• Diane (10/5): Great location, fine accommodation, terrific staff. Can’t go wrong in a visit to this hotel. - This place has a great location in the center of historic area. The staff are very helpful and kind. The breakfast has many options for variety and offers fresh fruits and pastries, meats, cheeses. The rooms have nice space and comfortable beds. Definitely an excellent choice as a place to stay. Nothing comes to mind. All good.

Per professionalità , gentilezza dello staff, qualità della colazione e, molto importante, l'accoglienza con un sorriso come tra vecchie conoscenze. Un luogo dove tornare ancora, perché è una "tana" molto confortevole Forse qualche stanza avrà bisogno di un "ripasso" di alcuni dettagli in futuro, ma al momento è tutto di buon livello.

The best part was the helpful friendly staff who did all they could to help throughout. Recently renovated property provides great breakfast. Some people might be put off by the access in such an old part of the town.

Ho chiesto un phon più potente per il bagno e me ne hanno comprato uno nuovo! La colazione è buona in una saletta che si affaccia su una graziosa stradina. Ho parcheggiato al Parcheggio Misericordia che è a 5 minuti a piedi. A parte il Phon a parete nel bagno, direi niente!

Our room was directly behind the Baptistery with a pleasant street view, and it was a short walk to a number of sights, restaurants, and shops. Lorenzo is a kind and friendly host, and we enjoyed talking to him. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of sweet and savory selections. Grazie mille, Lorenzo, hope to see you again! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Die Aussicht war sehr schön und trotz der zentralen Lage hatten wir ein ruhiges Zimmer. Der kleine Platz vor dem Hotel hat alles geboten was man in einer Stadt so braucht. Restaurant, Geschäfte, Museen und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten waren leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir konnten hier zwei schöne Tage genießen und werden wiederkommen.

Camera molto pulita, ampia e curata nei minimi dettagli con visuale sulla Piazza della Sala. Nota molto positiva, la camera è insonorizzata benissimo e, nonostante il sabato sera ci fosse molto casino e molta gente nella piazza, con la finestra chiusa non si sentiva nulla. Colazione ricca di alternative sia dolci che salate e personale di sala molto cordiale. Ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative e lo consiglierei vivamente.

• Anne (9/5): A regular choice hotel - This is a regular choice for me and it never disappoints. From the location, look, comfort and facilities (eg. coffee making in room) and friendly staff. The choices for breakfast are plentiful. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat dinner at the restaurant as there was no availability. Apart from that, I have no complaints and that is why I continue to return!

• Dieter (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück - Das nette Personal, die kaum zu überbietende Lage hinter dem Battisterio und das tolle Ambiente machen dieses kleine Hotel absolut liebenswert. Dazu das Frühstück: Brot, Wurst, Schinken und Käsesorten wurden vom Personal frisch abgeschnitten, sowas haben wir noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt! Die verschiedenen Säfte waren auch von sehr guter Qualität. Da fällt mir nichts ein.
