- Marco (2/5): - L'albergo era chiuso il portiere ci ha detto di cercarci un altro albergo così abbiamo perso i soldi della prenotazione che avevavmo già pagato ad Expedia. che abbiamo cercato di contattare ma al momento non ci ha ancora risposto.
- Davide (2/5): - La struttura era chiusa e noi avevamo già pagato, abbiamo telefonato al numeo presente sulla prenotazione e ci hanno confermato che erano chiusi e di cercarci un altro albergo. Nemmeno Expedia contattato tramite mail ci ha risposto praticamente ci hanno ruibato i soldi siamo stati truffati da Expedia, consiglio di usare un sito di prenotazione alberghi piu serio ed onesto.

Dans la chambre pas de lumière moisissures dans la salle de bain, les toilettes fuient, pas d’eau chaude, pas de wifi, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et pour finir parking pour les résidents où vous ne pouvez jamais vous garer car il est toujours complet
- Verified traveler (2/5): - My journey in Azur plaza was horrible, 1st at check in, cant find my reservation (paid in full online) and had to argue for hours, finally at 3am, their staff assigned a room, worst I ever seen. Humidity and moisture on the wall, toilet stinks with broken seat, I have pictures to upload.
In the morning at verification with the front desk, still cant find my reservation. I had to contact expedia and they got a hold of their manager.
Receptionist of night shift was horrible, poor communication, low to null problem solving skills. Expected better in the morning, but find the same attitude. I kept telling them to check with their manager, expedia got a hold of him. They ignored me, until the manager show up and told them to assign a room for me. Hours of waiting.
At that time they told me about the root cause of the issue, the property ownership changed 6 months ago and all paiment was processed to the old account.
They wasted my time and my energy for 2 days to tell me this dumb story.
I will never ever go back to Azur plaza again and I will never recommend it.
- Verified traveler (8/5): I felt like a Queen - I turned up a night early and although the hotel was closed until the next day they swiftly got me a room and some water and made me feel like a queen. This hotel is for people who want to meet local people not package deal. Has a charm to it which can only be appreciated by people wanting to meet the real Tunisia.
