Walking through the front door, the hotel lobby smelled incredible and we were greeted by friendly staff every single time we walked in. The room was stunning and both my partner and I said throughout the drive home after arriving back in the UK how much we’re going to miss the walk in shower! Thank you for making our stay in Prague so wonderful, we will definitely be back in the future.

Must go if staying in Prague! - I took my girlfriend to this hotel for her 21st birthday and it was excellent overall, there was a couple of minor issues but noting major. The location of this hotel was excellent for walking. There is a bedroom with a wardrobe, drawer set, little living area with a sofa, a table and a flat screen tv and also a kitchenette in one decent sized room. There is a bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet in with a locking door. Throughout the room there are numerous plug sockets. We had a double room, which was 2 double beds pushed together with 2 single duvets this took some getting used to however I’m aware a lot of hotels do this. The kitchenette had a microwave, sink, kettle and mini fridge freezer which was very handy. The bathroom was very clean and we got new towels when ever we asked, we had to ask for a hairdryer however I believe it was a one off as every other room had one in. However we had a slight leak with the shower, this was due to a faulty plastic seal so it was easily repairable. The bedroom and living area were also very clean, a decent amount of space within the room. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of room to put my clothes for the 5 days I was there. The sofa did the job and you got freeview on the TV. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. With it being my girlfriends birthday, she got a complimentary bottle of wine. Breakfast was good too, good selection. Overall excellent place and would recommend to anyone.

The room was much bigger than imagined, separate large bedroom and a living/kitchen area, tea/coffee maker, cups, cutlery, lovely bathroom with great shower. The breakfast was a surprise too. Eggs/sausage/bacon. Pastries, bread, cheese, or if your going healthy, yoghurt , honey, etc. staff super helpful too. Would definitely stay again.

There is a mini market nearby and where you can buy your basic stuff. Hotel decor is lovely. Real value for money. Nice coffee in the morning. The coffee machine makes a good coffee and its unlimited. Definitely staying again in this hotel.

- Hoang Vu (2/5): Personal reaction forbidden - We were contacted by the management to explain about our experience with the check-in so we explained that we were robbed on a train and lost all our passports so we were stuck in Budapest and could not leave Hungary with no travelling documents. We emailed the hotel to see if we can either cancel or have any other options for our reservation and all we got in return is cold “unfortunately no” so we feel sad about it so we put on a sad emoji in the email. The next day this manager sent an email to us saying that you can maybe feel sad but you should not lie. So apparently a simple sad face emoji no longer represent a personal reaction to these people. So if you stay in their hotel and they ask you how you feel about anything, just do not express your true feeling or they will accuse you of lying. We emailed the other hotels to explain our situation and they replied with understanding and compassion and let us have a full cancellation.

- paula (10/5): Quick stay in Prague - The hotel is located in an easy-to-get-around location with several good restaurants within a short walk. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchenette area. The windows are double-paned and really keep the street noise out. The service was top-notch - very eager to help and answer all questions. The only nicks I would give it is that the breakfast wasn't very good - like, it seems they added 50% water to the juice; no real butter; cramped table area. I like that they attempted to provide a bar, but really it is a bunch of bottles in the front desk area and the staff is not trained for bartending; no ice, no cold white wine, they couldn't even locate a wine glass - I had to bring one from my room. But, hey, in a pinch it is better than nothing.

Small supermarket two blocks away, where you can get water, beer, snacks and more. A few restaurants & bars within 5 minute walk. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Fresh breakfast every morning - not a large selection of food, but definitely enough to get your day started. Hotel seems just renovated; AC & heat works well; very clean. Nice stay overall. Would definitely recommend it.

- Angela (10/5): Excellent Hotel Highly Recommend - Fantastic hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Hotel decor is very tasteful. Room was excellent, clean, daily housekeeping. The addition of the kitchenette is brilliant. The only criticism is that it is a shame they didn't have a comfy chair(s) as there is space. Would have been nice to sit and relax after a long day exploring instead of sitting on the bed or the chairs/bench around the table. However, there are comfy chairs in a small area next to reception. Breakfast was plentiful and breakfast area was clean and well organised. Location of hotel is close to the centre so you can either walk to everywhere or pop on a tram. The one and only downside for me was that you can hear other people in their rooms so if you are a light sleeper then you definitely need to bring earplugs! Wouldn't put me off staying here again though, its just good to know!

- Alex (10/5): Well Placed For Exploring - Quick check in, with friendly staff. Clean and spacious room with added luxury of a small kitchen. Quiet fridge and aircon. Even though the hotel is on a main road, the noise was negligible. Check out was quick, we were able to leave out cases for a monring walk before we were picked up to go to the airport. Breakfast was plentiful, if not a little limited. Overall a good stay in a decent well maintained friendly hotel.

Just one improvement that could be made like putting a further mirror in the bedroom area near a socket so that it doesn’t restrict people having to wait for the bathroom to be vacant to use the mirror. Room 102 has a minor disadvantage of having the air con system right outside the window so if noise is an issue then perhaps book a different room if you plan on opening the window. Equally, if you don’t want to be disturbed by people coming and going in the lobby and having conversations with the staff then again we would advise a different room. Overall, we had a lovely experience, couldn’t fault the staff or our stay. Thanks!

- IOAN LUCA (10/5): A great stay. - I had a very good stay at Legerova 19. The staff is very kind and helpful, the room is spacious and with a modern interior. I had nothing to complain about. Breakfast is basic sandwich, sausage, egg, sweets, coffee, juice but plentiful and nice. All in all a great stay.

- Robert (8/5): Very decent hotel, a bit far from the Old Town - I don't know the definition of a 4-star hotel, so I can't say how many stars this hotel merits. It was a pleasant experience staying there, but not incredible/amazing. We were on the 5th floor, and heard a lot of street noise. There was some cracked plaster along some wall corners, and some scuff marks on the wall. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Rooms in general are specious but the double rooms with the sofa are very specious including the bathroom. Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast. The downside is that it is far from the center. Lots of walking.

The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. However, kitchen staff were surly. Only one comment, lack of mirrors. There was only one mirror which was in the room which was in the bathroom.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel - Great hotel, beautiful property. It is a 40 min walk to old town square. Good location that is away from the noise at night on the square. The breakfast is limited, but the staff is helpful. Received a room upgrade, very happy about that. Very nice place to stay in Prague.

Especially appreciated the friendly staff, complimentary breakfast (also free coffee and tea in the room), the refrigerator and microwave — not to mention the plentiful heavenly lavender soap. Walking distance to everything! We’ll be back!!

Breakfast was okay but often ran out toward the end of the sitting. Staff could have been friendlier and the airport transfer was expensive compared to privately booked!

Room was large and comfortable (especially the bed), breakfast was delicious, and the location, just outside of Prague's main attractions, was perfect if you want to escape the crowds (and my guess is that you will). Would stay there again.

- PK (10/5): Excellent hotel in Sozopol - We had a lovely stay atbthe Design Hotel. It's a classy place, small with only say 10 rooms, so you get excellent service. And at times a private pool. I wouldnt stay here if you're not too mobile, because the beds are on the floor. But apart from that it's lovely- you basically have a private pool most of the time! The location is good too. Can see the beach, and are just far away enough from the noise, but close enough to all the restaurants and both beaches. Would certainly recommend.

- Val (10/5): - Lovely hotel only a short walk to Wenceslas Square. Modern, clean, new, and spotless! Soft, inviting towels and plentiful delightful lavender soap by sink and in shower. Comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. Microwave and refrigerator. Hot breakfast included an added plus. Will be back!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice stay - Our room was very big and the layout was perfect allowing for both of us to have a space for a suitcase. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. They offer a car park space which is located in another hotel (3 min walk). Buffet breakfast was ok but not much choice.
- Kieron (10/5): Perfect - Amazing room! Very big and spacious. The staff were incredibly nice and kind. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicouse with a wide range of choice. I would definitely return to here.
- Fan (10/5): - Very nice little hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is about 5 min from the tram/subway station, and 20 min walking/ 15min tram to Old Town Square.
- Alby (10/5): Great find - we'll be back! - We needed a filler to tide us over for two nights, but ended up wanting to stay longer, but the hotel was fully booked. The whole hotel is stylishly decorated, comfortable and relaxing. I arrived really early and although I couldn't check in, the hotel looked after my luggage until check-in time. There are a couple of restaurants close by, but if you venture a bit further, you won't be short of food options - and the Metro station is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette should you prefer to stay in - not suitable for cooking, but there is a microwave for warming take outs. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold options. 24 hour reception and the most comfortable beds! What's not to like? We'd love to return at some stage - soon!
- Mohamed (10/5): Nice place. - Easy check in and check out. About a 10 min walk to train station and from there about another 7-10 min ride to old square. Room was nice and clean. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was pretty simple but good.

- Carmel (10/5): Avenue Legerova hotel - Excellent hotel very clean and spacious rooms. Reception very good and breakfast was usual continental style with excellent coffee. Quite a lots of lovely bars and restaurants in the area and a lovely walk down to the river which is about 15mins to walk. Uber very cheap. Would definitely stay here again local area very good
- Chunyu (10/5): super recommend this hotel - The hotel's staffs are friendly and patient, the room is clean and comfortable, having own little kitchen. The hotel offers a reasonable price including the breakfast and the service is super good, I would recommend it to my friend.
- Michael (10/5): Really good value boutique hotel - Extremely modern and clean hotel. Big rooms with lots of space for a family. About 20 minute pleasant stroll in to town away from the crowds. Fast WiFi and free breakfast, not a huge choice but healthy choices. Extremely good value for the price
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Beds were harder then usuall, breakfast were ok. Ok location, max 5 min walk to subway that can take you anywhere in Prague. Asked about transfer to airport and it should cost 750, cabdriver said 800 when we arrived. Fastest cabdriver in Prague though.
