- rina (10/5): Idyllic view . Wonderful Stay. - The view from La Posta is amazing. An absolutely beautiful setting. The furnishings are traditional. The breakfast is a delight overlooking a gorgeous mountain with a hilltop town. A small area cannot call it a town, with several very good restaurants about 100 meters at the end of the driveway which also leads to thermal springs. Cannot fault anything about our stay. Perfect in all ways.

Die Portionen des Abendmenüs (65 €) waren recht klein, einfache Eispeisen zum Frühstück sollten inklusive sein, kosten aber extra und dann sehr teuer.

The location is unique, just few steps from the Bagno Vignoni historical pool. The restaurants in the village are also very good. It is a traditional style hotel that blends in the surroundings perfectly and provides great thermal pools and a internal SPA. They provide very nice slippers, bathrobe, totes and swimming pool cap. The breakfast offered many options, all of great quality and the dinner is high quality. Each person in the staff (also in the SPA) speaks very good english. such an amazing hotel and staff deserves better pillows. Please please please upgrade the pillows or simply change them OR make sure there is a choice available for them...

- Iris (9/5): Traumaufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln - Das gepflegte Ambiente - der Spa Bereich den man morgens fast für sich alleine hatte - die wunderschöne Aussicht- großartiger Blick vom Zimmer - leckeres Frühstück- organisierter großzügiger Aperitif im grünen Salon am Freitag, die liebevolle Dekoration - die Bar mit guten Cocktails in schöner Atmosphäre - das überwiegend hoch professionelle, herzliche und sehr engagierte Personal mit allerdings 2 deutlichen Ausnahmen. Die Halbpension hat uns kulinarisch nicht überzeugen können - würde ich nicht wieder wählen. Unschön fanden wir, dass als wir nach einer Weinempfehlung fragten, direkt einen Wein für 220 Euro vom Oberkellner angeboten bekamen. Wir wählten dann eine Alternative für 82 Euro. Die war in Ordnung.

We spent a ton of time sround the pool, just look at the view and feel the water, it's wonderful! We wish the room can be a bit bigger, there was a desk, but with all the fruit and water hotel gave us, there was no space to put a laptop.

Отдельно есть халаты тапочки и шапки для термального бассейна. Вода в бассейне просто восторг от горячей до прохладной. Есть отдельно бассейн с прохладной водой. Бассейны как на открытом воздухе, так и в помещении. Прекрасный спа центр и массажи. Ресторан заслуживает отдельной похвалы. Завтраки прекрасные, качество продуктов на высоте. Ужины - шедевр! Обслуживание на космическом уровне. Внимание и забота окружают тебя постоянно. Есть небольшой городок рядом, можно прогуляться. Но, если честно, из отеля выходить не хочется совсем.

Eccellenza in Ogni Aspetto: Le sistemazioni sono un vero rifugio di pace. Le stanze sono elegantemente arredate, spaziose, impeccabilmente pulite e dotate di ogni comfort moderno. Il letto era straordinariamente comodo e l'ambiente invitava al puro relax. Dalla colazione offerta nella sala colazioni fino ai servizi impeccabili della Spa e della piscina termale,ogni area dell'hotel è curata con dedizione per garantire il massimo benessere all'ospite. Il Vero Punto di Forza: Il Personale Il vero elemento che distingue il La Posta Thermal Spa è l'intero team. Ho viaggiato molto e posso affermare con sicurezza che la gentilezza e la professionalità dimostrate dal personale sono di un livello che ho riscontrato in pochissime altre strutture di lusso. Fin dall'accoglienza, con il sorriso sincero e la rapidità del check-in, si percepisce un'atmosfera di autentica premura. Qualunque sia stata la mia richiesta il personale ha agito con una disponibilità immediata, una discrezione impeccabile e una cortesia squisita. È la capacità di anticipare i bisogni dell'ospite, di chiamarti per nome e di gestire ogni interazione con grazia e competenza, che rende il soggiorno memorabile. Non si tratta di servizio standard, ma di un'attenzione personalizzata che ti fa sentire non solo benvenuto, ma genuinamente apprezzato. Consiglio vivamente il La Posta Thermal Spa a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno in cui l'ambiente magnifico è eguagliato, se non superato, dalla qualità umana e professionale del suo staff. - bruno (9/5): Ottimo - La piscina costituisce uno dei punti di forza della struttura, così come il ristorante, con una cucina e servizio perfettamente all'altezza di soddisfare ogni richiesta e aspettativa. La parte dedicata al benessere (bagno turco, sauna, relax) è ben attrezzata, pulita e completa, anche se non grandissima, ma certamente adeguata all'hotel e al numero degli ospiti incontrati durante l'uso. La SPA è ben organizzata e attrezzata, con lettiini molto comodi e trattamenti estetici sono di alto livello, con utilizzo di prodotti di qualità. Il personale è, in generale, addestrato a un livello molto alto e in modo uniforme, con qualche piccola eccezione, che però si nota esclusivamente in alcuni dettagli di livello individuale ed è quindi comprensibile. In generale, tutti sono estremamente disponibili e gentilissimi. La camera che mi è stata assegnata, pur in apparenza non nuovissima (ma intonaco e pittura erano perfetti), era tuttavia di qualità eccellente e la pulizia perfetta, così come molto apprezzabile l'accoglienza con frutta, acqua e pasticcini sul tavolo in camera. L'unica cosa che mi è sembrata leggermente fuori tono rispetto al contesto generale è stata la forse eccessiva enfasi data alla vendita dei prodotti cosmetici nella SPA, che peraltro sono ottimi (li ho comprati e ne sono soddisfatto).

- Chiara (9/5): Un angolo di bellezza e di benessere - Struttura molto affascinante con molti comfort e una zona termale davvero bella. Sono rimasta molto colpita dagli arredi delle zone comuni e dalla presenza di composizioni di fiori freschi in tantissimi posti. La sala colazioni pasti permette una vista incantevole. La colazione era ottima e aggiungo una menzione speciale per il personale, tutti estremamente gentile e disponibili, grazie per il lavoro che fate! Sono rimasta solo leggermente delusa dall’ingresso esterno, che non è, secondo me, all’altezza di quello che si trova dentro e nella parte del giardino (bellissimo) e delle piscine termali. Ovviamente la mia idea generale è che è stato bellissimo soggiornare in questo hotel!

La cena non era all'altezza della struttura, ma il maitre è stato molto gentile e ci è venuto incontro. Il termo in bagno funzionava solo in determinati orari prestabiliti, per cui in certi orari in bagno era molto freddo.

- GAVRIEL (10/5): - מלון מעולה ויפה בעיצוב מיוחד ועם ספא ברמות הכי גבות שאפשר לדמיין. במלון יש בריכות כיפיות של מיים תרמיים. יש חניה בחינם ליד המלון. מפנקים כל הזמן. מלון יקר אבל מפנק ונותן תמורה למחיר. ממליץ להתפנק במלון הזה שתי לילות.

What makes all of this even more special is attention to detail and how truly caring every staff member is! A truly exceptional experience. No complaints.
- Gaetano (7/5): NON tutto perfetto - L'hotel è sicuramente eccellente ,pulito,ben organizzato ed ha uno staff perfetto che ama coccolare il cliente Le camere hanno un arredamento classico ma molto curato in ogni dettaglio I bagni sono comodi e con tutte le amenities possibili Pulizia delle camere eccellente Colazione perfetta,elegante, con ottimo servizio e grande varietà di scelta Avevamo prenotato una camera DELUXE di 27 mq e non ho affatto gradito che le finestre affacciassero davanti ad un altro muro della struttura ,da una finestra avevamo un muro davanti ,dall'altra finestra avevamo un muro con altre finestre quindi ,una volta in camera ,al di la della completa mancanza di qualsiasi vista,non si poteva neanche stare con le tende aperte perchè dalle finestre delle altre camere si poteva guardare nella nostra. Assoluta mancanza di privacy .... e meno male che avevamo prenotato una Deluxe,non ho idea quale sarebbe stato l'affaccio delle finestre di una camera standard! A differenza della volta scorsa,ho trovato le piscine leggermente più trascurate ,meno pulite del solito ,ma questo potrebbe anche essere un caso

- Ida (1/5): - This experience was deeply disappointing, especially for a property advertised and priced as a 5-star hotel. My husband and I had chosen this hotel just two days after our wedding, hoping for a peaceful and special stay. Upon arrival, however, we immediately realized that the hotel did not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment. The room was extremely small, dark. The general atmosphere of the hotel felt gloomy rather than refined, and the facilities and design were not aligned with what one would expect from a property of this level or price. When we expressed our disappointment and asked to cancel the stay on the very first night, there was no manager or decision-maker available, only a staff member who could not authorize any action. We immediately contacted Booking.com, who also could not provide an immediate solution. We were advised to leave the hotel, which we did, in the middle of the night, and had to urgently find another accommodation at significant additional cost. Over the following days, I spent hours in communication between Booking.com and the hotel, trying to resolve the matter, but was met with disconnected and inconsistent responses. I find it unacceptable that a hotel claiming to be five-star fails to ensure that its management or staff can handle basic customer issues, and that there was no willingness to address an obvious customer dissatisfaction on the very first day. The lack of empathy and professionalism demonstrated by both the hotel and, unfortunately, the intermediary platform, was very disappointing. I’m sharing this review not out of anger, but to warn other travelers who, like us, expect a genuine five-star experience, both in terms of quality and service.

- Oleg (10/5): Супер красивое место и доброжелательный персонал - Супер отдых для души и тела. Ненавязчивый запах старины в номерах, стоит обновить хамам, в нем также стоит неприятный запах. Невозможность записаться на массажи, все расписано на несколько дней вперед, стоит наверно увеличит штат мастеров.

The staff was absolutely amazing letting us check in slightly earlier and providing a lot of thoughtful details to our room, like snacks and water bowl for dog and a bottle of sparkling wine. We felt very well taken care of. Not even mentioning a gorgeous spa!!! 15/10 Nothing

- Teresita (10/5): - This is the 4th time we stayed in this hotel . I love the fact that it’s like a retreat hotel . You are there to relax and soak yourself to the natural hot spring . The restaurant have fabulous healthy breakfast and dinner . I love Val D’Orcia . It’s a relaxing town with beautiful scenery and same time so close to Montalcino and the surrounding well known and one of the best Brunello makers . Not forget to mention the underrated but very nice town , San Querico . Also love the neighbor Pienza . Biking is a good experience in this area . Get a guide to cover those beautiful areas around Val D Orcia
