• Balaji (10/5): Value for money. I am staying here for the 5th time. - Clean & well maintained There was no room for staying for the driver. Even denied access to use wash area for the driver.

• Rajesh (1/5): Hair in food in breakfast - Nothing Worst staff behavior, renovation going on in the property and there was no mention about it online. No air conditioning in corridor and lobby, corridor covered with dust from construction material. Power backup not switched on immediately once power cut happens we had climb down 2 stairs for breakfast, the breakfast hall was like oven with no ventilation fans or air conditioning. Adding to this we found hair in food, the waitress just asked us from where did we get it and then no further reply. She came back from the kitchen and stood there as if nothing happened. We had to leave without breakfast although the chef called our room to apologize. Request for extra pillows met with complete rudeness and the mattress is so bad that when you sit you feel like touching the cot base. Overall worst stay wouldn’t recommend anyone.

• Rajangam (4/5): Won’t recommend - Only thing I liked is closeness to railway station Very poorly maintained. Poor lighting in reception and even in room. In fact one of us fractured our leg fingers because we couldn’t clearly the wooden plank for keeping luggage when we checked in.

In the Room Near cupboard one Black colour platform is there it is very dangerous if it hit our leg 😰 For Drivers the Room facility is not good In their bath room water is not draining drivers facing more difficult. • MUTHUMANI (9/5): GOOD STAY WITH ANNAMALAIYAR - The overall ambience is good . The staff are polite. Good parking area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness is to be taken care of. The reception counter and backdrop are found damaged. Few renovations at the lobby area will lift the feel of warmness.

• Divya (6/5): Terrible service - This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. When we checked out, the reception folks were acting as if everything was normal( my father in law is an AC HVAC engineer). Anyways terrible stay and is not worth the price.
