Room and toilet are very clean and comfortable. No one at concierge upon arrival, waited for quite sometime. Perhaps the hotel is under staff?

• siokjin (6/5): Hot location with cozy bed - The good: location of this hotel is a blessing and also a curse. It is right at the entrance of jonker, which means traffic is also bad and parking space is lacking, however the hotel provides parking to their guests albeit it is 5 minutes walk away, good security as the lobby door is locked at night, checking in is a breeze and the room is clean, bed is surprisingly comfortable The bad: no breakfast facilities, quite dead on a weekday night, deposit of rm100 required upon check in, the sound insulation is quite bad and whatever happens next to my room can be heard Overall, I think it is a good place to sleep and to walk around jonker. But other than that, it is a little troublesome due to inconvenient parking space and lack of some hospitality facilities. Friendliness is there.

• Siaw (9/5): A beautiful stay in the hotel, pampered with lots of good food from cafes and restaurants - The hotel is located at the end of Jonker St. Accessibility by walking to many good cafes, restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself does not have any cafe or restaurant.

• David (9/5): Location and cleaning staff/service are amazing. - The location where the hotel is, it’s amazing and the bed and pillows were incredible comfortable. The cleaning staff/service was amazing, because they even fold the clothes and put the luggage in a better way. Nothing to mention.
• Kevin (8/5): Great Location - Wonderful location and spacious room. Value for money too. Room wasn't vacuum. Cleaniness could b improved. Toilet did not have enough space for our toilettres - should install a shelf in there. Dressing table did not have any light - not ideal for putting on makeup.
• Choo (9/5): Everything is so convenient and easy to move around . - Everything is smooth from check in to out . Rooms are spacious . Jonker street is just ownstairs . All good cafes within walking distance . Nothing but need to take note that it will be a bit noisy when the night market is in operation . Personally I did not feel much of it because by 11 pm noise will simmer down .

• Cheryl (8/5): - Location! Perfect location for a long weekend exploring historic Melaka. Easily walkable to all points of interest. Right in the heart of Jonker!
• Felicia (9/5): Amazing, all thanks to the location! - Location was good, as it is at the end/ start of Jonker. There is a really yummy popiah shop around the corner, which was a bonus. Parking was not convenient, but at least there's free parking that is somewhat secure. The hotel can also hold your luggages for you before check in/ after check out. The rooms are spacious and clean, will actually consider staying at The Blanc again when I go back to Malacca. The walls are quite thin, I was woken up by the noises outside from other rooms/ constructions. I wish parking was closer as we had quite a bit of baggage, but that is minor. Cleanliness could be better (washrooms), but it's not the the worse.

• Road37710361393 (8/5): Nice hotel and good location - The location is excellent, situated right next to Jonker Walk Street, The room itself was impressively spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel pays great attention to detail. The toiletries were very well-stocked, with everything from shampoo and shower gel to toothbrushes and razors readily available, showing thoughtful consideration for the guests' needs. However, there was a significant drawback: the soundproofing. The walls seemed quite thin, and I could easily hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. This lack of privacy and the disturbance from neighbouring guests was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

• Elaine (6/5): Melaka Getaway - Hotel located at the start of Jonker walk, it is very convenient. The deluxe king room size is ok for 2 person. My friends got the standard twin room, no window and it is much smaller than my room. Basic room amenities are provided, but can request for additional items like room slippers or extra towels. It is value for money too. There is a damp smell as we enter the hotel lobby, which the hotel can do better like using a scented diffuser for example. Cleanliness in the toilet can be improved as well. Also, bathroom can get quite wet as there's no door to the shower cubicle.

Just need to walk out and destination is right there on the spot Is abit outdated, management should really consider on refurbishing especially the smell stain very strong the moment we enter the lobby and rooms

If the order for 3 or more than where those cleansing tool , tower , slipper , water, shampoo , shower gel to be ready by the headcount to prepare on the room instead of asking for the order

• Cheong Meng, Melvyn (10/5): - This property though not new and as pristine as before is still my go to first choice in Melaka Old Town. There’s secured parking with remote key control parking nearby. Loads of F&B options next door or nearby. Come Fri -Sun … their famous night market awaits you! Prob need two 2 days to thoroughly enjoy everything. Price is good and service staff very good. Shout out to pretty Boss Lady Agnes who is very hands on !

• Farah (10/5): Fantastic! - The location, there's private parking - a bit far but at least there's parking. We arrived around 11pm and luckily there's empty car park by the road. I love the room lighting, the friendly staff. The location is perfect as its at the end of jonker street. So we can avoid going into the street by car Nothing. Maybe can have bicycle for rent at the hotel.
• Ching Szuen (8/5): - Very good location for Jonker Walk. Has convenient parking for hotel guests. Reception didn't inform that water heater has to be switched on 15 minutes before showering. That was a big disappointment with 3 generations in multiple rooms showering in cold water. Staff could do with some training and being more friendly with guests.

• Kenny (10/5): - The Blanc without questions has th;e ideal location to explore the old Malacca and the Jonker Walk food bazaar night experience. Room was a decent size for a boutique style hotel. Amenities were adequate however no in-house restaurant which is not something you would suffer or complain because the restaurants immediately around the building are among the best and most authentic foods from Malacca. Staff was courteous and a special shoutout to Ika the receptionist. She was polite, friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience and would return again.

The staff quickly answered via google messsaging and housekeeping checked although the room was already occupied. I am most appreciative of the effort. Thank you There was no cupboards in the room and no hot water for showers but on the whole it was okay.

And the hotel will reserved parking for their customers. Walking distance to all the famous places. Staffs are friendly , its clean , have heater and quite maintained the whole place quite nicely . A few cracked painting inside my room wall . And slightly noisy at night if stay during the weekend because of the night market at jonker street.
