She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — warm, professional, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Her hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. Thanks to Terre and the amazing team, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. 受付カウンターでは領収書は後でメールで送ると言っておきながら、その後メールを送って来ません。
その後Booking.com経由でも、ホテルのメールアドレスにもメールしましたが全て無視。
フロントで電話をかけたところ、口頭でメールアドレスを聞かれたのちに後で送るよと言ったもののやはり送られてこず。
領収書の発行は事業者の義務であり、それを無視するのは法令違反です。
結局領収書はもらえませんでした。

- avman67 (6/5): Worn out Kimpton with technology headaches - I was at this hotel as a distressed passenger from ATL. I had volunteered to get off an overbooked flight so this was one of the options to choose from Delta. I have had previous experiences at other Kimptons and really enjoyed them. But this one, well it's just not up to the level of other Kimptons I've stayed at.
Check in took nearly 40 minutes and I was the only one there. Apparently there is some very strange system with distressed passengers and it required the desk clerk to call someone else for help, to have to use two different systems, to adjust things repeatedly, and even then when I tried to check out the clerk then said it wasn't even listed that I was in the room and he wondered if I was checking out early. The evening desk clerk was lovely but frustrated at the technology limitations placed on her. So I'm going to have to blame Kimpton for making this so overly difficult and not training their staff on how to jump through all the hoops.
The room was ok, but definitely worn. There was mildew at the bottom of the shower. The carpet had worn spots. Furniture all scuffed. But the bed was comfortable. The room was mostly quiet. I used a white noise machine to drown out the noise from the hallway. I didn't try the restaurant as I just felt the need to order a pizza after my long day.
The hotel has potential but seems to be lacking in investment and upkeep by their management.

conditions substandard - The guest services, wait staff, and bartenders provided exceptional customer! The rooftop deck was amazing! Our room had a broken side mirror, and the shower faucet appeared to have been glued in place. The glue was yellowed and old, and the fixture was still loose, which made the shower look poorly maintained. At $375 per night, this is not the standard a luxury top‑floor room should reflect.
I recommend that management meet directly with the maintenance team to ensure they have clear guidance on properly repairing items in guest rooms. In addition, housekeeping should receive training on how to identify and report these issues. A standardized checklist—available in multiple languages if needed—could help ensure these details are consistently reviewed and addressed.
Implementing these steps would support higher customer satisfaction and reduce negative feedback. I’m providing this information so the company can make the necessary improvements to deliver the level of luxury and comfort guests expect.

After returning 30-40 minutes later, we were told we had to wait for a manager to come help room service sort the problem out. The front desk were very unhelpful and even checked other guest into rooms into front of us.

They didn't have a room ready when we arrived at 8.30 pm. The next morning they asked us to pay for breakfast and I had to point out that breakfast was included in the rate we had paid. - annamariec694 (10/5): Enjoyed out stay! - My husband and I recently stayed at the Kimpton Overland. We were assisted by Terri, who had such a warm demeanor and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that the check-in procedure was as efficient as possible. Terri’s exceptional customer service made us feel as though we were receiving “Diamond” status. We are truly grateful for her assistance during our visit.
- Alicia (5/5): Great location but issues with comfort, service, safety and cleanliness. - Location, the views and that it was newer. The outdoor lounge is really nice but you can’t serve people well or many of them with the furniture layout you currently have. There wasn’t enough staff there either. So we had to go eat somewhere else when we wanted to eat in your lounge. There wasn’t much of a menu either. A housekeeping towel was left in our room. The toilet wasn’t secured in place. It would tip forward every time it was sat on. The bathroom layout is one we never want to see again. It is so dysfunctional and lacked the privacy we needed. I can imagine it’s not easy for older or disabled cause I had a hard time finding places to put my things. Using the hair dryer wasn’t easy. It was such a small room, everything was tight. The TV didn’t work. It got hot in the middle of the night which woke me up. So cruel to a middle-aged woman going through change. I don’t usually speak out on these things but when I do, it’s bad. The sprinklers were on at 8am blocking both paths to the parking lot, we and our lounge got wet. Not smart. Why can’t you stock 4 sets of towels in a room where 4 people will be staying? I don’t want to beg for a set of towels per person. I shouldn’t have to do that. It didn’t seem like the staff wants to use their brains proactively or corporate is telling them not to so they save money.

I stayed here several times and every time I left I knew I wanted to be back. The staff is excellent, the restaurant has great food and service and the front desk has the best memory !! Months after my stay they remembered me. The gym is well equipped and spacious. The Kimpton bike is always a classic!! Thank you for the great experience!!

- C8649ATstephaniek (6/5): Great Staff but Hotel is a Dump - I am a big fan of Kimpton Hotels and have stayed in them across the US. I am currently in the Overland in Atlanta near the airport. The staff gets a 5 out of 5. From the front desk to the Apron bar staff, they were friendly, gracious, and ready to help. The room, however, would be a 1 out of 5. The carpet is well past its prime, the tile floor is sticky, the sink is cracked and the drain stopper is missing. The robes I look forward to are missing from the closet, and the toilet is loose and keeps running unless you jiggle the handle. I cannot recommend this Kimpton to anyone and am sorry I have another night here. If I had to sum it up, I would say there is significant differed maintenance. Bummer.

- 478samrah (10/5): Kimpton Overland Atlanta Airport Hotel - My name is Samra Hadden and I met some of the nicest people who worked at the Kimpton Overland Atlanta Airport hotel. Andrew Smith was the front desk manager and he was awesome. He took care of all my requests and made sure I had a wonderful trip. He goes the extra mile for his customers. I would recommend him anytime for his position as he is very good at it and talking with people. Terri at the front desk and Taylor , who works in the restaurant we're also impressive people. Taylor went out of her way to make sure that my friends and I got everything we needed and then some on several of the days we ate breakfast there. Terri went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed in my room and also called me back to let me know my pizza had not shown up yet downstairs. There was another man that worked at the front desk who is very caring and friendly but I don't recall his name unfortunately. I will be back to this hotel because everyone there just went out of their way to make sure my friends and I had everything we needed.

- Titilayo (3/5): Would not recommend - Bed was comfortable and location is convenient. Room service never answered, so we went down and ordered breakfast. Food was packed to go and oddly deconstructed with each ingredient boxed separately, and they didn’t include plates. The food was also not seasoned and the sausage appeared microwaved and overcooked. There also isn’t much counter space in the bathroom and the shower door was difficult to get into.

- latashab848 (10/5): Exquisite - My husband and I stayed at the Kimpton Overland for a Wounded Warrior Project event. At check in, I was greeted and provided my keys. Once we got settled upstairs, I spoke with Makayla to verify what was included with my stay. She verified my accommodations and provided me a list of restaurants I could take the shuttle to and from. Throughout our stay Makayla ensured any issues were addressed and resolved. She texted us to check on us throughout our stay and reminded us to let her know if there was anything we needed. Angel was our waitress for breakfast and made my husband's ice coffee to perfection. Whoever was in the kitchen on Saturday morning made the best shrimp and grits we have ever had. Taylor was our waitress for Sunday and she ensured we were satisfied with our meal even though she was the only waitress for breakfast. Makayla is an asset to the guest service team. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

My only complaint is that we always go when the rooftop is closed! The restaurant, Apron, is a bit expensive but prepares delicious food and has a great selection of beverage options as well. The complimentary wine evening paired with the view of the Porsche Center is also a MUST.

Comfortable room. Slept very well before early morning flight. Restaurant food was average and expensive but there are options nearby we didn’t try.
Airport transfer wasn’t too easy. We didn’t know how to get the hotel airport free shuttle on arrival at the airport and were ripped off by a taxi driver, who charged us $30 dollars for a ten minute ride.

I travel constantly for work and have never been met with such warm hospitality and professionalism. Makayla is not only one of the kindest hotel workers but also the most knowledgeable and communicative front desk associates I have ever met coming from a recurring guest of the kimpton.

It all started with a warm and caring welcome from Makayla. After a long trip from California to Atlanta, check in with Makayla was smooth and quick. Makayla & Atwione greeted me with a smile when I arrived. The location, the cleanliness & the parking, coupled with the staff, make this the place to stay when you have an early flight.
- tallyh067 (8/5): Meh - Hmmm...the hotel has seen better days. The room was ok, but as people mentioned, seems a bit worn. Our room was missing an expresso maker (we knew this due to the expresso pods present), had no soap for you to wash your hands in the sink, had a broken window shade and showed just a general mediocre cleaning.
The reception was also lukewarm but the wine hour was great and the guy pouring was kind and efficient. Apron, the restaurant, was also phenomenal. Our server was amazing and so efficient and the food was delicious.
Again, the hotel needs some help with the service and the cleaning.

- TexasCanadian (6/5): Convenient Location but Poor Dining Options - I stayed at this hotel during a trip to the Porsche Experience Center, which is beside the hotel. It was a convenient location and you could watch the track activity from the 8th floor lounge, as well as from the suite that I had booked.
I found the staff at the front desk to be very courteous and the check in and check out process was efficient.
The room was acceptable but I did not like that the bathroom was open to the master bedroom. I prefer to have a separate closed room for the bathroom for more privacy. There was poor storage for your travel items without any shelf, cabinet or counter top to place your items.
The bed was a bit hard for my liking but was of good quality. The pillows were all feather and I had to use 3 pillows to get enough support.
I would not recommend eating at the Apron restaurant. We went for dinner the night we arrived and I requested an arugula salad, but asked to change the blue cheese to goat cheese. They had goat cheese on another salad on the menu. The waitress checked with the kitchen and then told me they could not make the cheese substitution. I asked to speak with the manager and the Sous Chef came to speak with me. He explained that changing the cheese would change the flavor of the dish they designed and that he would not do so. I told him I did not like blue cheese and that I was the person who would be eating the salad. He refused, so we left the restaurant and ate at another restaurant in Hapeville about 5 minutes away. If you are looking for a nice restaurant to try instead of the Apron, I suggest checking out the Volare Wine & Bistro. It was amazing.
I found this to lack customer service and had not experienced such a position in this type of restaurant. This was not a Michelin restaurant with a set menu.
The breakfast was good each morning and the waitress was very courteous and efficient each day for 4 days.
If I returned to Atlanta I would search for a different hotel. The convenient location of the Kimpton Overland Hotel did not make up for the limitations of the area and the lack of options for dining inside the hotel.

The bathroom sink space was cramped but the staff were really lovely! They were so friendly and on it -- from the front desk to the restaurant to room service!

They are friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. Whether it’s a special request or just offering great local recommendations, they truly make you feel welcome and taken care of.
The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and well-located, but it’s the people who make the real difference. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort with a personal touch. Can’t wait for my next stay!

- Stephen (2/5): - Well for starters, the room is very small, the pillows in my room had a must smell to them and were never replaced. There rooftop lounge had a party that you could hear in my room and I was two floors below. Housekeeping took forever. The toilet paper holder was broken in my room. The TV would not change channels. It was just an unsatisfactory situation.especially since I could not get any sleep Saturday evening due to the rooftop party loud music.

Our room was bumping and so loud that we couldn't fall asleep and we were up half the night. When we called the front desk they had no rooms available to switch us too and no options other than canceling our reservation and letting us find somewhere else to go on Saturday night at 10pm on Labor Day weekend.

It is 11:55pm right now and I am writing this review while lying in the bed at this hotel hearing a blasting loud music. The music is NOT from other guest's bedroom, but it is from hotel's own ROOFTOP BAR!! The front desk person told me there is a live event going on (scheduled to be lasted until 2am) and he already got the several complain calls from other guests. BUT there is NOTHING that the management can do about it. I was told that the hotel is fully booked so switching rooms is not possible.
What kind of management allow this kind of stupid live music event to last till 2AM at the hotel's own rooftop bar where there are other guests trying to rest and sleep. They don't even try to address the complains from the actual hotel guests!! They don't even try to ask the band to keep it down.
