Nous avons passé toute la journée à l’extérieur et, en rentrant vers 18h, la chambre n’avait toujours pas été nettoyée. Nous avons dû appeler la réception puis attendre dans le couloir que le ménage soit enfin fait. C’est très regrettable et peu acceptable pour un établissement de ce standing

Very happy at here. There was a welcome drink and a cold towel. The room was beautiful. It's close to the beach. My room good view and very clean.The location for Patong was amazing, I expected it to be nosier with it been busy but didn't hear anything and our room was facing the road. The rooms were so clean and spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely as well, I can't find anything to complain about unless you are trying to! you will receive the best customer service.

• NoorjahanPatel (10/5): The most beautiful hotel with the perfect location - From the moment of entering the hotel the customer service was above and beyong. I went to my room and it felt like I was in a 5 star luxurious hotel as the room was wow ans the ambient was unreal. The staff were very helpful and Meaw from the house keeping team was so so lovely and kind. Also on reception Baimon was very very helpful. The location is so perfect as the beach is on the side and the famous Bangla Rd is within walking minutes and so many food/shopping places close by. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

No one understands English It’s a joke to be called themselves 4 star hotel We booked through Agoda and it mentioned kids stay free while using existing bedding still they charged 1000 baht even through kids slept with us. Very basic room Don’t waster your money here

• Karene (2/5): Je ne recommande pas - Beau cadre Le bungalow sentait les égouts et très humide, nous avons dû négocier pour changer de bungalow. Les draps étaient soit tachés soit troués. Le tour de nettoyage était fait tôt le matin si nous dormions la chambre n’était pas faite. Personnel gentil mais les responsables pas du tout. Pas du tout à la hauteur.

• KKS126 (6/5): Located in a bustling area - Good location in regards to access to restaurants and shops, however that means it is noisy until late at night, it is attached to a food market which was basically under our room. Large spacious room however bath and sink in the middle of room, toilet and shower cubicle separated by frosted glass. Also had a ridiculous amount of light switches and yet has 3 low level but bright lights that could not be switched off. Ended up covering these with pillows/towels to sleep.

Es verunmöglicht einen längeren gemütlichen Aufenthalt am Strand! Badewanne im Zimmer erschien uns etwas seltsam und sehr unnötig ! Kein Spiegel über dem Waschbecken ist bei Rasur etwas mühsam!

• Ronald (8/5): My stay was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience - My room was clean large and comfortable with all facilities I required. The housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and prepared my room lovely each day. Reception staff were friendly and obliging. Check-in and check-out were processed very quickly and seamless.

• Adventures Of Life (10/5): Sunsets and Location - Location was great to the beach and not far to walk to Bangla Rd. Our last night there we did the romantic roof top sunset dinner (5 course), and WOW, such a wonderful memory The terrible mouldy smell in our room. We asked for the room to be sprayed but that only lasted a couple of hours. Keep the aircon going 24/7. The reception staff were encountered on check-in were not friendly or welcoming

• duncan (10/5): - The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean I've given the review a 10 because it's fantastic for the money, and was a lovely room, however there were a couple of observations, 1. The hard floor was greasy, 'I suspect a poor additive to the mop water' 2. The WiFi was very poor, everything kept buffering. 3. I had my own roon but it had an adjoining door to the room next door and the sound insulation was awful, you could clearly hear everything next door.

• Ralf (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt, sehr Zentrums nah - In der Unterkunft gab es sehr schöne Zimmer Leider gab es keinen Balkon im Zimmer, sondern nur so einen kleinen Kasten mit einem runden Guckloch. Das hat mir nicht gefallen.
