• Renate (8/5): Prima Kurzurlaubsdominizil, nahe, fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum. - Das Frühstück war überraschend sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Bedienung mit ungefragten Angeboten. Zimmer auch sehr gut. Gefallen hat der Elektrokamin. Das Bad war sehr sauber, zeitgemäß mit angebotenen Pflegemitteln. Lage im EG mit eigener geschützter Terrasse - Prima. Zusatzangebot Tagesticket zur Therme - Außergewöhnlich. Gerne hätten wir im Zimmer einen Sessel mit hoher Lehne ( Schlummersessel ) Handtücher im Bad nicht zeitgemäß weiss unnd neuwertig. Steckdose am Bett fehlt zum Uhr und Handy laden.

• Julia (10/5): - Wirklich alles perfekt! Vor allem das Frühstück, das wir bis 11.30 Uhr einnehmen durften, war mega opulent und köstlich. Am Allertollsten fanden wir die Gastfreundlichkeit; Mitarbeiterin Anne ist der Hammer, super nett, lustig und zuvorkommend!

• jens (8/5): - Gutes Hotel für Alleinreisende! Sehr gutes Frühstück und super nettes Personal! Die Zimmer fallen für 2Personen zu klein aus ,das Bad war sehr beengt!!! Es gab auch nicht die Möglichkeit die nassen Sachen aus dem Besuch der Therme zu trocknen,obwohl der Thermenbesuch Bestandteil der Buchung ist !?🤷‍♂️

• Baerbel (9/5): Gerne wieder - Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Kontakt-Aufnahme vor der Anreise. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem. Viele durchdachte Extras wie Bademantel, Schirm, Schuhputz-Mittel, Pflaster, usw. Es gab ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl, dazu eine kleine Küche für Kaffee und Tee zwischendurch. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Wohnstrasse. Das Wetter........

• Sandy (7/5): Nettes Team aber nicht unser Hotel - Super freundliche Mädels , die Therme , Lage vom Hotel , parken frei , Frühstücks Service . Bademäntel und Handtücher vor Ort , Tee Station Es tut mir wirklich leid aber ich möchte ehrlich sein . Die Zimmer direkt im Landhaus sind super dunkel , das Badezimmer noch dunkler . Man muss immer Licht an schalten auch tagsüber . Vorhänge auf ging nicht da wir direkt am Eingang ein Zimmer hatten mit viel Publikums Verkehr ( obwohl ich vor sehr langer Zeit gebucht hatte und explizit nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gebeten hatte … ) Betten leider unbequem und einfach kein Platz zum bewegen in diesem engen Wohnraum . Wir sind wirklich viel Reisende aber so ein dunkles kleines Zimmer hatten wir noch nie .

Es gab viele Handtücher, einen Bademantel, den man mit in die Therme nehmen konnte. Eine Tasche dazu war auch vorhanden. Es gab Decken und Stuhlkissen für die Terrasse und auch ein Regenschirm - für alle Fälle. Ein Tresor war auch vorhanden. Es wurde an alles gedacht :-). Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichhaltig.

Saubere Unterkunft. Extra Fahrrad Schuppen. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Für meinen persönlichen Geschmack, und ich bin ein wenig verwöhnt von zu Hause, waren die Betten ein wenig zu weich

Bereits im Vorfeld wird man umfassend informiert durch ein Gästeportal über alles Wissenswerte in der Pension und in der Gegend, wurde sogar telefonisch im Vorfeld kontaktiert, um mich willkommen zu heißen und die Ankunftszeit zu bestätigen. Wirklich toller Service und man fühlt sich total willkommen! Die Pension ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, ich hatte ein tolles, gemütliches Zimmer mit eigener kleiner Terrasse, das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant ist sehr gut, Frühstücksbuffet wirklich, wirklich toll. 10/10 Sternen - ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen! ♥️

• Kaare (10/5): As good as it gets :) - Nice and quiet spot and the Ms. Anne was amazing she really made me feel comfortable. The room was super nicely decorated, clean, and had all the furnishings you could ever possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable I had two nights of wonderful sleep :) The parking is so convenient just a few steps to get to my room. From the hotel it is only a short walk to the hot springs through the lovely parks of Bad Bevensen and an even shorter walk to the Bad Bevensen pedestrian mall for cafes and whatnot :)

• Maciek (10/5): Niezapomniany romantyczny pobyt - Piękny obiekt o romantycznym klimacie. W pokoju liczne drobiazgi umilajace pobyt. Mozliwosc bezplatnego korzystania z malej kuchni, w ktorej byl ekspres do kawy, herbaty, lodowka. Sniadanie bardzo dobre. Szczególne podziękowania dla Anne za niesamowitą życzliwość i pozytywną energię. Mieliśmy przyjemność spotkać ją na recepcji i w restauracji serwującej pyszne jedzenie. Możliwość skorzystania z Term, bardzo uatrakcyjnił nasz pobyt.

• Adrian (9/5): Superb - All the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The Restaurant Vital has a good selection of dishes. The food is freshly cooked so you needed wait for it. The hotel is ten minutes walk from the station. It is right next to the Kurpark, which is large, well maintained, peaceful and a pleasure to wander around. I would have liked to spend longer in Bad Bevensen Booking.com didn't translate the messages into English as usually happens, however the staff members speak English. There is no air conditioning in the room, but after a day with 34C, the room was still cool in the evening. The reception is in Restaurant Vital, which was not a problem if you translate the arrival instructions

Im Service nicht aufdringlich, aber ständig präsent. Vom Shuttleservice bis zum Frühstück erlebten wir den perfekten Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Had to telephone the property 3 times before a person answered to find out code to obtain key which caused us some anxiety. Rather impersonal with no one there when we arrived.
