- Anette (6/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr zentral und nicht zu teuer Es wird ein bisschen heruntergekommen sehr einfach eingerichtet. Leider sind noch nicht mal irgendwelche Haken zum Handtuch aufhängen im Bad.

- Tanja (1/5): Katastrophe !!!!! - Absolut nichts, die Bilder sehen besser aus wie vor Ort. Es wird nicht gezeigt wie dreckig es ist und nach Kneipe/Rauch riecht. Mit Kindern absolute Zumutung. Wir wollten das Geld zurück weil wir noch nie in einer so schlechten Unterkunft gelandet sind. Der Mann meinte, booking anschreiben heute kam die Ablehnung. Schrecklich absolute verarsche. Es war so dreckig das wir nicht mal die Straßenschuhe ausgezogen haben. Und nach 2 min weg waren. Ich bin Allergikerin der Staub gab mir nicht eine Minute Ruhe mit dem Niesen aufzuhören. Never ever !!!!

- Lyszkiewicz (1/5): Absoluter Fiebertraum - Nichts. Einfach nichts hat mir gefallen Wer die Vorhänge nutzen will muss handwerkliches Geschick mitbringen, hängende Griffe am Schrank. Wackelnde Betten, 70er Jahre Kühlschranlsummen und hellhörige Wände. Strenger Geruch im Treppenhaus und Fahrstuhl erst ab dem 1. Stock nutzbar.

- Zaza (5/5): - It is located in the centre of Dortmund, close to the shopping street and a lot of dining facilities close by. Ideal if you want to enjoy the nightlife, but maybe a bit busy if you wanna have a quite stay. A few things are not well maintained which gives an unclean impression. The curtain bar was too short, so the curtains are slipping off the bar. The cutrains also didn’t fully cover the window, so the room was bright in the morning and their wasn't a lot of privacy. The door handle is loose and even fell off at some point. The shower exhaust was very dusty and the shower curtains are discoloured at the bottom. The place misses a few essentials, there was only one glass, and having some bowls would have been useful. With a few fixes and some attention to detail, the place could be much more comfortable.

- Abdul-Basit (5/5): Netter Gastgeber mit grossen Wohnungen. Beim Putzen und austatung etwas zu wünsche übrig gelassen - Der Gastgeber ist zuvorkommend. Unterkunft ist im Stadtzentrum. Die Unterkunft ist gross und eine gute auswahl wenn man mit Kollegen unterwegs ist. Die Austattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Die Dusche war auf einer seite offen und nach dem duschen war der ganze boden nass im badezimmer. Es wurden sehr kleine tücher mitgegeben. Ordentlich geputzt wurde nicht in den Ecken und hinter/unter den Möbel (Bett, Komode, Schrank etc).

- Matthias (2/5): Katastrofale Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer von Big Apartments - Big Apartments verweigert die Ausstellung einer Rechnung fuer den Aufenthalt. Trotzt markierter Geschaeftsreise wird keine Rechnung ausgestellt. Es kam zwischendurch eine Rechnung auf voellig falschen Namen, und trotz einer 4-fachen (!) Bitte, eines Anrufs und einer SMS, um es zu korrigieren, kommt keine Antwort. Keine Empfaehlung also fuer die Geschaeftsreisen. Mir bleibt nun die Eskallierung, um an die Rechnung zu kommen.

- Christian (3/5): - Der Hausflur hat nach Urin gerochen. Beim Betreten der Wohnung kamen uns Schaben entgegen. Der gesamte Türrahmen war voller Mini Schaben. Die Toilette ist ewig nicht mehr sauber gemacht worden. Die Möbel sehen aus wie vom Sperrmüll.

- Marlon (2/5): Günstig aber Schlecht - Die Lage ist Top! Die Unterkunft war leider enttäuschend. Die Wände waren verschmutzt, einige Schränke beschädigt oder ohne Türen, und auch der Boden wirkte stark abgenutzt – insgesamt sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Schlüsselübergabe war nur in einem sehr kurzen Zeitfenster am Nachmittag möglich, was absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Zusätzlich war der Vermieter am Telefon unfreundlich und wenig kooperativ, sodass es ein unnötig kompliziertes Hin und Her wegen der Schlüssel gab. Leider keine gute Erfahrung.

- Rene (10/5): Großes zentrales Apartment mit einem super Preis - Einfache, freundliche Kommunikation und einfacher Checkin da die Schlüssel im Restaurant abholbar bereit liegen. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral und fussläufig vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Die Größe der Wohnung ist sehr gut und bietet viel Platz, Insgesant ein guter Eindruck und dazu ein sehr guter Preis.

Zauważyłam kilka prusaków, brudno, nie posprzątane dokładnie,na żyrandolu czyjaś bielizna.Bruda zasłona prysznicowa. Smród w pokoju i na klatce schodowej.Jakaś kobieta weszła ze swoimin kluczami bez pukania i bez pozwolenia do pokoju sprawdzić ile jest osób. Pozatym głośna dzielnica sami obcokrajowcy ,całą noc głośna muzyka. Dużo interwencji policji,widocznie nie jest bezpiecznie w nocy .

It was also very noisy and the elevator had to be accessed on the basement level and the smell there was pretty bad.

- Rawaa (1/5): How can you stay in a place full of poop. Literally poop! - Nothing to be liked in this place. It was a last minute reservation so I didn't have the chance to read the reviews. After booking, I read the reviews and they were very bad I tried to cancel the reservation but they didn't accept to refund me the money although it was just 15 mins after I booked. They said they will put the key in a store next to the building of the apartment. The building was very dirty, there was smell of piss and poop everywhere. We didn't even dare to enter the room as there was big pile of poop waiting for us at the door of the apartment. Luckily we found another clean hotel to book in. I can't imagine how the room would be. But the other reviews can tell you.

There was no cooker in the apartment, despite the fact that there is one in room's description and in the pictures. Contacted the host via messages, it was impossible to reach him over the phone, after two days he responded that the cooker is in the room (but it was not). Despite the lack of the cooker, a frying pan and boiling pot were there. The only 'kitchen' item is approx. 8-10 years old microwave. No cleaning sponge or dish soap. The room has a really bad smell. The owner does not respond to phone calls.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Das Zimmer ist schlicht gestaltet, aber man fühlt sich wohl. Direkt in der innenstand dennoch total ruhig. Alles in allem finde ich die Unterkunft Klasse. Netter Vermieter.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor communication / shabby apartment - Lack of communication. Shabby apartment that does not correspond to the pictures. The shower was broken and the kitchen had no light. Obviously nobody check these things before of handing the apartment to the next customer.
