• Sebastian (8/5): - I think it’s a good place to stay for one to 3 nights. The room we stayed in with three people was quite small but designed in such a way that you didn’t step on each other’s toes and could move okay. Be aware that if you check into three bed room that this means one double bed and a tatami on the floor. Breakfast is good quality, not too many variety though. What I really didn’t like was that the restaurant was closed during main season. I mean it’s fair if they want to give people a break, but then make sure the kitchen runs with a different staff anyway. They also closed down the central yard and the rooftop, that diminishes your experience. But I would go back for another stay if I ever will go back to Paris. Please keep in mind that this hotel is quite far from the city centre and it takes quite long to get there with the subway. If you’re not up to that then definitely choose a more central location for your stay.

• Stephane (10/5): Mob Hotel - Très bon hôtel, propre, calme, proche du métro, personnels très agréable seul bémol nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois et notre fils à dormi sur un sommier très dur sans matelas directement sur le sol au pied de notre lit avec. une couette propre mais jaunâtre et le parking était en plus du prix de la chambre et non communiqué lors de la réservation. Côté restauration rien à dire tout était parfait.

Unlimited water was a nice surprise- they’ll give you a big glass bottle to bring to your room and refill your own bottles! The lobby itself is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. Super trendy hotel with cute aesthetics. Metro is super close and walkable. All different metro lines are accessible from the hotel which makes traveling into Paris super easy. We actually came for a concert at Stade de France which was only 3 stops away! This hotel is a little outside of main Paris tourist area which is nice because it’s cheaper and easy to navigate. Pretty quiet outside and not crowded at all. No fridge, tv, or air conditioning in the room but I believe that’s expected for Europe. We came beginning of August and although it was warm at times, the no a/c was fine as the hotel itself would still be cold at night. I rate this hotel 100/10

This is a high concept hotel offering but it was at the expense of basic information like: What is the layout of the rooms? Where is reception? Where is parking? Who are the members staff? How do you get out of the car park? Why dont you know whether I have paid for parking or not? (The receptionist took a photo of the email on my phone as proof) Their mission statements were very clear but these simple facts were not. It was like staying in a escape room
• Kristin (10/5): - Tolles Hotel im Norden von Paris, sehr sauberes Zimmer und ein cooles italienisches Restaurant mit Terrasse. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse, was ich sehr empfehle, um ein bisschen Ausweichmöglichkeit in dem eher -typisch Paris - kleinen Hotelzimmer zu haben. Die Gegend direkt ums Hotel ist top - wenn man Richtung Montmartre wenig weiterspaziert, bemerkt man, dass man sich in einem eher prekären Wohnviertel befindet. Die Anbindung via Metro ins Zentrum ist super durch die Stationen Garibaldi und Mairie de St Ouen.

Men når det er sagt, så havde vi et dejligt ophold.

The reception is actually inside and the gates closed at night and early morning so had issues figuring how to find entrance as we checked in early in the morning. • Gregory (8/5): - For a low cost option, MHP was adequate. It was a 10 to 15 minute walk from either metro station and to get anywhere in Paris (attraction wise) took at least 40 minutes (10 minute walk and 30 minute ride). However, the hotel was clean, the staff was great, and the eating options around the hotel were adequate. It is a budget option so the room was cramped and small. You hang your clothes on the wall, no privacy in the bathroom, and not TV. Other than that, was worth the price we paid, but I would spend a bit more and stay closer to a metro line and closer to zone 1 in Paris.
• Augustine (8/5): Okayish… - Exceptional customer service but not the most ideal hotel for our stay for a family of four(a baby and toddler). We received a crib for the baby and extra bedding for the toddler but would have preferred separate rooms. The toilet in a separate room to the shower and sink was definitely inconvenient.
• Wim (6/5): Wij hadden er meer van verwacht! - We hadden 2x 3-persoonskamers geboekt. Komen we aan op de kamers zijn het alleen maar 2 persoonsbedden. Er lag nog een dun bedje onder het bed wat we zelf op moesten maken en het paste amper om die neer te leggen. Kussen waren erg dun. Er waren ook geen normale stoelen om op te zitten. Wel gezellige kamers maar super klein! En bij ons stonk het naar rioollucht. 's Nachts erg veel herrie buiten. Ontbijt vonden wij minimaal. Voor in totaal € 270 vinden wij het niet waard!
• Ludivine (2/5): Fuyez établissement insécure et malhonnête - Intrusion dû personnel à 2h puis 4h du matin alors que ma compagne était en culotte et sous le choc du réveil soit disant que l’alarme s’était déclenchée alors que nous dormions et qu’aucun bruit retentissait. Et en plus de ça il est venu avec un autre gars à notre porte qui apparemment n’est pas une personne du personnel, il se sont couvert en disant que c’était un autre client qui était inquiet par l’alarme. Conversation lunaire depuis quand on autorise un client à débarquer dans la chambre d’un autre client à 4h du mat pour une alarme qui ne sonne pas. Puis je paye le montant globale à mon arrivée puis le montant est re prélevé la veille du départ qui du coup nous a bloqué 400euros pendant 48h le temps du remboursement et une nouvelle fois 150euros sans explications. Et je vous passe l’état des chambres, pas de télé, chauffage qui marche une fois sur deux, déjeuner minimaliste, en clair cet hôtel c’est de la daube qui se cache sous un quatre étoile filante. La responsable couvre ses employés incompétents et dangereux alors que nous lui avons bien évidemment expliqué l’intrusion et l’attitude du réceptionniste. N’y mettez pas les pieds c’est pas safe pour les nanas vraiment

Très proche du stade de France, idéal pour s'y rendre en taxi, Uber, métro et même à pied. Nous avons également marché jusqu'à Montmartre pour trouver de superbes quartiers, boutiques et restaurants. Le personnel de l'hôtel était exceptionnel. Ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour nous. Le bar/Resto était super avec de bonnes boissons et de bons repas. La chambre était basique, mais elle avait tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter. Je reviendrai certainement
• Cedric (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix - Très bonne surprise à proximité des puces de St Ouen, dans une rue bien sympa d’un quartier très agréable aux portes de Paris. Chambre assez cool. Literie impeccable. Juste dommage que le staff n’ait pas porté attention aux conditions VIP su statut Gold de Hotel.com dont je bénéficiais et qui devait me donner le droit à un sur classement et à un voucher de 10€ sur le bar-restau de l’hôtel. Et dommage aussi qu’il y ait eu quasiment toute la nuit un groupe de gens, clients et staff, qui soient restés parler ultra fort au niveau de la cour intérieure une bonne partie de la nuit et dont pas un mot de leurs conversations ne m’aura échappé… Sinon c’est un bon rapport qualité prix

• Florian (6/5): - Wir waren im August dort und das Frühstücksrestaurant war geschlossen. Das Zimmer war sauber, für ein Familienzimmer allerdings zu klein. Man konnte sich kaum mehr bewegen, nachdem das dritte „Bett“ aufgestellt war. Die Gegend ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums und nicht prickelnd. Es gibt jedoch eine gute Ubahnanbindung und Geschäfte in der Nähe.

Aucune information ne nous a été transmise à notre arrivée (heure du Check out, lieu et heure du petit déjeuner, possibilité d’accéder à l’hôtel après la fermeture de la réception). Une caution de 100€ est imposée, qui ne nous sera rendue qu’une fois que nous serons loin de l’hôtel et donc incapables de vérifier la preuve d’une éventuelle retenue de la caution. Chambre extrêmement basique (pas d’armoire, pas de table de chevet), le seul point positif est la literie qui est bonne.
• Roy (6/5): Matig - Dit hotel gekozen mede door het aanbod van de aanwezigheid van laadpalen. Deze waren echter ons gehele verblijf bezet door niet EV’s. Reserveren is ook geen optie, dus je moet maar geluk hebben dat er überhaupt nog parkeerplek is. Service sowieso zeer benedenmaats. Twee keer gevraagd om een extra matras op de futon (kinderbed), omdat het bed veel te hard was. Een extra matras is nooit gekomen. Bij het uitchecken werd niet eens even de moeite genomen om te vragen of alles naar wens was geweest. Niet dus. Ook qua ligging zijn er vast betere opties in Parijs te vinden. Kleine kamer zonder kastruimte en de badkamer heeft een onhygiënisch douchegordijn.

• Jerome (10/5): A faire pour découvrir un hôtel top - Hôtel très agréable en pleine ville avec un calme reposant et aucun bruit dans la nuit malgré un week-end très agité. Parking très pratique, restaurant au top avec du fait maison excellant et un personnel accueillant et très gentil. Chambre spacieuse avec un petit balcon. Situation intéressante, nous avons découvert un quartier très sympa avec les puces proches, nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas pu tt faire donc week-end à reprogrammer avec le même hôtel. Un seul bémol l'annulation du concert de Mylène ...
• Sara (10/5): - Everything was great, the amenities are fantastic, spacious amazing designed rooms, cleaning staff was quite rude to us, we came to our room twice in the day to find our room half cleaned and when we were resting in our unfinished cleaned room they came in all upset and almost kicking us out.
• Matthew (4/5): - Hotel is very average. Check in was poor. Nothing was explained. Room was small and open plan. No privacy for a family of 3. There was parking but there were no signs for it. All round very average experience.
• Mandy (6/5): - Room very small for three people. Single bed was a mattress on top of a board, very uncomfortable . No storage. Outside noise very loud.. However staff very helpful and professional. Outside court yard very pleasant to have a drink on an hot Parisian night .

• Dingani (8/5): Good Hotel - It was good overall.The let down was had an event to go to and the whole hotel had no iron, what was strange was the fact that everyone of the staff members thought it was not normal not to have one. This is an eco hotel so no tvs in the rooms and you have to request house keeping. Hotel it’s self I can’t fault it. It’s the area that I had a problem with it’s amongst derelict buildings in a run down area. They are 2 stations nearby. Would I stay there again probably not
• Verified traveler (6/5): - I love how close this place is to the Paris flea market. Going inside the hotel through big gates makes you feel safe. Also the decor and art everywhere has a great vibe. The restaurant isn’t open certain months of the year for me August it was closed. Which is a shame because the terrace is beautiful and I would’ve spent more time there. The room design is open, unfortunately that makes the bathroom smell up the entire room. Also the pillows they provide are the worlds worst.
• Duncan (8/5): Great value alternative to more central hotels - Lovely place to stay, a little further from the centre but close to Garibaldi metro, so not such an issue. Room was small but adequate, and funky décor helped. Great service, good bar/restaurant and lots of other on-site facilities we didn’t have time to take advantage of. Only downside was that the mattress was a little worn, with slight-but-noticeable ‘hollows’ where people had slept. Not everyone will be bothered by this – but the mattresses need to be turned every few months.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Went during the train strikes which was a nightmare in itself. Couldn't find the hotel but a lovely gent who worked there found us on his way back and directed us. Rooms were lovely, decoration was great as well as size. Breakfast on the first morning was iffy as I was told my booking didn't include breakfast even though it did. Staff member was adamant I had to pay and wrote me out a receipt for it. Checked later at reception and my breakfast was included and not sure why I was nearly charged for it. The breakfast wasn't worth it really. Very very basic and not much variety at all. Wasn't told at check in about a security deposit so I was a bit shocked on my last day when €100 came off my card. If it had come off at the start of my holiday I would have understood. It has since been a week and I've still not recieved the refund for the security deposit, despite being told at check in it would only be off my card for three working days. Overall, I don't think I would stay here again. The area was a bit rough, the breakfast wasn't great and the staff were very hit and miss.

• Evandro (6/5): Not so good! - Stayed there for 3 nights with my family! Location is quite good, metro station is a short walk distance from the hotel. Restaurant is really good and no so pricy - kitchen closes at 10:30, though, too early in my opinion. When it comes to the room itself, it was disappointing, it was really tiny and they didn’t have a proper bed for my child (room for 3 people). Not sure if I’d recommend the hotel.
• Mark (4/5): Misleading on booking. Do not stay with children. - This hotel is lovely and stylish. We booked this for two adults and an 11 year old child. We arrived and there was an air bed cramped up next to the double bed. Checked my booking as if I had know it was an air bed I wouldn’t have booked it. Anyway, it was only for 3 nights so we thought nothing of it. Until in the middle of the night the air bed was flat (it wasn’t the thickest of air beds to start). Went down in the morning to tell reception and they said they would sort while we were out. Got back late went straight to bed and the same again. Went down again the next morning to the same guy and he said he would sort again. Got back again that evening and it was flat. Went down again they said someone would be up to sort. Waited 2 hours (we really needed to go sleep as we had an early flight the next morning). So I went down and said again. I guy came straight up and started blowing it up. I said no it’s got a puncture. He went away again and finally came back with a new air bed that stayed up. I would never use that hotel again with children. A real shame. Hotels.com should also say that this is a tiny room with an air bed and not put pictures up of a large room with a double bed and a single. Totally misleading.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - This property is a boutique hotel with interesting setup. It is a short walk to subway and 8 stations to city center. Friendly staff, basic amenities . No tv in my room but who needs a tv in Paris :)
• Angelina (10/5): - Great place, away from the city though. Rough area around it, I felt very unsafe walking there. Not good for solo travelers without cars. Very comfortable hotel.
• Laura (8/5): Nice and affordable! - This hotel's concept is nice. I enjoyed it! The rooms are small but fine for the price. The beds are comfortable and the room super clean and cozy. Rooms have a/c which is definitely a plus, specially during summer, other hotels with the same category don't have a/c. We have a bad experience during the check in with one of the recepcionist, he was very rude, but others were nice and friendly.

They had rope off areas where you could not go in and order food.Also the area near the Mob does not have good restaurants around there are plenty of street to go food, And at that is not that interesting if your a vegetarian. I’ve stayed her about 6 times thought it was interesting at first but it’s just ok.Specially food is also overpriced. Italy has more valve to visit and food is awesome and so so reasonable. But if your going to visit Fleamarket first time it is convenient walk there. I now have to think twice for this stay.
