NICOLE (8/5): A comfortable and well-kept guest lodge in a great location, with just a small issue around staff professionalism. - The property is in a quiet and convenient location, close to the beach and near amenities such as shopping malls, a petrol station, and places to buy food. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with fresh linens, and the property overall was well looked after. Everything smelled clean, and it was clear that care is taken to maintain the place. While most staff members were pleasant, there was one staff member who was overly familiar with guests. Although she was friendly, the lack of professional boundaries made us feel a bit uncomfortable at times. Maintaining a more professional distance would improve the guest experience.

Hanjoette (7/5): Good location, close to the beach, not too expensive - The swimming pool was great and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials that we needed and there was ample parking space. The cover of the drain in the shower was broken which could've caused injury to our bare feet. Some of the floor tiles in the kitchen were broken which could also cut bare feet. There was someone's eyelash on the bedside table which was gross.

Slesh (9/5): Overall experience was very good. The early shift manager and staff Zee, are very very good - The location was perfect and a good neighbourhood. They have a small shop for essentials which was perfect. Their waiting area was comfortable. The pool was never cleaned during the entire stay, from check in to check out. The last night we had no electricity from 12 midnight, nothing was communicated to us and they don’t have a back up generator or solar system for atleast lights.

Otto (10/5): Great Guest Lodge - It was very clean, and the security employee at the gate added more comfort. The floor staff was so friendly. So I booked for 11 days, on the first 3 days the room had poor WiFi connection, 35-50mb/s while on the remainder days, I booked a different room which the WiFi was great. I recommend that they should get WiFi extenders to improve the WiFi speed on the rooms that are away from the server.
