In this room I found 3 cockroaches and the air conditioner once again barely work. The drain in the basin had a terrible smell,I used 2 bottles of Domestos during my stay

I do not blame the staff because their were nice and using what the provided. I cannot recommend this hotel. Please give your customers good quality toilet paper

- Thando (1/5): Very bad. Never recommending that place to ANYONE!!! - NOTHING!!!!! Firstly the air cons were not working and I was told this on arrival. Secondly the bed sheets had stain marks brown maps all around the blanket had smells it was hard to sleep smelling those blankets. Number 3 the was no hot water in the shower 🚿 you can’t give people luke warm water in these cold mornings. I was not even given wifi connection I used my own pocket router to be connected.

I showed my reservation and tge front desk kept telling me to cancel even though I kept showing him that that wasn’t possible without me loosing my payment completely. He only called his superior after I was kicking and screaming (this was at 11pm)
