- Евгений: (8/5): - Завтраки вкусные, выбор большой. От лапши до паровых пирогов. Есть фрукты свежие, йогурты с добавками, мороженное в ассортименте, сыры очень вкусные, соленья, джемы. Выпечка хорошая, есть детский ресторан. В общем голодными не останетесь. Маловато лежаков на бассейне и тесный санузел один из 2.
- Alexander (10/5): Нужно сделать ресторан в каждом большом корпусе, тоесть 2. Предложил бы использовать большие прогулочные площадки на кры - Удобство номера. Близость моря и пляжа. Удобная мягкая кровать, хороший кондиционер, малошумный и эффективный. Загруженность ресторана, иногда надо стоять в очереди, чтобы занять столик. Наверное одного ресторана мало для такого большого отеля.

- Alexander (7/5): Отель рассчитан для отдыха с детьми. Просто какой -то пионерский лагерь. - Зелёная территория, хороший завтрак. Огромное количество людей на завтраке, найти свободное место за столом невероятно трудно. Весь обслуживающий персонал говорит только на китайском. На английском никто не говорит, объяснить что-то просто невозможно.. Этот отель рассчитан на семейный отдых, огромное количество детей- крики, беготня, суматоха. Очень мелкий бассейн, китайцы, а в отеле в основном жили одни китайцы, используют бассейн как пруд, плавают на надувных лодочках. Если вы любите плавать, это будет сложно сделать, когда плывёшь, задеваешь руками за дно бассейна. У бассейна найти лежак невозможно. Много людей, а лежаков около 20. Полотенец для бассейна всем не хватает. Интернет в номерах совсем не работает, только рядом с рецепшн, и тоже плохо. В номере, а мы жили на 18-м этаже, были комары или москиты, которые сильно кусали. Расчёсы до крови и зуд был неделю не смотря на применение средств от комаров и москитов. Вечером, как только стемнеет, в парке на пляже бегают крысы. Очень неприятно.

Просторный семейный номер (есть особенности - взрослая туалетная комната с окном в спальню без стекла, а в детской туалетной комнате душ по соседству с унитазом, кухня с плитой, холодильником и посудомойкой, но без единых приборов и принадлежностей), качественные матрасы, постельное бельё и полотенца, завтрак достаточно разнообразный, но очень много людей одновременно, есть детский шведский стол (каши, блинчики в форме китти, фрукты, хлопья, перепелиные яйца). Бассейн неглубокий, просторный, с надувным комплексом для детей, каждый день в мини бассейне запускают пену, детям нравится, есть небольшая детская комната и мастер классы по расписанию. Теннисные корты достойные, 120 юаней за час. Пляж через дорогу, песочный, есть полоса с ракушками, вход в воду пологий, предлагают шезлонги, можно расположиться на своём пледе на песке или поодаль в тени пальм. К вечеру приходит много людей, гуляют, фотографируются. Вдоль моря беговая дорожка в тени деревьев. Такое ощущение, что у отеля нет хозяина, сотрудники как будто не причастны к деятельности отеля. Внешне здание отеля очень уставшее (но номера и территория вполне нормальные). Пляжные полотенца за 4 дня так ни разу и не появились (сотрудники, вяло отрываясь от телефона, через переводчик предлагали воспользоваться полотенцами из номера).

- КОТФОРС (8/5): - Расположение ближе к аэропорту, чем к центру города. Но, нам район понравился. До Феникса добираться минут 10-15 на такси. Гостиница большая, состоит из 2 корпусов. На территории есть детский клуб, 2 бассейна (глубина 1,4 метра), есть бассейн с рыбками, которые чистят кожу стоп и он бесплатный, теннисные корты, рестораны и небольшие магазины. Рядом есть пару кафе через улицу, есть лавка с фруктами, Лаусон в 5 минутах ходьбы. Пляж через дорогу есть лифт и подземный переход. Море чистое с плавным входом, но в марте и апреле каждый день была волна. Место для купания отгорожено, на пляже за деньги предоставляют активности в виде катания на банане, гидроцикле и фото сессии. У нас был огромный двухспальный номер с видом на море и гостиная с кухней. Уборка ежедневная,со сменой полотенец, все принадлежности, халаты в достаточном количестве. Единственное есть кухня, но нет посуды. Мы сами докупали миски , нож, разделочную доску, готовили салат, резали фрукты. Не варили, хотя плитка была. Завтрак был хороший в плане выбора блюд, но больше китайский, чем европейский. Завтрак накрывают с 6:30 до 10:30, самое пиковое время это 9-10. Мы старались ходить на завтрак пораньше, чтоб было можно спокойно выбрать место для еды и наложить не в суете блюда. В пиковое время было не комфортно кушать, сесть некуда, столы не успевали убирать (хотя персонал очень старался), блюда расхватывали быстро, ложки путали , еда летела на сто на пол. Еда вкусная. Было и мороженное 4 видов и выпечка. Обалденные пельмени, лапша, рис. Кофе вот не вкусный , хотя с кофе машин. Еще один момент гостиница была заполнена постояльцами, приятное лобби внизу, персонал работает быстро ненавязчиво, и не складывается впечатления скученности народа. На территории работает туроператор продают сим карты, меняют валюту, помогают приобрести экскурсии. Кофе не вкусный на завтраке. В гостинице чисто, но номера старые.

Завтраки каждый день одни и те же. Номера комфортные. Но немного подуставшие. Новый год увы они не отмечают только пару елок установили. Для встречи Нового года не рекомендую этот отель. Не понравилось как Администрация отеля за несколько дней до прилета начали писать о том что оплата через Booking не поступает к ним и чтобы Я отменил свою бронь и перебронировал. И чтобы Я сделал оплату у стойки регистрации после приезда в страну. Но у этого отеля нет выбора вида оплаты и только можно онлайн оплатить до приезда и если я не оплачу Booking наложит штраф. Много раз пытался объяснить это отелю но они не хотели слушать. Звонил службе поддержки Booking (конечно сложно до них дозвониться в Англию но я смог) которые попытались с ними связаться но отель ни на один звонок и письмо не ответил. Служба поддержки Booking как будто просто для галочки. Весь полет на самолете из одного города в другой переживал что не сможем заехать и нервы сдавали. После приезда в отель у стойки регистрации Администратор попросил оставить депозит в полную сумму срока нахождения в отеле даже с комиссией Booking. Хотя Я уже произвел оплату онлайн и они его не видели. Дозвонился до службы поддержки которые ранее попросили позвонить если не будут заселять и что переселять нас с семьей в другой отель. И они снова попытались им позвонить но отель не ответил потому что было 2 часа ночи. И в итоге мне ничем не помогли. После часа переговора с администратором договорился что оставлю депозит за одну ночь и заселюсь потому что рейс задержали и дети хотели спать и уже устал разбираться с этим. На утро администрация уже вернула депозит и сказали будут разбираться и дальше в это не вникал но осадок остался. Видно что отель и Booking на разной волне и нет взаимосвязи нормальной для решения конфликтов. Новый год увы они не отмечают только пару елок установили. Для встречи Нового года не рекомендую этот отель.

Foto's van booking komen helaas niet helemaal over zoals werkelijkheid. Ook tijdens ontbijt was het restaurant veel te warm, kan niet eens normaal genieten van het ontbijt.

I would be happy to come back again. We had a room with a kitchen, but there were no dishes except for tea cups. I would have liked to have plates and cutlery in the cupboard.

I was extremely disappointed upon checking in. For the price we paid I was unsatisfied with the hotel rooms, swimming pool, and breakfast. Breakfast is extremely busy every morning. You literally have to wait for a table to finish eating, in order to get a table. The breakfast itself is passable, mainly Chinese dishes, pretty much the same every day. Cleaning was okay, the bedsheets and towels were good. However, the 2nd bathroom's shower was only a shower head right next to the toilet seat, which was extremely disappointing. The beach is right across the street.

- Tuang (7/5): A 5⭐ hotel with upper-mid tier price range that matches our expectations - The breakfast spread was good, both western and eastern cuisines were available. There were lots of facilities available to both young and old. We also liked the Chinese restaurant at basement level which served nice and affordable food. The rooms we had were on the third floor and the balcony was directly above the all-day dining restaurant so it was noisy especially in the morning. The condition of the room was rather old, but the bedsheets were clean.

Pies at snack bar are finger licking. Room service is every day, plenty of drinking water. Comfy at night under air conditioner. Upon arrival, the guy who helps open the taxi door was friendly and lent their local currency to pay for the taxi. Since there is no place to change currency in the airport’s domestic terminal, and everything is closed in the international terminal. Taxi drivers do not accept dollars and international cards such as visa and mastercard. Currency exchange isn't available. Safety absence is all around. Slippery floor everywear. In pool they drive sup boards over your head. No beachtowels for mattresses on those wooden chaise lounges, that're partially rotted away. People use bath robes or their clothes instead. A lot of mosquitoes or like that, they bite you everywhere all day long. In bathroom there is mold. The tropical shower and additional watering head are faulty and leaky. No chaise lounges at the beach at all. Too far from Bank and mobile phone sales department, need taxi.
- Saffron (3/5): Poor customer service - Hotel is close to airport (10 min drive) and opposite beach. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Porter helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and plenty of toiletries. Check-in staff were cold (no greeting, no smile). We booked for 6 adults and 1 child (aged 7) including breakfast but were told that breakfast was not included for the child and we had to pay extra. Despite showing my booking.com confirmation email stating breakfast was included for us all, staff said they could not accommodate this and to contact booking.com to resolve. Eventually the receptionist agreed to give breakfast as booked, but this was an issue every morning with restaurant staff with whom we had to argue. The final morning we had to leave at 5am to catch a flight and staff advised they would prepare us take-away breakfast boxes. Upon check-out we were told we were not entitled to these as the child had had breakfast every day. Breakfast issue was farcical and reception staff had no sense of customer service. Room was dirty on arrival although housekeeping did a good job during our stay. On-site restaurant very expensive.

- Kathleen (7/5): Great place for a few days relaxing at the beach and pool. - The resort was a bit dated, but well-kept, with a really nice traditional style and lovely grounds. It was really suitable for relaxing, and the staff was very friendly. I quite enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It had a fairly wide variety of food choices. The area was very close to the beach, which was surprisingly well-groomed, and a nice walking path. There was also a convenience store on the resort, which was very helpful. The two issues I had with hotel itself was that there appeared to only be 2 restaurants actually open for dining after breakfast. I only ever saw the Chinese restaurant and the hotpot bbq restaurant open. The food was good, but a bit expensive to eat every night. There didn’t seem to be a huge variety of restaurant options close to the resort. The other issue was that the spa was apparently a victim of the pandemic shutdown, and has not been reopened despite being featured in the resort advertising. The area itself is great if you want to relax at the beach or around the pool, but it was a bit far away from shopping, sightseeing, dining choices, etc. While I’m not a nightlife person, I did miss having a wide selection of restaurants available.
