Carrefore Express which is about 4 blocks to the right of the apartment entrance not the one just to the left . Several buses passed us by as they were full. Perhaps a few non perishable condiments in the kitchen and some detergent for the washing machine would be nice to have.

Marie was extremely helpful and assisted quickly with anything we needed such as dinner recommendations and organizing transportation. She gave us lots of great local tips on what to do. The room was comfortable and suited us for a two night stay.

There was a bus stop about 50m away to take the bus to the Alhambra; everywhere else was reachable by walking. Adequate amenities within the apartment. Friendly hostess Maria greeted us to walk us through the entry codes and surrounding areas. Could have better lighting in the vanity area, and more counter space for the vanity area. Both minor inconveniences.

• Keven (10/5): Great place - Location was perfect, at the bottom of the Alhambra. we were able to walk to it in under 30 minutes. the apartment itself was spacious, quiet and functional. the lady at the entrance was helpful and the instructions were clear. The washing machine for the clothes was in good working order. The couch wasn't that comfortable to sit on and there were some minor things to fix, but nothing that would impact negatively our stay. We would have appreciated a rack to dry our clothes.

I personally like it when the toilette is in a separate room from the shower. It was generally clean, but for example, inside the wardrobe, there was dust, and moving the door of it, a big dust ball came out.

• Kenneth (10/5): This apartment made Granada even more special. - The location, the room, the cleanliness and especially Maria who was so helpful and friendly. The washing machine was a huge plus and a request for the (listed) clothes drier was responded to in less than 15 minutes. Also, having a door code made it so simple to enter. Thanks Maria! Can’t think of anything!!
• Margarita (8/5): Very good - Good location: close to Cathedral and Alhambra. Has some nice cafes nearby to have coffee and breakfast. Inside apartments are new and clean, nice kitchen, has all necessary equipment including iron. Good shower. The was a not very good smell on the toilet. It was noisy at nights, but I guess thats a price you pay if you want to leave in the city centre.
• Edmund (7/5): Beauty reno with a couple of drawbacks - Greeted at the door by the owner, which is always of paramount importance to us because we don't want to wonder when or if someone is coming for check in. Also, very lovely renovation, modern, beautiful kitchen and living room. Super location, easy walk to heart of the city. The room waa right over a bar which was quite noisy. Also, the bathroom was almost part of the bedroom which seemed odd and a little inconvenient at times. Be sure you like who you're travelling with!
• Eva (10/5): Beautifully renovated modern apartment - This spacious and well designed apartment was a pleasure to stay at. The building has been modernized (has elevator) and the beautifully renovated apartment included all the comforts of home. Walk to Alhambra in just 20 minutes (a steep climb on a wide path surrounded by lush greenery) or catch the bus on the street in front. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping within a few minutes. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Granada. Almost not worth mentioning, but the bathroom sink would OCCASIONALLY drain slowly. Most of the time it drained well so this was a very minor issue.

Also, the remote for living room TV didn’t work.

We were able to leave our bags and collect them later which was a bonus. Very noisy on the street until about two in the morning. The shower room light didn’t always stay on. Would have liked some soap to use at the hand basin.

• Mustafa (9/5): Modern appartment - A modern furnished appartment located just couple of minutes from the center. The appartment is clean and with high end material finishes that would make your stay really comfortable. There was a small incident happened and the owner really acted immediatly and solved the issue. Her attitude was great and helped us also to explore Granada gracefully. You can find a coffee machine with some capsules as a treat from the owner. You will also find a washing machine which we found very helpful in our stay. Afterall we found this appartment a great deal with a good location and a comfortable stay. Nothing
