- Stefanie (10/5): Lovely place to stay in Naxos - - beautiful room
- excellent service
- great holiday resort
- delicious food (breakfast and dinner!) - if you are sensitive please bring a sleeping mask as there is a motion sensor in the room
- Karen (10/5): Wonderful hotel with amazing staff. - I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were both very friendly and highly efficient. The room was lovely and well-equipped. The pool is fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful.
- Duane (10/5): -
- PIERRE-YVES (10/5): Excellent séjour ! - Personnel aux petits soins, très aimable, serviable, accueillant. Chambre exceptionnelle, calme, excellente literie. Superbe petit déjeuner. Les attentions.
- packedandready2go (10/5): Excellent boutique hotel. - This is an excellent boutique hotel. The rooms are nice, the pool is nice, the restaurant is very good, the breakfasts are great. The waitstaff are particularly friendly. We hope to return next year.
- Herst (10/5): See above.. - Clean, comfortable, friendly with a great staff & delicious foods. Departing..
- Philippe (10/5): Just Waouwwww - Nice place to stat. Nice team always there to help with a big smile. Good food. Nothing
- ppspdx (10/5): Wonderful Naxos hospitality - We stayed here during the shoulder season. It rained 3 days just prior to our arrival. The weather for us was amazing: sunny, warm days, and cool evenings/nights. This small, simplistically sophisticated hotel was wonderful. We were warmly greeted by the owners who definitely take pride in their business. The rooms were very spacious and decorated in neutral, relaxing decor. Our patio had breathtaking sea views. There were plenty of poolside loungers and daybeds; not a single guest “saving” chairs all day with their stuff which was quite refreshing. The only negative for me was the on site gym. It was very small and a bit crowded with equipment. I think I was the only one who ever used it during our stay. iVery short (3-5 min) walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants, cafes, taverns, a grocery store, gym, and laundry mat. The breakfast at the hotel was really good with fresh fruit and huge portions. Christina was cheery and warm, and really took good care of us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again
- Rocco (10/5): - The staff and service was excellent. Room and property was very good. Great location with easy access to restaurants, etc.
- David (10/5): -
- donnafQ8024ZP (10/5): Incredible! - Eighteen Grapes is incredible. The food is delicious especially for a hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but not in a fake way. The rooms are large and inviting; housekeeping very responsive. It’s a short walk to town. I really can’t say enough about this hotel.

- DC_CoPi (8/5): Beautiful Stay at 18 Grapes - 18 Grapes is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. The daily breakfasts were great as well. While we had a great stay, I will suggest that the rooms were slightly overpriced. We had a room with our own hot tub outside, which was lovely, but again, not sure it was worth the price. The website makes the property look slightly larger and suggests sea views throughout - at just the right angle, you can see water, but not from the pool area. The location was outside of Naxos Town, a plus, and a short walk to multiple beaches and several restaurants. I have nothing bad to stay about the hotel or Naxos - the Greek Islands are amazing, but I was still left with the feeling that the price point was a little high, particularly compared to other similar places we stayed on other islands.
- Daniel (10/5): - Nicely kept property and a great staff!
- hodderspring (8/5): Rooftop dinner with wind - Amazing view a rooftop restaurant but very windy during the month of September Lovely staff with great suggestions. Meal portions are very generous, lovely restaurant but a bit expensive.
- Anastasia (10/5): Very comfortable and relaxing - Amazing hotel in a great location, super friendly staff that made our stay as comfortable as possible, spacious rooms even with the baby cot, large and comfortable beds and a good sized private heated pool. Towels for both the pool and the beach were provided and free coffee capsules and tea bags in the room as well as water. Breakfast had a variety of tasty dishes to choose from. A bottle of wine with a cheese platter compliments of the hotel on arrival and a bottle when checking out were really appreciated! Room service was top and the Tanines restaurant worth a visit at sunset. We woke up once at 1am because of inconsiderate neighbours in the room next to ours (not the hotel's fault), but meaning the soundproofing is not the best.
- AVGERINOS (9/5): - Πολύ ωραίο Ξενοδοχείο με όλες τις βασικές παροχές που αναμένεις από ένα 5* Ξενοδοχείο
- Karl (9/5): - Top petit déjeuner, très bon emplacement, belles chambres.
- DANIEL (7/5): Overall a good hotel - Good pool area, nice room No buffet breakfast only a la carte which was exacerbated by slow service, some rooms too close to the road
- Lila Eleni (10/5): - A true 5 star experience..
- Lindsey (10/5): BOOK HERE NOW! - We spent seven nights here on our honeymoon and it was the most incredible hotel we've stayed at. Everything was incredible! The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Any service you could think of was available. The laundry bag was such a bonus, where you could get a big bag of your laundry done for 30 Euros. The food was nothing short of incredible and the sunset bar had amazing views. The pool was never crowded and always relaxing and it's such a short walk to some of the most stunning beaches! We had a separate entrance to our room and a private hot tub where we could control the temperature. The staff knew it was our honeymoon and gave us a complimentary little cake and sweet note upon arrival! Everyone went above and beyond for the best hotel experience. We can't recommend it enough!!

- meredithh1 (10/5): LOVED 18 grapes - 18 Grapes is a boutique modern, clean , hotel with a beautiful pool , excellent food (breakfast especially with fab Latte every morning) We had 2 connecting room in middle of hotel . The service is excellent and the staff puts in 100 percent especially the bar and restaurant staff . It is a 10 min walk to village with coffee shops some tavernas and main busier beach. KEEP in mind, it is a boutique hotel and not on the beach as in many Naxos hotels. But 15 min ride to NAXOS town for restaurants you must check out (AVATON, Doukato etc..) and 5-10 min ride to other beach clubs . We enjoyed Nomad ( beach beautiful ). Be sure to venture off to other beach, Cooking and olive press tour.
- Catherine (10/5): - LOVED this hotel! Great location near the beaches/beach clubs and easy 10-15 min drive into the port town area again. Would love to go back to Naxos and stay at this property again!
- Sharyn (10/5): Amazing - Excellent hotel. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem.
The room was large and comfortable.
Pool area was beautiful.
Location short walk to town and beach.
Car park on site.
Lovely room top bar and restaurant. Good was exceptional.
Would highly recommend 18Grapes hotel. Nothing
- Jena (10/5): Very nice staff, especially the owner. Accommodations were lovely, the gifted wine was a nice touch. - Owner was wonderful, room and property were beautiful I feel like the restaurant recommendations may have been driven by a kick back, one restaurant in particular had terrible service and food.
- Pamela (10/5): Very nice five star hotel in great location. - Location was great. Five minute walk to Agios Prokopios beach! Staff was excellent and the style and decor of the hotel could not be better. There was no place to gang towels right by the shower which made it so you had to walk soaking wet to get one upon coming out of the shower.
- hannahandcurtism (10/5): Best hotel breakfast ever! Comfortable, luxurious stay - Beautiful hotel and sparkling clean room! All the staff from the receptionists, housekeeping, and breakfast crew were outstanding. The hotel manager also greeted us every morning to check in and make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Best hotel breakfast we have ever had! Highly recommend the Naxian Eggs Benedict and the Açai Bowl.
We booked the Comfort Room with private pool, and it was perfect for our honeymoon. Crisp linens, plush towels for the pool and beach, and Nuxe toiletries made our stay very comfortable.
Excellent communication with the concierge through WhatsApp, and they were able to arrange a car rental and our ferry port transfers for us. The hotel also offered free transfers to Gorgona (owned by the hotel owner’s father), and 10% off our meal - food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Highly recommend the 18 Grapes Hotel for couples or families.
- stevesA3059QT (4/5): marketing and pics are overdone and not an accurate reflection of this property - Sorry to be a contrarian as the reviews look good until now, but we just got back from visiting this property and were incredibly disappointing as their marketing and pics and website totally misrepresents who they are and what they do.
The pics make it look like it is right at the beach and that they have every possible amenity. In truth, they are a good 10-15 min walk to the beach where they don't have any amenities as most of the other hotels are on the beach, and have locked up the entire beach with rows of private chairs and service for their guests and will rent the back chairs to outsiders like 18 grapes guests only if available. (we were 5 rows back on beach).
The views from hotel and restaurant are either non existent or our room (which was one of the highest end rooms) looked over a parking lot where there were broken down old cars with the ocean way off in the distance.
The work out room is an old tiny musty closet size room with no windows and the "spa" is also nearby in a basement and is very tiny and not the least bit luxurious.
They got our orders wrong at breakfast, the steam in our shower would take an hour to fill up so we didn't use it, and the hot tub on our deck looked old and unappealing.
They talk about a vineyard on their site but this is a good mile ++ away and is a seperate vineyard owned by the owners Dad and is not part of 18 Grapes or has anything to do with it
I usually write positive reviews but for this hotel we feel we overpaid and were incredibly disappointed in the whole experience. If they were honest on their website and with their marketing we definitely would not have booked and we definitely do not recommend this place to others. Buyer beware,
- Johanne (10/5): - Amazing atmosphere and location. Just perfect for the beaches. Everything is close by,I miss it already!
Thank you!
- SARRA (7/5): hotel stars and price did not meet at all the expectations - amazing breakfast with local products .
friendly personnel
well temperature in the room without air condiitoning
walking distance to agios prokopios beach near buisy street location , absence of nice view , absence of surrounding isolation .
small lobbies , small lounge , ressembles more rooms to let than hotel .
impossible to find a place to relax outside the room , because common use spaces very small , and the room terrace had view on a parking lot .
- GBP95 (10/5): 18 Grapes Fabulosity!!! - Beautiful spotlessly clean hotel, super friendly staff, an amazing choice for a vacation in Firostefani. The breakfasts were fantastic & the sunset bar a fabulous way to spend an evening. Just a short walk to Firostefani beach. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
- F5428MIbillm (10/5): This is a great hotel in a good location with roof top restaurant with creative food and wines grown by the owner. Servi - This is a great hotel in a good location with an easy short walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel has a restaurant with good creative food. Good service, clean and comfortable rooms and great pool. Breakfast was wonderful.
- Daniel (10/5): - Amazing Botique hotel. Top notch service , free breakfast to die for. Best Açaí bowl I’ve ever had. Favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at
- Meera (10/5): - Personalized service. Excellent hotel! We had great time.
- William (8/5): Comfortable, friendly staff - Staff Nothing
- ahnat2017 (10/5): Intimate & luxurious Naxos vacation - Our stay at 18 Grapes was extremely special. The hotel is intimate, beautiful, extremely well maintained, and private. Many times we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Everything is done with an exacting eye to detail to make your stay luxurious and tailored to your needs. Concierge was very well educated and everything we could possibly need was able to be booked or procured through them.
We had our best meals in our whole Greece trip from here. The food was out of this world delicious!! Then the service… I want to make sure to call out Christine, Giannis (John in English), and Lukas for their kindness, dedication to excellence, and friendliness. They made the stay that much more special and a true treat. Every request was met with a smile and true desire to help. If you are at all questioning whether to book your vacation here, just do it!! You won’t be disappointed.
- Passenger54668830282 (10/5): Lovely experience - Lovely little boutique hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely comfortable bed. Very clean. Can walk easily to the beach. Good food too.
- Andres (7/5): Good breakfast but over priced didn’t feel 5 stars - Clean, good location, 2 pools, great breakfast Overpriced for the quality and amenities you get. It’s a great area with great beach nearby for kids, but hotels closer to beach seemed just as nice and much cheaper, maybe just missing the breakfast which I don’t think make this worth it
- Pamela (9/5): Very nice but a little overpriced. - Agios Prokopios is the best beach and this hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s a little overpriced I would say. Staff is very good, pool is terrific. Breakfast is also very good. I think they sort of guard their towels somewhat which is very annoying. Other than that, very nice hotel, if somewhat overpriced. See above
- Katy (10/5): Beautiful place to spend four days - Rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was incredible. The staff are amazing and kind. Nothing
- marciaw891 (10/5): Great Hotel Choice! - This is a wonderful hotel. Everything from the beautiful accommodations to the incredibly helpful staff made our time on Naxos a beautiful experience for us. Each staff member was more than happy to go above and beyond to make sure that our stay was everything that we expected it to be. It’s in a great location.- a short walk away from the beach. If you’re coming to Naxos this hotel should be at the top of your list.
- A7185SRjudyl (10/5): 18 Grapes- a terrific boutique hotel on Naxos - My family booked 4 rooms at 18 Grapes on Naxos. We were there for 3 nights during a 2 week vacation in Greece. By far, it was the nicest hotel experience we had. The service was excellent, the rooms were great, and all of the staff were exceptional. We had dinner at their vineyard, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. When we asked if we could have a little later check-out in at least one of the rooms, they offered two rooms! It is a classy boutique hotel that is in a great location. If planning a trip to Naxos definitely stay at 18 Grapes!
- Lauren (9/5): Naxian paradise - Very comfy. Kindest staff ever! Particularly Giorge and Enisa. Very relaxed and 5 min walk to the beach and nice cafes. 10 mins to town. Nice gym. Perfect!
- Robert (6/5): Not 5 star - The whole vibe of the hotel is very vanilla. The views are unappealing scenery and in the distance the beach. It was not we expected for a 5star at this price point. The breakfast and servers were good, worked hard , but very hard to understand them so we didn’t get our eggs cooked as asked. They are affiliated with a beach club down the road, but won’t take you, and make you pay for your chairs, but give you a 10% discount. You have to walk into town on the street to get to the beach and there you can rent chairs. We were glad it was only for 2 nights. The highlight was the family restaurant in town on left side past grocery store.
- omar (10/5): - Outstanding property and staff. We loved our stay at 18 Grapes. It was our first trip with our young son. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were treated like family. Loved the room. The pool. The rooftop bar for a sunset drink. Breakfast was outstanding. Small hotel felt more like a luxe resort. We will definitely be returning .thank you 18 grapes
- 338enisam (10/5): Where Luxury Meets Hospitality - I was absolutely delighted with my stay! The hotel is stunning, with elegant design and a breathtaking view. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and carefully designed down to the last detail. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything you might need. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious — perfect for relaxing. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it! 💙
- mbF2124ZU (8/5): Quaint nice hotel! - We had great service from everyone. The hotel is close to a little town with good restaurants and a nice beach. The room was very comfortable and our room had a nice balcony and a hot tub. Each day we had a delicious breakfast that came with bread basket and sweets with a sampling of honeys and spreads.
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (10/5): - The hotel was beautiful and it was in the perfect location. The owners have a restaurant as well, and they provide free transportation, which was a great experience!
- dblack2 (10/5): Incredible hotel and staff - Amazing boutique hotel within walking distance of great beaches and a very short drive to town. The hotel is immaculate. The staff are incredible. The food at the restaurant was unbelievably good. If you are going to Naxos, you have to stay at 18 Grapes!
- seafood777 (10/5): True boutique hotel - Absolutely wonderful!!!
They have thought of everything . We stayed in room7, no stairs and it was very roomy and had an outdoor hot tub. The pool is super nice and is lined with chairs and umbrellas. They have a well stocked bar poolside and are quick to provide your drinks. Breakfast in the morning is just the best. Everything is made to order and you must try the scrambled eggs with salmon. I would come back here in a heartbeat to enjoy it all over again. Thank you 18 grapes for everything you have done for us.
- Alan (10/5): - The nicest hotel with the best hospitality and food on the island by far! I can’t say enough about our stay there. We had a room with a private pool and all of the amazing amenities they had to offer.
- Steven (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful hotel and amazing staff who works hard to ensure you have the best stay possible.
- jenpX9549CU (10/5): Simply, the best! - From the moment we arrived at 18 Grapes, we knew we had found something special. This upscale boutique hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and a warm, at-home feel. The rooms are stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. It's clear that every detail has been thoughtfully curated for comfort and style.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They made everything easy, from recommendations to helping us book activities, always with a genuine smile.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the wine tour at the 18 Grapes vineyard with Demetri. Hands down, this was the most authentic and enriching wine experience we’ve ever had. Demetri’s passion and knowledge made it unforgettable—we learned so much while enjoying incredible wines in a breathtaking setting.
Hats off to this warm, hospitable family for creating such a memorable escape. 18 Grapes is a true gem, and we can’t wait to return!
- Charles (6/5): All Style, No Substance - Hotel is definitely not a 5 star and disappointing given the price point. It suffers heavily from style-over-substance and although the promotional photos look well staged the actual delivery is poor. The first 24hrs of our stay we had to readjust our expectations down significantly.
If you are expecting a fine dining, relaxing venue in the style of Clos de Roses or Le Manoir this hotel is absolutely not it.
Dinner on the first night was shockingly poor, we sent back a carbonara (too salty and chewy) and "fresh tuna pasta" which was rubbery. The staff then added the €70 onto the bill, refused to take this off, and we ended up being taken aside by the general manager who claimed we didn't want to pay for anything (we did, only the acceptable plates) before finally admitting the "fresh tuna" was actually 3 days old. A really bad start to our experience and we didn't dine in for the rest of our stay.
Other significant issues:
Dining area inside is awkwardly behind reception and next to a chaotic service area.
Breakfast is extremely slow and staff make a point of delivering an unnecessary number of small pots of jam/honey, seemingly for social media. From day 2 the fresh OJ silently became watered down concentrate.
Hotel is on a main road opposite a construction site so expect loud traffic.
View from the Sunset Bar is masked by very close powerlines and the above-mentioned construction.
A 4hr tour to the associated vineyard is €130 each.
A very overpriced and mediocre stay.
- Andre (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay on Naxos. The hotel is located near the Prokopios beach. The hotel has a nice big pool. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great restaurant. We dined there three times. All dishes that we tried were delicious. The breakfast selection is great as well.
- Giles (10/5): - The warmest, friendliest team we’ve come across. The attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction from the staff is second to none. Lovely decor, nice location within easy 5 min stroll of beach. Boutique vibes massively ticked. Brilliant stay!
- I6408LKkims (10/5): Unforgettable Stay in Naxos!! - 18 Grapes is a truly special place! If we’re fortunate enough to visit Naxos again, we’d stay here without hesitation. The entire staff went above and beyond to make the entire family feel welcome, creating an unforgettable experience. The cocktails and food were absolutely exquisite, the spa treatments were top notch, and the property and accommodations felt like a breath of fresh air. With a great location and exceptional service, 18 Grapes is a gem we can’t recommend highly enough!
- stephlC246GM (10/5): Absolutely breathtaking! Perfect! - Absolutely wonderful!!!!!
Greeted like royalty upon arrival.
Welcome drink of sangria by the beautiful pool while we waited for our room to get ready.
Rooms were immaculate, spacious and decorated beautifully. We had our own private pool which I highly recommend, heated and with two loungers.
Breakfast was included and delicious each day. Service, always excellent!
Rooftop bar/ pool, stunning.
We did the farm to table experience with the owners father and the manager of the hotel, and it was the absolute highlight of our entire trip to Greece! Thank you! 🙏🏻
Location is the only issue, so I’d recommend renting a car. You can walk to restaurants and the beach, but you are walking on a busy narrow road that can be dangerous.
The island is full of very welcoming people. I highly recommend staying here! We didn’t want to leave.
- Joanna (10/5): 18 Grapes was a true affordable luxury experience and one we will remember and recommend to others - Our experience at 18 Grapes was outstanding. The staff was lovely and helpful and warm. The location of the hotel to the beach and local restaurants and shops was perfect. The faciliaties were comfortable and beautiful with many thoughtful touches in the rooms and around the grounds. The hotel is very tasteful, quiet and relaxing. We would 100% return and recommend to our friends.
- Philafann1 (10/5): Hospitality at its best - Prepare to be spoiled by the hospitality, the attention, and the service at 18 Grapes. We had let the staff know it was our anniversary. They upgraded us to a beautiful, large, comfortable, and spacious room with a hot tub on the patio and a beautiful view. The hotel is right near the water and has a very pretty pool. The room had anything and everything you might need.
Breakfast was included and very tasty. They had a restaurant for lunch and dinner but we did not eat there. The real star of this hotel, besides the incredible room, is the hospitality and service provided by the entire staff. They helped us to rent a car, they had lots of suggestions for us and were incredibly helpful. We were presented with a very nice wine from their vineyard on our departure. We loved our time in Naxos and the 18 Grapes resort was a big part of that.
- Pathfinder306836 (10/5): Truly special -
This hotel is a beautiful example of understated luxury and Naxos warmth and hospitality.
Great location: easy 5 min walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and a little village with small stores and some restaurants along the way to the beach.
Hotel itself: tastefully decorated in understated luxury with spacious, well-appointed rooms . Modern touches thoughtfully available to make the stay more seamless . We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and also had a fantastic dinner at the hotel one night. It was too cold to swim so we made good use of the room's hot tub.
The setting and ambiance are more than enough to have made it a fabulous stay, but the most memorable part was the staff. A very big thank you to Tonia, Anna, George, Maria , Louka and Ioannis for immersing us in Naxion warmth and hospitality. It is a family run hotel , and we left feeling that we had been staying at guest house but with all the perks of a 5 star hotel.
Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it unreservedly. Thank you!
- cheryldH3860TK (2/5): Disappointing cancel penalty. - We had plans to travel from US to Greece May 2025. While this hotel is in Naxos we had a portion of our trip scheduled in Santorini. With the unpredictability of the earthquakes we had decided to cancel this trip and reschedule for another time. The 18 grapes hotel would not cancel without penalty due to being inside the 60 day window. Very disappointing due to the unforeseen circumstances.
- michaeljR6364UB (10/5): Very Very Nice Hotel - This is a truly wonderful hotel. The staff were very attentive and every detail was in place. The food was also excellent. This hotel is family owned and run. We ate at a great sea-side restaurant that belonged to the owner's father who drove us back and forth. We had a very relaxing time here and cannot wait to go back.
- juliej608 (10/5): Outstanding - We highly recommend staying here. Everyone was so nice. Felt like family. Our room was beautiful and the included breakfast was outstanding! Loved the cat Sylvester too! Its in a great location. We rented ATVs and explored the island for 2 days.
- Rachel (10/5): Great place to relax and explore with top quality food and amenities. - Gorgeous with an easy walk to the beach. Spa and fitness center included. Comfy beds and bedding. Nothing
- lovingthesunshine (10/5): A wonderful stay - This hotel is just so wonderful. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. This hotel has got it just right and we will definitely return . If you want comfort , luxury, but not pretentious , then visit this hotel. Thank you to all the staff you are an amazing team and should be very proud of how you make your guests feel so special . X. The Fergusons xx
- Lori (10/5): - All the staff were so nice. The pool area is beautiful. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. We had a jacuzzi on our private terrace felt very pampered. Their wine is excellent as well. Highly recommend Hope to come back myself
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Exception stay at 18 Grapes. I would say this is the nicest hotel in the area by far. Fantastic staff and facilities. the breakfast was nice however not excellent (The croque Monsieur was very average - just bread, cheese and sauce). A few more options at breakfast would be great. Perhaps a less fancy approach could be a better option.
We will definitely be back. Pool, rooms, staff all fantastic.
- Michael (10/5): - Outstanding service throughout our stay. Very relaxed setting with easy walk to the beach and restaurants.
- E6285LKjuliar (10/5): Boutique Hotel in Naxos with 10 star service - My husband and I had the privilege of staying in this amazing hotel in Naxos, during our first time visiting Greece. The service from the start of my trip planning to Greece, starting from NYC was perfectly managed by the concierge - Giannis Xenopoulos. He did not just help me with Naxos - but gave me guidance for Mykonos, Paros, Santorini and Athens . He was amazing - very welcoming and always said “ Do not worry, this is my job, it will all be taken care of”, and it always was.
Big applause to the food servers - Sofia and Anna, and night bar/restaurant servers Andreas and Anna.
Maria, front desk- greeted us with a smile and a true heart felt welcome. The accommodations are amazing , the food was amazing , just a true worry free vacation . The General Manager, Nikos always took his time to make sure that we were happy daily. The owner Maria greeted us with her cute little son who offered us candy. I felt that I was part of the family .
If I could give this hotel 10 stars - I would - this all due to the concierge Giannis -He was so knowledgeable and professional. With what’s app- he always was prompt to answer any question or concern that I had from NYC and also during our stay. I have been to many boutique hotels throughout the world , but 18 Grapes - was above and beyond. The personal attention we received was amazing from everyone we met.
Thank you Giannis Xenopoulos for making my first trip to Greece - memorable and unforgettable.
- Amin (10/5): - Amazing staff at the hotel and super friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond for their guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naxos
- Maureen (10/5): - This property was great. Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Really a great choice. The breakfast was great and a nice diversion from the buffets that you get in other hotels. We even got a bottle of wine from the family reserve as a gift from the hotel. We only stopped in Naxos, but next time we visit, we will stay longer to enjoy this property for a longer stay.
- Megan (10/5): - wonderful place to stay!
- Romy (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Madi (10/5): a beautiful stay for our first time in naxos, can’t imagine anywhere else being better! this place was everything!! - it was beautiful! the perfect boutique hotel that was the perfect short walk to a beautiful blue beach. the sunset bar for drinks and a dip was amazing. and the main pool downstairs was big and so relaxing! overall the best thing about this place was their incredible staff and the owners, every morning and night we were greeted by the owner the hotel, the manager and all the staff, they all made sure to have a chat with us and it was the nicest touch, something you don’t receive at most hotels! plus they were so helpful in making bookings/ reservations/ taxis for us! we were also offered an upgrade when we arrived which was SO lovely. the room was beautiful and had an amazing hot tub and balcony of the sea! nothing, everything was amazing!
- johncB3330NP (10/5): Three days in paradise. - So far its been great, my wife and I flew in yesterday and call for a pickup, they arrived before our luggage came off the plane. We were met by Tonia, she walked the hotel with us and explain all the facility and amenities. She then arranged a welcome sangria drinks that we enjoyed. This morning had coffee on the patio off our room, then breakfast and what a treat. The breakfast tasted like we were at groumet restaurant, fresh and enjoyed every bite. Another day and a half, will up date when we leave, but as I see it, this is a great start to a perfect vacation.
- Phoebe (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing beautiful hotel, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay so special, so appreciative, it was the best!!!
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (8/5): - Lovely hotel, friendly staff
- Pantelis (10/5): Excellent hotel with all amenities and friendly staff. - Spotlessly clean, modern boutique hotel in a quiet location, with all amenities including a lovely beach a short walk away. Breakfast made to order, which was a refreshing change from buffet and we liked the healthy options. There was nothing to dislike.
- Shareef (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (10/5): - Had a lovely stay in Naxos as we did some Greek Island hopping and this boutique hotel was just perfect! Maria the owner checked us in, and it was a very homey type feel - friendly staff, intimate setting with only 18 rooms - AMAZING breakfast and close to the best beach on the island which was walkable - as well as the stretch of restaurants for dining out each night. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again!
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- 406roby (10/5): Top notch, highly recommended - My wife and I were among the first clients staying in the hotel this year. The staff was very attentive and eager to make our stay memorable. The room was spotless and the food was great. The chef hand-wrote a recipe for Tirofteri for us to take. Highly recommended.
- Walter (10/5): - We likedthe15 m pool for swimming, the breakfast, and good location vs town, beach, airport.
- Aly (10/5): Would 100 percent recommend the property to anyone in Naxos - excellent location to the beach, attentive service and cl - Property was spacious but unique in that in only had 18 rooms and staff paid personal attention to all guests. They were extremely helpful - both helping to plan and give recommendations in Naxos, arranging taxis when needed. Breakfast was outstanding and location near the beach was a short walk and beautiful.
- Lauren (10/5): Amazing! - This is a beautiful property - it’s really is 10/10. The staff are lovely, the rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable, breakfast is great, and the pool is lovely and is not overcrowded. Such a lovely stay - highly recommend. Nothing it was great.
