Guest Reviews

- kaw83 (10/5): October Break - Visited the hotel as a family of 10 (3yrs-60's) during the 4th week of October. We had a great week with lots to do for the children, the entertainment team were great keeping everyone occupied and entertained.
During our first few days the hotel seemed half empty, it was great! It did fill up towards the end of our stay but it was still fine.
We had adjoining 1 bedroom apartments which the youngest loved wandering between rooms. They were a little dated but perfectly clean. We were in block 4 the furthest away from the pool etc. lovely and quiet.
We had no issues with the food in the buffet restaurant, always something tasty and different each night, the choice was a little limited, it did seem as though some sections were closed off as the hotel was winding down for winter, but that said the chef was great, out checking everyone was fine and happy with the food.
We were lucky with the weather for October, we had some great sunny days.
Fantastic hotel for a holiday with children, been there so probably wouldn't return (like to try different places each time) but would definitely recommend it as a family holiday.

- C1325KDclarep (8/5): Great stay at this hotel - Staff at this hotel are fantastic, Very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the room was ideal for the four of us. Great place to stay if your not bothered about days out as the entertainment staff are great and there are things on all day. Food was spot on and restaurant was always clean and tidy. Overall well worrh the money we paid.
- phillipa (8/5): - Went there in October it was amazing staff were super friendly and spoke English among other languages.
- Niels (8/5): - Taille de la chambre

Proposition de restauration
- Agneta (10/5): Fantastisk vistelse men underbar underhållning från the entertainment team. -
- Marie (8/5): -
- Ricc (9/5): - The hotel runs like clockwork.
- kevinbE6773SY (10/5): Great late summer destination - The hotel resort is very nice, well maintained with great facilities including swimming pools, sauna, steam room, gym, bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always on hand to assist with anything. The food is tasty with plenty of choice including the Tapas restaurant which you can use once during your stay as part of the inclusive package. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the team make them up each day.
The nearby beaches and harbour are very good, the sea is clean and clear with plenty of fish to be seen when swimming. The bars and restaurants in the town are very nice and reasonable prices.
- Y3352KYcharless (10/5): Absolutely Brilliant! - October 13th to 27th. Arrived at hotel at 12 noon hoping the room might be ready, it was, great start. Requested before going, a high floor as I am a very light sleeper, facing South. Got a middle floor as guessed the hotel was quiet and nobody was put on the top floor. It was facing South and was perfect. Paid extra for a suite so had a living room and kitchen as well as bedroom. All facilities you could expect in a suite were in there. Reception staff exceptional.
As got bracelets, as were all inclusive, (as well as pools towels) on check in we were able to go straight to lunch after drinks at the pool bar. Everyday the bar staff were great, and we never had to wait long, mostly getting served straight away. Tried a lot of the drinks available free to us. Vast majority very good, Amstel on draught and fizzy wine from a bottle particularly good. Only niggles, fresh orange, a couple of the cocktails and draught white wine not to our taste.
The meals were excellent every day. We feared, as being the end of of season, choice might be limited. Not at all. A great variety every day. Even my wife who has moaned at other hotels repetitive menus in the past, praised the choices available. Too many good things to mention, but, must say, when on Sunday, Yorkshire pudding, roast meats and vegetables were on, my wife was in her element. For me the Spanish dishes were the high light, and also when I found out you can request your own pizza, I requested a seafood one which was perfect. All staff in restaurant very professional.
The head chef especially so.
Plenty of pools and sunbeds, plenty of tables both in and outside, variety of entertainment and activities day and night. Activitiy staff great. Tui reps. great.
The hotels location is a 4 minute walk to one beach and the port, where there are lots of bars, shops and restaurants. An 8 minute walk to another beach. There is a unmade path between beaches with little 'coves' with very small beaches with enough room for a few families. The sea when calm was clear and perfect for snorkeling, I saw 6 different types of fish.
Our room was cleaned everyday, new towels supplied when needed and was quiet. Even the air conditioning wasn't too loud. Had a good night's sleep every night.
I cannot fault this hotel. We had a fantastic two weeks. We didn't have kids with us, but saw lots having a great time and I would recommend it for those with or without.
Repetiremos!! Nada. Todo nos gustó.
- Edwards1952 (10/5): Great family holiday hotel - Great time here with the family in an exceptionally well managed hotel by all the team.
The restaurant manager was very caring for my daughter in law with her coeliac condition and deserves special credit for his support.
- Judgys (6/5): Not a Real Tui Blue! - This is our 3rd Tui Blue hotel and we were so disappointed with this hotel and would not return. £2000 for a 1 week holiday to live in accommodation that is far removed from home. Having to fight over food and receive poor service. The hotel needs to have a rethink of its staffs attitude.
Save your money and go to Butlins!
Rooms - A helpful and friendly reception team . Arrived to a room which absolutely stank of damp and humidity. It transpired that all rooms smelt the same. Initially masked by cleaning products. We upgraded to a room with a bit of lawned area outside for an additional 70 euros which gave us the outdoor space we wanted but the shower tray had dropped in the shower cubicle and the tiles next to the shower controller were peeling off the wall so the water was sinking under the floor and through the wall into the wardrobe behind which made this room smell even worse. We moved again to a room with an upgraded shower and it flooded the bathroom floor every time you used it! The beds are comfortable but that really is all I can say that is positive. The whole space was worn out and with chipped granite kitchen surfaces and everything being beyond tired we would grade this as a 2/3, never a 4 star.
You also have to pay for the safe in your room and 1 euro every time you want to change your pool towels.
Dietary Needs - Two of our party could not have dairy, hence why we booked a Tui Blue Hotel, the 3rd Tui Blue we have visited and by far the absolute worst. We had to complete an allergy/intolerance sheet and were told that we had to liaise with the head waiter, Alvar. What a complete waste of time, he told the chef we were vegan, incorrect, we could not have dairy and so had limited offerings all for over half of the holiday until we spoke to the chef directly and he explained what he had been told by Alvar. There could be no misunderstanding as the allergy sheets are purely tick boxes with pictures of what you are allergic to. Alvar is uninterested in his job and could not care less about guests. He said that other guests were happy that their children could have sorbet and not ice cream all summer so did not see my problem when my 4 year old wanted ice cream. A pretty normal thing for a child to want ice cream. Thankfully Sidi the Head Chef eventually corrected this but over half way through our holiday. He also then provided dairy free yoghurts and made dairy free pancakes and cake. Which is exactly what other Tui Blue hotels do without the fight every day with an obnoxious head waiter.
Overall the restaurant waiting staff barely smiled or interacted unlike other Tui Blue hotels. The chefs and kitchen staff are the only plus point here. Jatri is so lovely and Head Chef, Sidi is so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Adriana who also works in the restaurant ensuring the food areas were topped up and clean was also so lovely. Just a shame that all of the other staff could not be like these 3.
Food choice is great and we enjoyed all of the meals and the themed meals, we never used the other restaurant as we enjoyed the buffet so much. Head Chef Sidi takes pride in his themed evenings and welcomes guests himself. Which is lovely but surely that's the Head Waiters job! The snack bar is not the best but it really is just for snacks. We used it once but it is so limited that we did not go again.
Drinks - Standard in most all inclusive hotels. Machine pumped coffee, sickly sweet juices that taste like chemical infusions, there's no freshly squeezed orange options at this hotel unlike other Tui Blue's. Alcohol is all local bottles and cocktails are available but this is no cocktail bar. The one thing we did adore was Sangria on tap which was very nice indeed. We took our own oat milk but they did supply local milk alternatives.
Pool - The pools are lovely apart from the missing tiles with sharp edges in the baby pool and the fact the pools are not heated and absolutely freezing cold. The sunbeams around the pool were plentiful but mouldy with black mould and needed cleaning in all pool areas. We ended up going to the beach most days which is only a good 5-8 minute walk away dependent on how fast you walk. The sea was even warmer than the indoor pool.
The pool rules are also pretty hard core, you get given a copy when you check in. No inflatables allowed at this family Tui Blue hotel? "The hotel strongly warns that the use of inflatables is a danger for kids safety" I had not realised that they allowed goats at the resort!!
Entertainment - Well, all I have to say is Wow. The energy and effort into every performance is fabulous. It's exhausting just watching them. I cannot praise the entertainment team enough from the daily activities through to the night time shows. The external act that also came in one night was also brilliant. The team are always smiling and enthusiastic. Their energy is infectious. The rest of the staff at the hotel could do with some lessons from this team!
They make you feel welcome as a family and ensure that children are all included. The shows were good quality and the children loved having their photos taken with them afterwards. The entertainment does start late but this appears to be the same at all of the Tui Blues.
Health and Safety - When in the restaurant one day a family had an accident where a child had boiling coffee spilt on them, the Head Waiter was asked for a cold ice compress and returned with a wet piece of kitchen towel. I got involved and asked him for ice in a sealed bag so we could ice the area immedlately and he bought it in a cloth napkin, then leisurely walked away making no enquiries about the accident or child and never notified anyone else. I then got the manager to ask for a bag of tied ice in a cloth and was told that they did have first aiders but they could not help. She also advised the Mother of the child to put aloe vera gel on the burn. Absolute appalling management of this as the body area needed cooling for 20 minutes with running water or something very cold to help cool the under layers of skin. The parents never had an accident form completed or anything and the Head Waiter, Alvar, just walked away and could not have cared less.
Location - We liked the location, catch a bus outside to visit local areas by yourself. The beach is a 5-8 minute walk away. There are some beautiful little coves if you get to the beach early that you can have to yourself. If you want a sunbed at the beach, bring lots of money as they average at 25 euros a day for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella.
Local shops nearby, although expensive. The harbour is a 10 minute walk and is surrounded by places to eat and drink.
Tui Reps - Andrea was the lady we mainly spoke to and she was just wonderful. She was realistic, as helpful as the Tui brand will allow and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her colleague, who's name I have lost, was also so lovely.
Tourist Tax here is Government lead at a rate of 3.30 euros per adult per day, under 16's are free.

- immmp (10/5): Lovely clean hotel, friendly helpful staff - Another lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff lovely and very helpful. My family and I really appreciated having two apartments, thank you so much. It also looked as if the rooms had been upgraded since our last stay . Restaurant great with very accommodating staff. Gluten free was no problem. We all enjoyed the entertainment, big shout out to Alex, Loli and Irene. We would definitely visit again.

- Z1272ZHgeorgias (8/5): Great family holiday - We have just returned from a lovely week at this hotel.
We were extremely lucky to have beautiful weather all week.
The hotel was always clean & tidy and all the staff were so friendly & welcoming.
There are several pools, which are a little cold however we was in the daily and spent nearly all day in them when we didnt have day trips planned, so i wouldnt let other reviews put you off. There is also a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi.
The buffet restraunt served a variety of food and i did not find it repetative at all. The Al a carte restraunt was a highlight for me and i definatley recomend it.
The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. We stayed in block 3 with a pool view.
The hotel grounds are very pretty with lots of gardens to walk around or take lovely photos.
Calan bosch beach is a 10 minute walk away and has beautiful crystal clear sea whicj we snorkelled in, however we dis gp back the day after a windy day and the sea was murky full of sea weed.
The harbor which is a 2 min walk from the beach is really lovely too.
Great location overall.
Only slight negatives was there are quite a lot of wasps around the pool which i guess cant really be helped and the transfer time was quite long (a hour there and a hour 45 back) but again this cant really be helped.
- I1891KYgemmar (10/5): A wonderful family holiday. - We have a fantastic time here. The hotel has everything we needed as a family of four. The room was very clean. All members of staff were incredibly helpful. Food was great - lots of choice. There are lots of fun activities throughout the day and evening to keep you entertained. The children entertainment team were amazing and went above and beyond. Thank you for making our holiday so amazing!

- NatalieC1986 (10/5): Amazing holiday, highly recommend - We're currently on our last night and I have to say we have had an amazing holiday! All the staff here have been friendly, polite, professional and attentive. We couldn't have asked for more. That's bar staff, restaurant staff, reception, life guards, cleaners, kids club and the amazing entertainment team have all been brilliant and on point.
We do not tend to travel abroad but with two children aged 5 and 9, it had made the whole experience so much more fun and enjoyable. Even the other guest staying have been wonderful and my children made many friends and had such a lot of fun making many memories.
We didn't travel far out as we actually enjoyed all the activities in the day and evening. We did head to Cituedella which was an easy bus ride outside the hotel and a wonderful place to visit. On our trip to the beach it was unfortunately very choppy
However, other guests had informed us on previous days the sea water was calm, warm and crystal clear, so we were gutted to miss that. This is however, a short walk to. The pool was cold but once in you did warm up! Especially if participating in the aqua aerobics with Don. They have a inside pool which is warmer. (This is October so summer months will definitely be warmer)
We throughly enjoyed the entertainment day and night. Huge shout out to Don, Stratos, Alex and Yoielle, who were exceptional. Also to Ida/Ada (apologies on spelling) and Katie in the kids club who my children adored! They made it a lot of fun and a safe place for them to be. Even those I didn't mentioned and participated in shows/games I watched from afar, they were all so friendly and looked like they loved what they do. We especially love d the teams afternoon-guests against the tie team. It was a lot of laughs!! If I could follow this team to another TUI resort I would definitely book up without a second thought as they have definitely made the holiday!!
Shout out to the restaurant manager, Chefs and waiters/waitresses and bar staff too. They were always there to welcome you, cook, clear up after us. Again with such friendliness and professionalism. They are cooking for a mass audience, so it won't be Michelin star food but it was still tasty, a lot of variety and something to suit all, unless you were very picky (which a couple of people we spoke to were, no fault to the hotel). My kids absolutely loved it and the independence of getting their own food also and they had a dedicated children's section if required. They also had a dedicated gluten free section for breakfast (I am not ceoliac but my mum is so I notice things. This was great, with your own bread, cereal etc and toaster)
Lunch/dinner I can only asumme they would look after you as I saw some tables get their own pizzas/pastas etc. Disable wise, (looking at this from my dad's prospective in a wheelchair) there were ramps to the pool side and ground floor rooms, and lifts from reception to the dinner hall, so it maybe accessible. Our room had a bath and a shower (but with a lip/step into the shower). You'd have to enquire about disabled/wheelchair friendly showers. There is a lagoon entrance into the pool from one end of the pool which is step free.
Drinks wise, we were really impressed the local drinks weren't bad at all and we were very happy to drink them and didn't feel cheated into drinking paint stripper like we did in Greece! Gin, whisky, rose, beer and cocktails were all lovely. I appreciate others may have had better but I'm assuming they've paid a high premium of things in other locations prior and would expect that in food/drink, whilst I believe this is a more affordable family hotel and still delightful.
Thank you to all the staff and other people here for making our holiday amazing, I will forever cherish the memories we've made. We would 100% come back again without a shawdow of a doubt. I would also highly recommend to others.
- Dawned16 (10/5): Lovely hotel - Lovely hotel very clean and friendly , foods great always some thing to eat even roast beef and Yorkshire pud on Sunday Friendly and helpful staff I would gone again

- L4320IPjamiew (8/5): Family holiday - We stayed here earlier this month as a family of 3 (with a nearly one year old) and returned last week- this review done a week later so we could reflect on our holiday.
On arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who was quick to check us in and inform us of the hotels facilities, important information and also its surroundings. We found this very helpful. Hotels location was brilliant as it was a 5 min walk to the closest shop, restaurants, a beach and the harbour. Only criticism was that our room was in block 3 on the top floor which was the other side of the hotel and it was awkward with a young child and loads of luggage. We had asked for a low floor room. Our room was spacious, clean and had a mini kitchen area which was ideal with a young child. There was a door which could interlink rooms which is handy for larger families.
* Note you are required to pay a tax which for us was about 45 euros and also extra for a safe.
With this being a Tui Blue hotel and being geared up for infants/children (a reason to why we booked the hotel) we had high expectations. Overall the facilities in general were good- the baby room near the main restaurant is a great idea which is accessible all the time and also the crèche which offers a 30 minute stay and play every morning at 9.30am. Any more visits to the crèche is chargeable. As we found with some days the weather was not great, there was not a lot to do in the hotel despite the best efforts of the entertainment team. All the entertainment team were brilliant and made the evenings fun for all ages. We did find that some of the shows were the same as we’ve seen in previous tui blue hotels from years ago.
Pool areas were lovely (indoor pool available as well) with a small area off the one with slides and climbing frame for kids and a small pool for infants. There were always plenty of sunbeds available. There is also a gym and spa which I did use but this is not up to much and very basic/dated. The spa is not actually manned and you need to book with reception to use. Infants pool was often covered with leaves in areas which would could have had someone come and clean
Overall we found the food and drink to be average. The main restaurant had plenty of choice at meal times but we felt comparing it to previous hotels we’ve stayed at, the quality wasn’t as good (we did put this down to time of the year and hotel wasn’t really busy)! We chose to eat out a couple times due to this. We ate at the speciality “Taverna” restaurant one night (one visit permitted)- this was really disappointing for us as we looked forward to it . We found that there was not much difference in food quality between here and the main restaurant! It was a set meal of hot and cold platters, a pick your own main meal and then a desert platter. Another criticism was the cocktail quality was really poor, they were out of a machine. If you like your cocktails like us, then you will be disappointed!
Overall we as a family had a good time, it was a lovely break, but we were also disappointed with it being a Tui Blue and the price we paid. Location brilliant, hotel good although it needed so extra tlc, facilities and entertainment was great and food and drink average. We both agreed that we would put this at a 3.5- 4 star hotel.
- paulrS2990QN (8/5): Family trip away - A hotel for all the age groups but this week was definitely family's with younger children. Food was good, the Tavern very good. Drinks were ok but have had better at other all inclusive hotels. Entertainment for all but again spotlight first on younger kids. Rooms were very clean and the apartment we had spacious. Ideal setting for the beach not far away and the local harbour with all the restaurants and drinking places
- tamara (8/5): -
- Trek59429385182 (10/5): Excellent hotel - Just returned from a weeks holiday myself and my husband. We were aware before our travel it was a family hotel and there would be children and families. We visit Menorca at least twice a year and always stay at globales hotels. We had a fantastic holiday the food was excellent, the entertainment staff really friendly. We enjoyed every part of our holiday and wouldn’t hesitate in the future to book another gruphotel . Thank you to all the staff they are a credit to your brand
- Agustin (4/5): No vayas si eres Español, tendras que adaptarte a horarios y costumbres Inglesas. - Hemos pasado siete noches.
- kylecK3319VF (10/5): Great family hotel - We had a lovely two week break at Tui Blue Turquesa Mar Menorca. Firstly the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant team are wonderful and welcoming.
The Tui entertainers were on another level, specifically Alex, Stratos & Yollie. They were all brilliant and went above and beyond to make our children’s holiday so fun & memorable.
The apartment was clean, tidy & spacious, kitted with everything we needed.
Absolutely perfect hotel, we will be returning.
- mglock96 (4/5): Are you sure this is TUI BLUE? - This hotel brands itself as a TUI BLUE but anyone who has stayed at another of their hotels around the world... this does not live up to expectations, at all.
1. Food. I am not sure what to categorise the food as but not good is a compliment. Lacks flavour, and variety (we were there for 4 days). We spent most of the time eating out in Calan Bosch. Furthermore, the staff seem to eat from the same buffet. What kind of unprofessionalism is this? I can understand staff eating the same food, but not going onto the guest side with a plate and getting the same food!
2. Tiredness. Whilst the room itself was clean and tidy, the rest of the hotel had a level of Tiredness about it. We are off-season, work should be being done in topping up paintwork etc.
3. Drinks. Yes. I know. All inclusive. But this doesn't mean that I have paid for the cocktails to taste like diabetes in a glass, and for the wine to be undrinkable. Its free but I've paid for it! The beers were the only acceptable part.
Sum up is... for families this could be excellent. Off season they really should buck their ideas up. We booked as a couple, for a few nights and have had excellent experiences of TUI BLUE prior to this. Regretfully, I do not think that I'd recommend TUI BLUE after this visit.
To note; I was aware that this was a family hotel, and I voiced my concerns to the hotel staff during my visit. This was not responded to, hence my unfortunate review.

- ericaa723 (8/5): Recuperative stay even though it was a busy family hotel - I was impressed from the start with the hotel’s smiley, friendly, professional greetings as I arrived at reception and that didn’t change throughout my stay. I found all the staff, despite it being the end of season, energetic, enthusiastic, polite and helpful.
On arrival, I was offered an upgrade to an apartment but didn’t feel I needed or wanted it. Perhaps if the weather forecast had suggested it was going to be cloudy, cool or rainy an apartment would have given me more room to move about in but it was forecast to be unusually sunny so the twin room was fine.
I enjoyed the family atmosphere at the hotel, and around the resort, despite being an older single solo female. Most of the children were under five and mealtimes were a bit noisy but I didn’t mind and I enjoyed seeing families together and some of the children were delightful.
I was given a room on the second floor in block 4. It was quiet and much appreciated. It was kept very clean with daily service. The cleaner was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water. My bed/mattress was very creaky though but I didn’t complain.
I understand that the tourist tax is an extra cost but I would have hoped that the all inclusive price would have included the room safe rental, an added extra.
I used the quiet pool on several occasions and found it perfect for swimming lengths, lounging and reading. A beach towel, on free loan, can be collected from reception and returned at the end of your holiday.
The opportunity to do up to three free half hour fitness sessions a day ( yoga, Pilates, relaxation, etc) which were bookable through the blue app was great. I was very enthusiastic on the first day I arrived but sorry to say I actually didn’t book any or take any of them up as swimming in the hotel’s quiet pool and walking outside the hotel were enough exercise for me.
Although there was entertainment every evening I’m afraid that I didn’t take advantage of it so can’t comment on what it was like as I was too tired.
This was my first experience of “all inclusive” so I wasn’t sure what to expect of the food and drink. It was ok. Some dishes were very tasty, others not so. I did over hear that a couple of dissatisfied guests had mostly eaten out but I thought there was enough variety to suit most individuals.
The marina close by was a lovely easy flat walk to do at any time of day. There are a few souvenir and clothes shops to browse in. The supermarkets are worth checking out too.
I also walked to the lighthouse, again a flat easy walk but worth a visit. A particular enjoyable walk is around the coast behind the two beaches on the easy flat boardwalk in the evenings, although mosquito repellent is needed. I felt very safe walking around.
I did enjoy two TUI trips, one to Mahon, including a boat trip and the other around the island, which included Binisues, Fornells and horses. This second trip was not described on the TUI experience pages but another similar one by land rover was and I was confused as to which one I had booked when a tour coach turned up.
I stayed at the Turquesa Mar for ten days and although I enjoyed it I’m not sure that there would be enough on the island to keep me interested for a longer stay.
- conorw288 (8/5): Family holiday - Well all in all had a great 11 nights stay here in mid September with my wife toddler and 9 month old , weather was nice which was a plus. When we arrived we had to wait an hour or so for our room which was a bit annoying and there’s nobody to help you with your bags to your room which was a little personal gripe off mine as being a family with two little ones we had a lot of stuff.
I found the room really good and suited us well bathroom a bit dated but that didn’t really bother me .
What made the holiday was lots of families similar to us where there all having a great time our little boy loves it and loved the entertainment who were great at there job and the adult entertainment we stayed up for was really good too.
Food/drink
The food we had was nice in all fairness but could of done with more choice I think the beer wasn’t great either but it’s an all inclusive what do you expect
The resort itself was nice and family friendly quite pricey I thought but when we had meals out they were nice so didn’t mind paying would deffo recommend sa parilla for a steak .
The zoo is a good day out as well
Only thing that put a downer on it was the mosquitos we were all bitten frequently
- michelleaZ7114CP (10/5): Amazing Amazing Amazing - What an amazing Hotel. Being in a wheelchair I was a bit apprehensive but couldn’t have looked after any better. The hotel is fully accessible with slopes everywhere and lifts to ensure I could get access to all areas.
We arrived and were able to access our room straightaway even though it was hours before checking time. The reception staff were helpful and even assisted with cotton and numerous coloured threads to repair a dress.
The kitchen and restaurant staff were very friendly and nothing was too much bother. They would cook items to suit all diets and even delivered to table by the head chef Sidi, who always greeted guests with a smile and checked you are ok. The waiters were equally as helpful and welcoming. Even helping when I had a rogue piece of pork skewer flick off plate hitting chairs etc. 🙈, the clean up was quick and completed without any fuss. The food was amazing and varied, so never a chance to get bored, and I’m a fussy eater.
The best part were the entertainment team who kept us busy, smiling. Singing, laughing from day 1 to our last day, day 13. Big shout to Anna, Alex, Yollie and Stratos who made our holiday even more amazing than we could have expected. Despite losing all the games (to my husbands team) I still had a ball and was cheered on every time.
Not to forget the bar team who kept us refreshed and watered throughout each day and evening, always with a smile and assistance when I couldn’t carry the drinks and operate my wheelchair. Joshua was an angel when helping and clearing our table.
The one and only thing I would change would be to heat the pool as by September it was a bit on the cold side, although I did go in every day to cool off and still enjoyed it, so it didn’t cause it to ruin the holiday.
If you want a place to enjoy and chill with entertainment and food readily available, this is the place to go.
- rebeccahA595HU (10/5): Great experience - Had a fabulous time at this hitel. The first time we had been abroad as a family in over a decade. Met all expectations.
The hotel is clean and fresh towels daily if needed.
All grounds are kept immaculate.
Only negative points I'd say is the snack bar. Food was cold many times such as the burgers and chips. Fruit wasn't kept cold and went mouldy also.
The all inclusive drinks weren't great either they definitely need more choice.
Other than that we had a great time.
- Nicole_Vale_92 (6/5): Food poisoning, freezing pools and not enough for small children - Staff were friendly and checked us into our room early which was super helpful. Unfortunately I got food poisoning from dinner there (I hadn’t eaten outside the hotel) and my husband got a dodgy stomach so part of the holiday was spent in the room. The snack bar is vile and not supervised so there are lots of flies on the food and it is stale at best! Avoid at all costs, There is a few stay and plays but they are more a room with toys in not actual entertainment. The toddler discos are on really late for young children, so my 2 year old was too tired to go to them. The pools are really cold and there isn’t a heated one inside. Overall not worth the money in my opinion!

- sjk20222022 (10/5): Saving up to return at some point in the future. Would reccomend to all. - Quiet location near local amenities if required. Stayed all inclusive, fabulous food every day. Clean comfortable room lovely staff all helpful. Lovely pools and quiet areas. Entertainment good fun.
- RitaPires (8/5): - As comodidades do hotel no geral, piscina, espetáculos noturnos.
- Compass16415743552 (6/5): Not the best - Location is good rooms r clean maid everyday but the food was very poor not sure if it was due to the time of year but most of it was cold unless you waited for thing to be cooked in front of u snack bar was a waste of time same cold boring stuff drink is good so that’s a plus pool is nice and big plenty of beds must say the food was the biggest letdown which was a shame breakfast was the same a lot food was cold was if the hot plates were off ! Yes I’m am been a Karen on this one sorry people but I wouldn’t come back I do recommend breakfast around the harbour and the Brazilian stake house next to the Mexican restaurant was unreal beach is great perfect for snorkelling with the fish bus stop right out side the hotel the staff were very friendly but yet again everyone was talking about the food and for the cost we paid you can definitely get better for you money sorry
- O8410EUandrewb (6/5): Great hotel not the best food or entertainment but good cleaners and good surrounding area - I think it’s a great hotel and has great potential, however each time we went to the snack bar the food was always cold and was pretty much the same everyday. The pool was good great service but there was a lot of flys around the bar and I even seen wasps flying/crawling around the spout of the coke dispenser. The pool was fabulous deep in some areas but shallow in others. There’s was plenty to do for young kids but I thought different for the teens. The food on a night time was Okay, by this I mean, it seemed that if somethinf didn’t get eaten one night they might put the same dish out the next with a different sauce. I thought the service was great and the cleaners were extra careful when my child wasn’t well. The surrounding area was great tgere is a nice little harbour around a 5-8 minute walk from the hotel which has a fabulous variety of restaurants. There a two beaches close by one I used for fishing and the other I was jumping in off the rocks and watching the fish. I think the hotel would be much better when it’s in season and that’s why I think the food wasn’t the best. The entertainment was okay but wasn’t really my type, again I think it would be better when the hotel and surrounding area is in season. Overall I had a good time away with my family and enjoyed playing in the pool.
- Passport47830710844 (10/5): Excellent hotel - Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with good variety of food, plenty of pools and excellent customer service. Beautiful area and beach and Marina within easy walking distance
- Sightseer26455621830 (8/5): Grupotel club Turquesa Mar - The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly, rooms were cleaned everyday to a very high standard , food was very good and nothing was a problem if you had a food intolerance, The entertainment was great for the kids and the staff worked really hard to keep them amused, There was always something going on around the pool and gardens, The gym was small but adequate and again was very clean, The alcohol was very weak wether it was beer cocktails or spirits and the glasses they were served in looked tired . You could buy premium cocktails but they weren’t much better , The carver was good but there’s only so much of that you can drink , There are two beaches nearby and a marina with lots of shops and restaurants I would recommend the Brazilian which is situated near the bridge at the top end of the marina. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have young children even if you don’t it’s a very nice hotel to stay in .👍👍👍
- 725lilians (8/5): Great relaxing atmosphere - The staff at this hotel are fantastic! They were all very friendly whilst still being professional and were keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible!
It's a nice looking hotel, architecturally pleasing with most rooms set out around the pool complex . It looks lovely especially at night when its all lit up and the atmosphere around the hotel was friendly and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located with a short walk to the beach and the marina which has some restaurants and nice shops to look round .
The food in the hotel was really good, offering a great variety on a daily basis and all well cooked and presented. It was great to see the Head Chef in the restaurant each day as he is obviously very proud of his kitchen and actively sought feedback on the food being offered. Because one of our group uses a mobility scooter and has limited mobility, they reserved a table for us in the same place for all meals each day as it was somewhere where he could easily access his seat. was a big help for us all.
The pool complex was brilliant and reasonably accessible for disabled people.
The entertainment team worked tirelessly day and night. The daily aqua aerobics sessions looked brilliant with the team certainly putting everyone through their paces to ensure they got a good workout! The evening entertainment was good and varied, especially the'Night At The Musicals', a particular favourite of ours.
The only disappointing aspect was regarding the disabled toilet facilities. Other than the toilet in the spa area, the disabled toilets were too small and did not provide easy access for wheelchairs / mobility scooters.
- Jennywin123 (10/5): Can't wait to go back - Staff were SO friendly and made us feel welcome, it was always warming to see them smiling everyday and I liked his it was usually the same staff daily so you got to know them a bit.
The room we had was absolutely perfect, air con worked wonders, I slept like a log. Beds very comfy, so clean, lovely view of pool, nice black out curtains and a fantastic big bathroom with bath and separate shower. Honestly the room was 10/10 for me.
Very family friendly place and so easy with young kids just going all inclusive and not having to worry about finding food. Pools were fantastic, drinks on all inclusive such as the coffee and cocktails were just ok but you kind of expect that with all inclusive sadly. you could however pay for the slightly better coffee and drinks at the bar.
Overall I would come back for sure and would recommend to anyone, had a great family vibe about it but also would be good for just couples also without children.
I have very high standards and this met them for me!
- H3517BNdaveg (10/5): Perfect Place - Brilliant place. Food excellent. Head chef welcomes you. Restaurant manager is on top of things. Entertainment team all winners. Rooms not dated but single beds mean passion might get between the gap. Pool area cleaned to the highest degree. Reception staff are very friendly. I cant rate the place any higher. Plus - the other holidayers around the hotel are top class.
- kellydS5468YR (10/5): Lovely relaxing break - Beautiful hotel lovely grounds rooms spacious and clean food was very good and all staff helpful and hard working. Pools lovely and entertainment also fun will definitely be back next year.
- 233gennaros (10/5): Top class holiday experience - We found the whole experience at this hotel was impeccable the from reception to accommodation, food, service pool facilities and entertainment were first class. The staff could not have been more professional.
My only criticism would be the tapas restaurant experience was disappointing very poor selection of starters, but the main restaurant standards 1st class .

- Wander601797 (10/5): Great holiday - What a great hotel
Loads to do for adults and children
Could not fault the food, entertainment great room and staff/ service
Near to two beaches and the marina
Pools great
Highly recommended
Only niggle was you have to pay for the room
Safe
- V8243FEmorganh (10/5): Club turquesa mar - The customer service was brilliant and the food was astonishing the only thing I would recommend not doing is maybe going crazy in the snack bar as it made me and my sister abit sick but other than that everything was amazing !!
- SiennaGardens1 (8/5): Lovely Hotel - Worth every penny going for a TUI BLUE, the entertainment has really made this trip. All of the staff have been lovely, professional and friendly, especially the head chef who greats everyone into the restaurant most evenings and Alex from the animation team. Loved TUI BOT btw!
The outdoor evening entertainment set up is abit of a let down, it’s so close to the pool which puts you on edge and sometimes you can be sat quite far away due to the layout of the chairs so the view is restricted.
Lovely pools and rooms, very clean! It really is a gorgeous complex but I cannot help but feel like it’s more of a 3 star resort with the amenities offered. I did want to mention how much we appreciate their efforts to become a more green and sustainable hotel!
We had a lovely week away though and there was slightly more to do in the Cala En Bosch area than other parts in Menorca. Definitely book a boat tour on the harbour with one of the locals and venture to the beaches and restaurants!
Thanks for having us and accommodating toddlers!
- 508rebeccaf (10/5): It's absolutely 💯 for couples!! Don't be put off that it's a family hotel. Can't wait to come back 😃 So relaxing 😌 - Everything has been absolutely amazing, thank you so much 🙂 We especially love the quiet pool 🏊♂️🏊 We can't fault anything about this amazing hotel 😀
- C3387LMstephanieb (10/5): Just wow! Can’t wait for a return visit! Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough for families - What can I say but wow! We visited as a family of 3 (2 adults and an almost 3 year old) and we’ve had the best 2 week stay. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely the reception staff, entertainment team, the cleaning team, kitchen team everyone who works there is so nice and friendly.
The food is really good and so much choice even if you are a fussy eater! Every night is a different theme (Mexican, Italian, Spanish etc) and the food was always lovely. The snack bar was good as well with a selection of burgers, sandwiches, fruit, ice lollies etc. The drinks selection is also good and even if you want an upgraded cocktail they have all inclusive prices which make them cheaper.
Our room was big and the room was cleaned every day. There’s also the TUI blue app you can download and put in service requests such as sheet changes or if somethings not working. This worked so well.
But the main selling point of this hotel is the entertainment team. The hours that they do and the shows they put on are so impressive, TUI should be paying them a lot more than what they’ll be earning! There’s something for everyone in terms of the entertainment. Don’t hesitate in booking as it is an amazing hotel and we can’t wait for a return visit!
- susanlX1293ZC (10/5): Brilliant - This is our 5th visit. Hotel is fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful, food exceptional and drinks ok for all-inclusive. Cleaning varied, but rooms were spacious, beds are rather hard and uncomfortable, and the bathroom shower was very dated and needed upgrading. Pools were great, very clean with more than enough sun beds, although the umbrellas were few and far between, and some were broken. Entertainment team worked hard both day and night, although we did not partake in any of the games, or watch any of the shows - our choice (we had seen them all before). A big thank you to the bar staff - Jessica, Marta and Ingrid who looked after us really well, as did all the other bar staff. Also Cede in the restaurant, along with the restaurant manager, who welcomed us every evening. Maintenance staff worked hard, ensuring any problems were solved, door locks fixed etc and after the storm, were busy ensuring everything was safe around the hotel. We will be back next year
- Emilie2173 (6/5): Nice holiday but not to the standard expected - Overall nice hotel, the rooms are a great size for families and appreciated having a shower bath and a shower cubicle. Everywhere felt clean however do feel the room could have been cleaned better in the lounge area (eg mopping of floors)
All inclusive was a bit of a let down the selection was great but food was nearly always cold and instead of adding fresh dishes new food was added to existing food, which meant we are out alot more than anticipated and cost us alot more money. You could also only get a drink in the restaurant when it was open or the pool bar and the drinks were tiny meaning by the time you got back to the lounger you had finished them already. We also felt breakfast, lunch and dinner times didn't cater to little ones when breakfast opening at 8am lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6.30pm.
The pools were great however with the weather being colder they were very cold and we couldn't let our little one swim outside, we expected the indoor pool to be heated to the 28 degrees specified on cooler days however they were also cold and we had to even get our toddler out due to her shivering which was a real shame.
The little play park was great and we visited the baby room and stay and play however we only knew about this from talking to other people as no one mentioned to us about downloading the TUI BLUE app to see activities so we likely missed out on other things going on in the hotel.
My biggest issue was with the entertainment being right next to the open pool, with a small toddler we were excited for her to go to the disco however it became exhausting and dangerous with us keeping having to stop her from running into the pool, we felt if this was in a different area it would have been much more enjoyable.
Overall, nice hotel and good location to the shops and the marina but we would probably visit other hotels over returning due to the above.
- Z6693DPelisac (10/5): Fabulous week at the Turquesa Mar - We had a fabulous week at the Turquesa Mar.
We cannot fault our experience at this hotel, the rooms and all surroundings were so beautifully clean, the food was the best All Inclusive standard we have ever tasted - honestly so fresh and tasty, the sushi night was fantastic.
All members of staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about their jobs.
The entertainment team were superb! Our little girls loved the mini disco and daytime entertainment and the evening shows were amazing! In particular the musicals themed evening, just brilliant.
Would definitely return!
- davidglass (10/5): Brilliant Hotel - Do Go - Food 5 - Entertainers 5 - People 5 - Ambience 5 - Room 5 - Cleaning 3 infrequent. Pools 5. We loved it, thanks to the excellent staff. I know some names, Id rather not pick them out as theyre all brilliant.
- Passenger40309945217 (8/5): Great stay - Great hotel, lovely friendly staff and food was great, head chef always out at dinner meeting everyone and informing what was for dinner.
Lovely area too, on the quiet side but suits us, only downside was couldn’t find any bike hire and pool music was a bit loud but definitely go back
- R597CUpaulc (8/5): Overall a good experience - Getting there a bit of a chore 1.5 hours on the coach .Nice harbour area with restaurants. Hotel room spacious and clean bathroom a bit dated.pool area really good with stuff going on plenty of sunbeds.Resturant staff and food good all inclusive drinks a bit of a let down .beach fairly small but ok bus stop outside hotel
- 80barny (6/5): Holiday - Hotel lovely, msid didn't clean room great, good room size, food good choice but never hot luke warm,we like food hot...
Activity team excellent, work so hard day and night pools lovely
Had a lovely holiday, but would not return.

- V3290SRjordanw (10/5): If you’re thinking of booking, just do it!! - Just back today from Menorca and not sure if it is just recency bias, but I can honestly say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and my best with the family. Where to begin;
Location - fantastic location, short walk from shops, beaches and Cala’n Bosch town which is absolutely stunning, with great bars, restaurants and views.
Pools - no shortage of choice here. Adult pool around the side of the hotel, an indoor pool, the activity pool, the main pool, a jacuzzi tub type pool which my daughter loved, a pool with slides for kids and a baby pool. All well maintained and lots of fun to be had.
Entertainment - amazing throughout our stay. Always something going on, but not in an overbearing way, small little things throughout the day for a bit of fun and then some of the main acts and plays etc on the main stage for kids and adults.
Staff were great, the reps very friendly and helpful and the cleaners kept the place in great condition.
Food - we were generally pleased with the food, although we spoke to another couple who said they were disappointed with it, each to their own in that regard I guess. Different theme each night in the AI restaurant and personal highlight was the Mexican night.
Space - one of the best things for me was that we always found that we had our own space. The hotel obviously had many guests but it never really felt that way at any point. So much room around the pools and on the sunbeds, and just generally around the grounds. Lots of places to take a time out and enjoy the views and sun.
Couple of pain points would be that we stayed on the ground floor and the balcony did not have a railing. Bit surprised at first when we saw this but we got used to it as the week went on although we were a little on edge when the kids were in and around the balcony. The snack bar during the day was very basic. It has stuff which you would expect but not great when comparing it to other snack bars we have experienced on AI holidays, although not a huge deal for us.
All in all, a wonderful and beautiful hotel and one which we would love to go back to in future. We arrived at half 12 on our first day and our room was ready, so the holiday started off well and just kept on getting better! I always say the less you find yourself in the hotel reception during your stay, the better. I was there 3 times in the whole week - to pay our tourist tax, to check out and to enquire about extending our stay.
So if, like us, you have a few hotels in mind when booking and are trying to decide on the best choice for you, look no further than Turquesa Mar!
- Ales (6/5): Kid’s paradise, not suitable for couples. - Very friendly staff, reception, cooks, waiters. It’s a paradise for kids, if you’re looking for a relaxing stay, you should look for another place. At least the other pool, located away from the main building should be reserved for adults only. But no, some families bring their screaming kids they can’t control and educate even there.
- 241barriem (8/5): Fantastic family orientated hotel - We recently stayed at this hotel, a family with a 2 and half year old. The hotel itself is clean and extremely well run. The pools and entertainment were the main highlights for us, the entertainment staff are brilliant and friendly as are the reception staff.
The food was pretty decent. We saw some negative reviews on here, but honestly, we couldn't fault the main restaurant. The snack bar wasn't great, but that wasn't the end of the world for us.
The drinks package isn't the best I've seen for a 4-star resort, but again, it isn't terrible. The beers are decent. Although the coffee and range of children's drinks could be improved.
The hotel also allowed us to pay a little extra to stay in our rooms past check out time, which helped massively as we had a late transfer to the airport.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a young family. Your kids will love it. The location is brilliant, a short work to the marina, beach and two well stocked supermarkets.
- F4680XYmarkr (8/5): 4 star staff and 3 star infrastructure - Overall an excellent holiday made so by 4 star staff. From a professional and friendly reception, excellent restaurant service with staff always busy through to a very good and active entertainment team the staff are the stars of this hotel. The infrastructure requires attention such as cracked poolside tiles, dated bathrooms and the exterior requires painting. But none of this will spoil anyone’s enjoyment.
- Guide589469 (6/5): Our Stay at TUI BLUE Grupotel Turquesa Mar Menorca - Our Stay at TUI BLUE Grupotel Turquesa Mar Menorca
We had a nice time at this beautiful, clean hotel! The grounds and pool area were well kept , with plenty of loungers for everyone. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.
We booked two rooms: one standard room (2207) and one 1-bed apartment (2208). While the apartment was spacious, the standard room lacked hanging space and storage. Both rooms had an unlockable bathroom door, which was tricky when traveling with young kids. Also, the wardrobes were very noisy, so a soft-close mechanism would be a nice touch!
The dining room could use some improvement in cleanliness—noticed some food on the floor from the previous meal service. It's a shame, but we also think some parents could do better with cleaning up after their kids. As for the food, it was good quality, but the variety was a little limited and not always hot enough.
⚠️ Allergy-friendly food: We had some challenges with dietary restrictions (dairy & gluten allergies). The kitchen staff could improve by making it clearer when an item contains an ingredient vs. may contain (hello, dairy in ham?!). Thankfully, Chef Sidi prepared fresh alternatives, including pizza, pasta, and jelly, which we appreciated.
A quick heads-up: mosquitoes are a nuisance! Four adults, 10 days, and over 100 bites. Definitely pack repellent and cream—don’t scratch!
Overall, we had a good family vacation.

- Tymon (10/5): - This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always eager to help with any request. The gym facilities are really good and the sauna was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. But what really impressed me was the food - delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to cater to all tastes.
- emmamI9386AZ (8/5): Mixed bag - Nice hotel clean and tidy spacious apartments, nice food, good access to beach and plenty of pool space.
BAR STAFF RUDE & GRUMPY especially pool bar. Do not expect a smile or a laugh. All like a bit of an inconvenience for them. Thunder storms during our stay and water came into bedroom, cleaner stick towels all around the door and left them, towels left by open doorways trip hazards. Pleasant enough stay
stay but would not rush back. Great for family’s with young children

- D2156CYemmah (10/5): Fabulous time - We have had the most amazing time at the hotel. Ignore all bad reviews. We came as a family of 3 with a 3 year old. She said it was the best holiday ever!
The entertainment team is fantastic. Anna / Alex & the other girls work so hard to make the evenings & day times brilliant for the kids. I was in amazed by their energy. There is always something fun to do. The pool is clean / always sun beds to get ( we did go at a quieter time ) the food is good. Nothing brilliant but I have to say they do try, the chef is always there to welcome you. There is always something to eat, every night it’s changes. Very close to a gorgeous beach. Small and quiet. If you want a relaxing holiday that recharges you & you make gorgeous family memories. You’ll find that here. Brilliant hotel & staff. Thank you all so much
- 331simony (10/5): Perfect holiday - What is not to like, the hotel was clean and spacious, food was incredible with so many choices from stater, main and puddings, hotel staff are super friendly and the tui blu entertainment team were very talented, the pool was cold but you soon warmed up and enjoyed playing with the inflatables with my son, evening entertainment catered for all aged children and adults, , all in all a perfect holiday
- 578clarey (10/5): Get this booked this is the perfect family holiday! - This hotel and whole experience was outstanding! I cannot fault a thing, right from the minute we arrived we felt welcomed and the staff were always smiling and attentive. The entertainment team were fantastic and both kids and children were catered for during the day and evening, and a big shout out for the evening shows they made our holiday even better! The food was great, plenty of options and all fresh and they had a theme each night for dinner. They had veggie options and gluten free foods available and a kids buffet. Even our picky eater didn't have an issue, it was his first holiday abroad (age 9) and he spent hours in the pool which had shallower areas and then when he felt braver went into the deeper areas. There were 2 life guards on at all times too which put us at ease. The hotel grounds were spotless and our room was spacious, cool and cleaned daily. The 2 small beaches are a few minutes walk away and the marina is great to wander around with gift and clothing shops. The hotel is very close to 2 supermarkets and there's a bus stop up the road if you fancy a trip. We went to Cuitadella which is definitely worth an outing and at just 6.15 euros for 3 of us each way you can't go wrong! We will definitely be coming back here and if you have any doubts... Don't! Get it booked you won't regret it!
- oliviasA1502KY (10/5): Super fun family holiday - We’ve just returned from a week’s stay - our first all-inclusive, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We (family of 4, one 4 year old, one 20 month old) had the absolute best time. It was so easy to book, everything was arranged and transfer and flight all went ahead without a hitch.
The hotel is great, we stayed in block 4 so it was a little quieter and opposite the quiet pool which was ideal. The food was awesome - great choice and loads of different options. Our somewhat picky 4 year old was so excited every meal showing us what she had chosen to eat.
The drinks were good, bar staff efficient and helpful. The staff were all outstanding. So friendly, helpful and cheerful.
The pools were great, always space to get a sun lounger and lots of fun in the kids pool with the slides. Only note I’d say is the gym equipment is just about functional and could do with being updated.
The kids clubs were well run, and fun. And the evening entertainment guys were absolutely brilliant. Massive thanks to Alex (who is a super star), Anna, Yollie and the rest. They made so much effort to engage with all the kids and danced their socks off every night. It was amazing watching my kids dancing with them every night and it was a massive highlight to the trip.
We weren’t sure about how it would be before we went, and already we are looking at booking another trip next year.
- paule926 (10/5): Fantastic holiday with my grandchildren. - Excellent holiday with my grandchildren ages 7 & 5. The hotel is very much geared up towards children and they had the best time. The food and drink is excellent (quality and choice) the entertainment team were superb (the 4 dancers were brilliant) , the pool area excellent but the biggest positive was the staff. Everyone that we came across who worked there were simply brilliant. We also had 3 lovely mornings at the beach (10 - 15 minute walk). The only negative is that the rooms are getting tired.
- Marc (7/5): Super!
- O3166FQdarrenr (10/5): Great experience - Great holiday from start to finish. Everyone is so happy at this hotel and makes you feel very welcome. From food time, everyone is lined up and given high fives to our two year old to all the tui entertainment guys and girls.
The food is limited compared to other tui hotels we have been to but the quality is better. There is always something to eat.
Snack bar is burgers and chips, Hot dogs, butties, lollies. But ideal for a snack.
The chef interacts with everyone and is very passionate.
The highlight for our little one was tui robot.
We have really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in room 2103 which is at the back of the hotel, no pool view but it was nice and quiet. One day we may be back as we enjoyed it that much.
Thank you to everyone on site for making our holiday!
