- Clare (10/5): Excellent stay at a lovely house - The house exceeded our expectations. The coffee machine was a great bonus Nothing
- Nabin (10/5): - Locations are very convenient Hi team,
It looks like the kitchen floor hasn’t been cleaned properly for a while. I noticed a bit of mould near the fridge and quite a few spider webs floating around. Let’s make sure it gets a good clean soon.
Thanks.
- Eris (10/5): -
- Rabab (10/5): Absolutely amazing - Everything
- Chloe (8/5): Super cute stay - Lovely warm little cottage with plenty of information. Would definitely recommend Only issue was unable to get the property Netflix going which was a minor issue
- Katrina (9/5): A very comfy stay and really well located among heritage homes. - All the thoughtful touches. It was very well appointed and my friend loved the ease of working the TV. We enjoyed the shade in the backyard and outdoor settings for breakfast and coffee breaks. The neighbourhood is lovely for walks and close to Cook Park. The house was clean and decorated with a lot of character. The hosts sent regular reassuring messages and provided great info to plan the stay once we booked. The only reason I didn't rate facilities at the highest level is that my elderly friend couldn't use the shower or bath for the three day stay as it just didn't feel safe enough for her to get into the shower bath. I'm glad she didn't take the risk as even I (I'm 20 years younger) felt I needed to take a bit of care. Apart from this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

- Anne (10/5): Really enjoyable stay! - Beautifully appointed, clean and convenient location.
- Leigh (5/5): - The house was lovely and beautiful and very cosy. Very close to the town Centre. Lovely and warm. The only problem was the bathroom. The bath looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was still hair on the floor, the toilet seat hadn't been cleaned and the tooth brush holder was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. For me this was very disappointing.
There was also an open carton of milk that hadn't been taken out from the fridgefrom when ever the last person stayed.
- James (10/5): -

Loved the extras in the kitchen, biscuits, lollies etc even though I did not eat them it was a nice touch, especially after arriving from a long trip. 100% would stay again and planning to book for next year. Nit picking here, beds are on the harder side but still comfortable and huge!

- Hans (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, cosy, great beds, amazing shower en very roomy! Private garden and place to park your car on property. Can recommend it enough! Very friendly and responsive host.
- Lorraine (9/5): Superb - The house was well appointed with everything you need to feel at home. The additional touches of chocolates and biscuits and a few stable things in the pantry were much appreciated. Style and decor of the home was modern and cosy, loved the period features of the home. The only one tiny thing I noticed was that the bathroom (bathtub) was a little grimy and the doona cover in the larger room was a bit yellow stained at the top section from wear and tear.. (may need to look into changing this) but all other sheets were clean and very good quality.

- Augustina (9/5): Owners are fantastic! The cottage is tidy, the beds are incredibly cozy and the rooms as advertised - It was pretty easy. The host's description of where to find the key was easy to decipher. The bathtub should have been neater; otherwise, the cottage is lovely, and the host is the nicest.
- Jennifer (9/5): The Sampson has very comfortable beds, it is well-appointed with great tea coffee and snacks, and a convenient location. - Terrific location for our golf trip Only downside is the single bathroom with toilet in the bathroom.

- Suzanne (9/5): Cosy peace in one of Orange's wide suburban streets - A charming, well-equipped little house in a wide, quiet street. Unfortunately, our week in Orange was one of the coldest and wettest of the year, so we spent more time than usual inside. The central heating worked beautifully and kept us very snug and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the little extras left by the owners (the chocolate bar pick-me-ups were some solace for the weather!). The bathroom has a shower over the bath, with slightly tricky access due to the shower screen and no handrail. I think it would be a struggle for those with mobility issues. The two bedrooms are both a good size and we liked the firm beds. The living area inside is very small, so I'm not sure how two couples or a family of four would find it during winter, but it was perfect for a couple. In milder weather, the large outdoor area behind the house would be very pleasant. It was a great location if you enjoy walking - into town (15 minutes), or to Cook or Moulder Park (10 minutes or so). Plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants within walking distance too. Easy parking under the carport. We would definitely stay here again. The winter quilts were too heavy for us but only one room had an alternative, lighter-weight quilt. So we had to use some of the smaller blankets which were not very clean. I suspect they'd been used outside and not shaken out or washed since.
- Natilie (10/5): Beautiful, charming cottage, very close to everything and really hospitable owners. - Had everything you need when away from
Home. Really appreciated the little treats, biscuits, chocolate.
Beautiful linens and towels.
Fully stocked kitchen, with all cooking utensils, felt like we were at home. Beds were very hard.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marnilar (9/5): Superb -
- Theresa (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (8/5): Very good - Rex was very helpful and accommodating. The house was warm and had a friendly feel to it. Loved the funky bathroom light switch. Loved the heating and Rex had turned it on before we arrived. The shower/bath combo was awkward and felt unsafe. The wall power socket in one of the bedrooms didn't work and felt like the wall was pulling out when I removed the charger. A powerboard/charging port as in the kitchen would have been nice in the bedrooms. The beds were average.
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Well presented and warm feeling Nothing. Was great
- Wu (9/5): Pleasant trip and we did enjoy - It was so convenient to find the coffee shop for our breakfast, which was so delicious. Nothing much
- Brooke (9/5): Superb - Great comfortable beds, lovely soft large towels, heated floors and a lovely atmosphere. Nothing.
- Christine (9/5): Really appreciated the under cover carport with these frosty mornings. Loved the option of covered outdoor sitting looki - Excellent location. Grateful for central heating and bathroom floor heating. Everything was just truly wonderful.
- Kellie (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (9/5): Lovely house in a great location with really helpful hosts - Lovely, spacious house in a great location - on a very quiet street but still easy to walk to local cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. Really comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and a nice table in the garden to eat outside at. Excellent hosts who provided really useful local information and great communication. Check-in was very easy too. I would stay here again if back in Orange.
- Wei (8/5): Very good -
