Guest Reviews
- Botle (10/5): Incredible! - Thank you, my family and I were in Mahikeng for a special occasion, finding an appropriate stay was important, and the Lodge exceeded all our expectations, especially the room with the skyline shower, which was the highlight of one of the rooms we booked.
The restaurant was just as amazing, including their staff.
- Lucia (3/5): The stay was just horrible for the money I paid I actually expected better - Nothing Furniture needs serious upgrade
- Hendrik (3/5): Find another venue or skip Mahikeng - Food average and the staff try to cope with the owner’s business model R1926.00 for 2 adults B&B (not cheap). Towels for only one person in the room and very old. No toiletries (other than bar of soap) at this price. Place very noisy from lunch to well after midnight. Mostly day visitors. Pick ups or deliveries started at 05h00 again and very noisy. Parking area is a mess and we had to squeeze in next to reception. Normal parking bays not suitable for Fortnuner’s etc. Breakfast on departure is a mess, just to many different groups. My view, this is a place for special events and conferences and not for travellers
- Lebonr (3/5): Poor -
- Go (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dee (2/5): Very poor - The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty. The room was not cleaned. The wifi couldn't connect and the person who assisted me had no idea what they were doing. They "resolved" the problems by giving me a free cocktail.
- Kerwin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aderito (1/5): I paid R1,800. They had no rooms. It was not refunded. I still had to find and pay another place - I paid R1,800. They had no rooms. It was not refunded. Towels used to be white
Door not tight enough when closed. Able to see people through the gaps.
Could hear every movement when people pass by the bathroom windows
Dust even on the kettle , couldn't even use it.
No wifi, TV was not working...ended up connecting through office when I threatened to check out
- Zanobuhle (8/5): The stay was comfortable with clean sheets and a clean room. - The cleanliness The rooms would be nice if furnished with a small bar fridge and a trash can in the room for general waste.

- Letlhogonolo (5/5): Passable - The room was clean. There wasn't enough coffee for two people in the room, even though we booked for two people.
Then there were people making noise around midnight in the next room and we called reception but the noise continued.

- Thato (10/5): It was everything and more. I'm very happy:-) - I liked the size of the rooms, the clean bedding, clean water and hot water to shower with in the morning. I liked that there was more than one plug point, and the reception lady was patient with us and ensured that we are happy. Shower could do with a curtain or something like a step so that there isn't a headache with showering and not worrying about the water going towards the toilet
- Precious (1/5): Bad experience - Nothing The water was cold in room 11, we didn't bath in the morning and the lights kept on going on and off
The wifi was the worst 😫
- Moseki (8/5): It was good I'll definitely come again - Excellent service and the food was good My room was next to the kitchen it was loud until late hours
- Kris (4/5): Disappointed with your rate. - Facilities were great R1700 for stained towels that we had to ask for and stained pillow cases, bathroom not completely clean.

- Kgothatso (8/5): Very good -
- Badenhorst (8/5): very nice - Rooms nice and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shower drain was very blocked. TV is to far away from bed as TV is maybe a bit small. No extra blanket in room
