- Dominique (3/5): Schlecht, wir kommen nicht wieder! - Nur die Lage! Wir waren 2019 schon einmal in diesem Hotel, damals waren wir sehr zufrieden, daher haben wir das Hotel wieder gebucht. Das Hotel ist nun leider heruntergekommen, die Möbel alt, unser Zimmer war nicht sauber, sondern sehr schmutzig. Es gab an meinem Bett keine Steckdose. Das Zimmer hatte kein richtiges Licht, im Badezimmer fehlten Ablagen für Kosmetik. Das Frühstück war leider auch nur eine 3 von 10... Ehrlich gesagt, erschreckend, wie schlecht alles war... Schade! Wir kommen daher nicht nocheinmal!

- Ali (8/5): Mich haben die Negativen sachen nicht so gestört in großen in ganzen war alles ok aber ich denke das Hotel wird von eine - Die Lage ist Perfekt, Hotelanlage ist sehr gut, Parkplätze sind kostenlos verfügbar Tagsüber ist kein Problem ein Platz zu kriegen am Abend unmöglich aber Parkhaus ist 10 meter entfernt. Die Zimmer sind auch schön in Ordnung werden auch super geputzt. Zu viel Personal was einfach nichts tut im im Lobby rum sitzt das ist ein allgemeines Problem in Alacati die haben eindeutig zuviel Personal, am Pool entlang könnten die sich vileicht einwenig zeit nehmen um die Fliesen zu putzen, Das bar ist an sich steht mit leeren Flaschen rum es wird dort kaum genutzt und geputz sehr schlechter Zustand.

Die Putzfrau hat in den gesamten 10 Tagen weder die Toilette gereinigt noch die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Es wurde kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und auch keine frischen Handtücher gebracht. Der Zustand des Hotels ist allgemein renovierungsbedürftig, doch seit Jahren wurde offensichtlich nichts modernisiert. Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass der Besitzer für dieses Hotel so viel Geld verlangt, ohne in Sauberkeit oder Erneuerung zu investieren.

Banyodan gelen koku tüm odayı körü kokutuyordu camı açtığında ise inanılmaz çöp kokusu geliyordu. ( otelin sorumluluğu olmasada iyleştirmek için çaba vermeli) banyo eski ve bakımsızdı. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi .

- Pgokgur (5/5): Hotel was fine and staff did what they could but nightclub next door is a real issue for them - The location was great Be aware there is a night club right next door which is very loud until around 2am in the morning, and the language barrier made things difficult as I didn't speak Turkish and none of the staff appeared to have very much English so all communication was Google translate or messages on Booking.com and rooms aren't cleaned daily unless requested.

- Siew (5/5): Loud and noisy pub near hotel - We didn't know that there was a fresh market that blocked/occupied all the parking lot in front of the hotel and ended up parking our car at a paid parking lot (100TL) which is a street away. The pub/restaurant next door was loud and we couldn't sleep well.

Poor sound proofing of the room - the noise from the clubs next door goes on till 2am. Towels were clean but very old and some had stains. Toiletries provided were few and very basic. Manager not very helpful.

Das Design Hotel hat von sich aus Zimmerwechsel vorgeschlagen wo wir 2 Zimmer mit Verbindungstür hatten was wir eigentlich buchen wollten Fehler unserseits und mussten kein Aufpreis bezahlen!

If you plan to do nightlife, it's the hotel where to stay: right next to a disco and in the room it's like being there! If you look for quiet and go to sleep before midnight, it's not the hotel for you.

Next to it there is a discotheque and the music is so loud that it seems to have the disco in the room. Therefore I think the hotel is only suitable for people who like nightlife and don't go to sleep before 1am

I usually ignore and give good rating to everyone but this time was not the one - location only hot Water issue with shower flow very slow, floor is not cleaned and constant smell of toilets in the apartment . lack basic facilities like ironing,vacuum,toiletries. Staff is nice but hard to communicate. Language problem is the biggest issue so far, no one speaks English. very disappointing.

- Kv (1/5): Bad - Nothing! The hotel did not mention there are two very loud clubs on both sides of the hotel and in the room feels like you’re inside the club! Also you can hear loud visitors of the club in the street through the window once the club is closed and police had to remove them many times till morning with very loud police car noise! Did not sleep at all!!! Did not stay there our second night however the hotel did not refund our payment for the unused night!

Çalışanların hepsi çok ilgili özelikle Recep Bey, her şeyimizle tek tek ilgilendi. Her şeyden önce, kendimizi güvende hissettik bu bizim için en önemlisiydi. Eğer yine Alaçatı’ya gelirsek mutlaka yine Alaçatı The Design Hoteli tercih edeceğiz.

I didn't know where to park initially so I parked a few blocks away, they drove me back to my car and guided me to the parking lot which was next door to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location and the staff was genuinely friendly. Anything we needed they either had or would get for us. The hotel was safe and there was always staff around 24/7. Spacious rooms and a great pool area to cool off in. Breakfast is included and it was a delicious traditional Turkish breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
- Ayça (10/5): Nice Hotel in a nice location - stayed with my friend for 1 day for new year celebration. The hotel is very nice. Room is newly decorated and there is enough space... Bathroom is nice and very clean. Everything is working. The room is hot. We don't feel the cold. Breakfast is good. They even let us leave the room at 2pm also the breakfast is untill 2 pm. Since the next day is 1st of january and we went to sleep preety late. This was very nice. Thank you. Also the location is perfect walking distance to havas transfer stop.
